Worst experience ever, it's doesn't look clean as it shows from the pics.very disappointed.

Worst hotel experience ever. They disconnected the lift connection. And very bad experience.

Very very bad experience, the rooms were not clean. I am not satisfied with the service. The room are very small and the bathroom is horrible.
Not recommended.

Waste of money. The rooms were extremely smelly and dirty. The tap wasn't working. The receptionist's behavior towards the client was not at all acceptable. The smell of the room was unbearable. Money was taken in full. Won't recommend anyone.

Never book a room here. Its very badly maintained. Very dirty rooms. Cockroaches are always roaming around the bed and floor. And staffs are also not that friendly. Only advantage is the parking space. And is in the center of the city near Palace.

If there was any option of giving zero star that would be fine for this hotel. There were coachroaches everywhere and in all rooms. The first room was having fully broken toilet and then they shifted to another room and found at least 25 coachroaches and then shifted to another room with somewhere less coacroaches. There were Zero maintenance and cleanliness was at mercy of God. There is no working shower in any room and you will have to use sirty bucket for bathing. Even they were no bath mat provided and entire room was like a mess. Bathroom was having 3-4 black colored reptile like creature under tiles and every horrifying. During entire process of shifting to one room and another room, I lost my mobile charger.

Worst experience. Rooms are very very very very worst and bed not good. I booked in local friend ac room but I got but they gave non ac room. When I ask them they will said wast reason I came with my family. Really unsecured place and unsecured room. Please please please please please please please please please please don't prefer this hotel

The worst experience in my life. No cleanliness, AC not working properly room was not maintained properly.please Don't waste your money. Not worth for Rs. 1700

The hotel is very big. There is ample space for vehicle parking. But other things are not good at all. The room was dirty, extra two mattresses were provided but they were very dirty. If you are taking money, you should give a clean mattress. The hinge used to close the door is also broken. The next morning the light in the room went off and when we left the room the light came on. (Only the lights in our two rooms were off, all the rest were on). The person at the hotel just came to look and left.

Room was nt clean. Previous customers used brush cover, soap, cool drink bottles, sanitary napkin were still in the room. They charged Rs. 1700 for the room which wasn't worth it.

Worst response, waste of money. Not Heyginc, rooms locker not working properly,
No security, especially for couples don't ever think to come here just because it's international hotel nothing seems like that,

Receptionist was very rude, It's not worth for money, not hygiene and if in case who are all non Hindus please don't come to this hotel, because they not giving rooms to other religions, it's enough to spoil the name of Mysore.and also Karnataka. Very very worst response
