The hotel facility is so poor, located in an area where waste is been dumped, and also fed-up with the foul smell. Please don't waste your money in this hotel, you will get a bed experience.
The people in the hotel are behaving rude like they don't accept Oyo booking, you paid to Oyo not to us, so under any circumstances we can't afford you the rooms for this cost.
Really a worst experience with the reception desk people.
Please don't book via booking platforms, they don't honor the booking. Please get in touch directly with them. There is too much to and fro from the hotel to the booking platforms
My booking wasn't honoured due to pricing issue, MakeMyTrip had to arrange another hotel for my stay
One of the worst hotel i have ever seen they knock the door at 11 pm and they will disturb again and again one of the receptionist his name was hemanth he enters the room directly without asking checkout was at 11 am but they come at 8 am and ask for checkout they even call and disturb to do early checkout one of the worst hotel ever seen in my life they even costs around 1500 rs when app is showing 600 rs worst hotel ever
Owner is only concerned about ratings. Showed only one room booked through OYO. Asked only if i am interested and agreed to give 5 star ratings, allowed me to Check-in. Bathrooms were not properly maintained. No freshners. Very stinky
The Hotel has no proper Tie-up with Oyo Rooms. They simply denied entry telling that Rooms are not Available. Further, the OYO Customer care told they will shift to nearby Hotel but they are also all Full. Oyo can't be Trusted nowdays. Simply, messed up Hotel business with their Large business Margins.
Rooms are good but service is very bad, I have booked through Oyo app and they confirmed it, but at the time of check in they said we will not accept Oyo customers because it's low price in the app.
No neatness no proper customer supply.place here to have a peaceful time it totally depends on your expectations of hygieneness. I was not satisfied.i could see someone literally spitting tobacco leaves
This hotel have some different higher price then the booking made on oyo app and worth for the price no battery in remote small room even oyo service sucks no reply for my complain they just cancelled mu booking
Don't book this hotel.they are not accepting online payment.they didn't update and mention anything in oyo and goibibo.at check-in time they refused my check-in.if you want to book online with oyo than don't pay online through oyo app for this hotel.and if you pay at reception than they will charge minimum amount 999rs/night for 1 room.after me.many other people came for check-in.same issue they were facing.to resolve this issue you have to call oyo customer care and this thing is very hectic.i suggest go with other oyo hotels, I'm not recommend to stay in Golden Arch Hotel.
1. We were denied early checkin even though it was confirmed on call with Oyo representatives. We were stranded at the hotel entrance with luggage. 2. Lift from ground floor to 2nd floor was not working. Had to carry luggage by stairs 3. Had called Oyo representative to add breakfast and the same was confirmed. But the breakfast was not added.
One of the worst hotels in OYO never recommended. NO WIFI NO BREAKFAST.worst behaviour of the staff. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.the OYO website shows at discount prices but the OWNER denies entry for low tariff. EVEN GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED

I booked the room from OYO and even paid online through OYO application. But when I went to check in at the hotel. They denied me a room for check in cause I paid online and made me cancel my booking. I don't know when will my refund come. If anyone see this review please don't stay.

My booking at this hotel just for one person after I look my bill. They took extra 1000 for additional person. And they assured the OYO will return the previous amount. But I fooled. The hotel just valuable for 500 only nothing else. The lift is not working, AC has no cool, etc
