A booking was made through Make my trip and once after reaching the hotel, the receptionist had told that the hotel is not allowing any booking through MMT. And asked to talk to customer care of Oyo. We couldn't get the logic behind it. Later when we tried calling CC, there was no proper response.after an hour of wasting time talking to customer care, we cancelled the booking and just left the place. If they are not allowing MMT bookings then they should take off their hotel listing from the app and do not ask the customer to talk. And he was very rude.if hotel is having issue with make my trip, then how it can be put on customer's court? The person should have some basic manners of hospitality. The hotel is just money minded. People those who don't want to get disappointed and thinking not to waste money, please go for a different choice rather choosing chinmayee inn.
This place is everything a hotel shouldnt be. I dont know why OYO and MakeMyTrip do business with these people. I booked a room in this hotel through MakeMyTrip with payment made in advance. It was informed to me through the app that the Hotelier confirmed the booking. The location/direction and address provided to me was all wrong. I tried to contact them but in the place of the Hotels number OYO Customer Cares number was provided to me. After 2 hours of hustle I reached there around 12: 20 P. M and the Hotelier refused to let me have a room. I just took the offer they have made in the app and the Hotelier made fun of me for paying them cheap. They threatened me and made racist and xenophobic comments against me. They have zero credibility and that place is totally unsafe and the Hotel staffs are very hostile. Please dont book rooms their. I also request OYO to stop doing business with these people. If not, these kind of people will destroy OYO's reputation.
Rooms are small and dirty. Service is not good. When I stayed there i called the reception around 4-5 times just for water but they didn't bring it. Very poor condition of washroom and interior is badly maintained. Almirah and furniture looks like they are using it from last 20 years.
It's okay to stay day or a two, very close to Tech Mahendra and TCS. I have a worst experience with the #Receptionist, @management of OYO please train him on how to behave with the customers, how to convey the message to customer and control on his Tone and Actions with Customers. I'd say customers are important to the every business, along with the reviews word of mouth also plays a major role.
Worst and worst of all. It’s worst then majestic so called lodges.they snatch your phone and force you to give a 5 star rating. You don’t feel like puking also so worst it would be. They should take out TIEup with OYO brand. I was helpless and I had make a room to rest becoz my office is near to it.
Room is not too good. Bathroom leakage is there. Ac cooling is too bad. At the time of booking they will show with complimentary breakfast but they won't give the breakfast.
This is a horrible place to stay even one hour. Room for guest is not even cleaned. Bathroom dirtier than a public bathroom. Strongly unrecommended. Never book a place here. Edit- OYO, after your comment I sent you an email but you haven't responded yet. That's pathetic customer care. Your customer care team should be renamed to customer scare. Horrible horrible hotel, horrible management and horrible customer scare!

Hotel is good as compared to fair but they do not provide breakfast even if we pay 50₹ while booking the hotel room and also if the breakfast is complimentary then also they do not give! For breakfast injustice made by hotel guys not fare
Room is in good condition as shown in website but ACs were not working, due to cool weather conditon there was not much of an issue.staffs are friendly and professional.
Worst experience, staff was rude, they mentioned has morning bf which there was no buffet system they just brought bf packed in a newspaper. Guys please don't stay here.
Not recommended at all. We entered the room and smelled something foul. The cubboards will never close and damp smell coming from them. The walls are very dirty. The bathroom was okayish. The staff were rude when we requested to change our room because of the foul smell. They said the hotel is 10 years old and all the rooms are same, he pointed towards the keys and told us the take any key and check any room. So rude. They could have just politely changed our room. Very disappointing.
If you're looking for a budget pg which is close to TCS and near by tech giants in Electronic City Phase 2, Chinmayee Inn is a very good place. The rooms are enough spacious and well furnished. The bathrooms are clean and you can live comfortably. The reception and house keeping is quite good. You can order food from the premises also there are tons of cheap food options around the place. Very economical and very organized.
Had good experience, good staff, u can find restaurant in first floor which offers cheap rates and quality food as compared to any other locality in banglore.
I forgot my powerbank in room they kept it safe as I took it after 24hrs hours. Honest staff! Thank you hotel chinamayee Keep up the good work
I usually prefer Oyo hotels when staying out. Among the hotels I stayed up till now this one was most dirty. I wish no one should stay in this hotel before checking the rooms, toilet/bath and other services like TV/AC etc.
