Metro residency is best place for tourists steying. The residencey gives good sevice and their rooms are clean and attractive

Located on the Hosur-Banglore highway, it's a decent place to spend a night while traveling that road. Staff is decent and easy to communicate with. They have room service for food, food was good, well prepared. The parking space is fair and safe. All the room perks were in working conditions and well maintained. Check online for best deals.

No hot water, Poor room service, Drinking water also not providing correctly.
Food is not prepared at the hotel.
So, Food you have to order from outside.

Booked 3 rooms for a group of 6 and all 3 rooms had some issues. The bed sheets and pillow covers were not clean. One room door knob didn't work properly and we had a tough time getting out of the room. In the morning, there was no water in the bathroom and we complained to the hotel staff. It took more than an hour for them to get a water tanker and refill. Definitely not recommended.

They dont have proper facilities.no hot water, worst attitude of the people.they dont speak local language (kannada).

and have audacity and attitude.

This is one of the worst Oyo hotel. Water/plumbing problems all over the hotel. Flush was not working. AC was continuously tripping. Open electrical sockets. Mattress, pillow covers and towel were totally unclean. To top it all, when asked for door carpet, they gave one more towel. No proper car parking. The location of the hotel is not safe during nights as mentioned by their own staff in the reception. Worst experience for an overnight transit stay.

We wanted rooms for transit as we wanted to take break from long drive. We had booked three rooms via ivr with specifically mentioning about family and kids. Mentioned that we will be checking in around midnight and checkout in the morning. I don't know why someone would provide this kind of rooms to anyone. While entering the hotel itself started with the problem. The receptionist guy said only two rooms available with reason being AC short-circuit and water shortage problem. While waiting for the OYO call center to provide a solution over 20 mins the guy came back saying problems are resolved and come and checkin. All these at 1am with kids below 4 years waiting in the car. There was not enough parking space. From that moment till checkout each and every step had a problem and the staff didn't even care about us.

Linens had spots and dirty
Room was full of dust
AC was tripping frequently
ice cubes came out of AC
AC outlet was directed to wash basin
Socket wirings were open. Had to be extra careful with kids
Toilet flush didn't have water
Hot water was not coming
Bedding was not clean. Uncleaned hairs were there.
No floor mat. They gave white towels to use as mat.
No restaurant in the hotel. Complementary breakfast would be baught from nearby shops.
Hotel staff was very rude. Didn't get any sensible answers
They closed the shutter of the building before even taking the luggage.when asked to open the shutter, the staff pointed to open the shutter by ourself.
Most of us didn't even freshen up on the morning. First thing we wanted to get out of this hell.

Awsm Hotel, service is very good, Big and excellent Room, Car Parking is available, Hotel is on the main Road.

Broken fixtures and not so tidy bathrooms. Had no telephone to call the reception, that too the with a locked elevator. So everytime time you need something you have to make a personal visit to the reception by the stairs. No restaurants are nearby, so good luck finding any food if you stay there.
