Worst experience ever. Place infested with cockroaches. Worst staff and no respect for customer. Never never never go for this hell! They ask for advance and they won't refund it if you refuse to stay because of these problems. They play blame game and at the end of the day you are the loser.

What do you expect? It is Oyo and not mmt. They don't honour the booking (sometimes). If you escalate this, oyo would give you an option equivalent of 3x or 4x without apologizing for the mess.

Even Agoda could not help us out.

Worst Experience.after booking in online.they will expect double amount onsite. No services.like Wifi, powerbackup.very Rude behavior of management and staff.no cleanliness.it smells.

The rooms are ok, very cooperative and accommodative staff, however the overal ambience and the entrance is a real put-off.

The worst exp ever the beds have lots of bug never opt for this rooms ever if ur going in for cheaper prince cut out the receptionist and owner r cad and knave they will hang u like scapegoat see past reviews better

Price is cheap but the helpdesk and owner r cheapest dont prefer this hotel bcz of cheap price else u will be in a total loss.

Very bad.no light in bathrooms.no light.no chair no room. We book the room today morning.now we are vacating.very bad service

Worst Experience, Current status of the hotel is bad, dim lights at hall ways, Bathrooms has vomit on basins, bedbugs, broken mirror, main fan not working-side fan works. After telling also new bed sheets or cleaning was not delivered as promised. Covid-19 has affected worst this hotel, try to not prebook, check before staying.

I booked this hotel under the name of OYO but OYO failed to satisfy their quality of service. You can get the room at low price but sometime money doesn't matter, the quality of service, behaviour of the staff matter. The way reception guy handled us is very bad, he treated us like beggars who went to ask money from him. Very worst experience. The bad thing is i can see the replies from owner in all the review but i cannot see the improvement. Words cannot do anything only action do. I hope OYO will resolve this or else we have to switch to someother application for booking

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Blindly booked just because of OYO brand and the rooms were filthy, uncleaned Cockroaches everywhere in the room.and the staffs behaviour was even worse they were cancelling all online payments and insisted everyone to pay by cash (which was more than oyo’s deal) and they said invoice will be sent by email from OYO. Will never recommend anyone.
