The rooms are small and claustrophobic. It's not upto the Treeboo's standards that you would find at other places. The road access is also narrow. The only positive aspect of this place is it's closer to temple.

It is not easy to approach the hotel.
It has a place to park a car but it's managed on a road only by a hotel watchman.
Rooms were not very clean, interior was not clean as well. The toilets were clean but
were cramped.
Breakfast was included, they serve basic South Indian snacks and tea, average in food too.
Folks were down to earth, not polished or trained.

Okayish for an overnight stay. Rooms are good sized and clean but linens were smelly. Bathrooms were clean. AC was noisy. Check-in/out was smooth. Location is ok but access road is small and not great for big cars. Good thing is Breakfast was very simple but authentic.idli wada sambar was just too good.

Location is horrible and not accessoble easily by car. AC was bad. Bathroom was not clean. Everthing was horrible or average except service as they showed good flexibility in accomodating small requests.

Location wise: it's the best place in heart of city, hardly 5 minutes road distance to railway station.

Parking: They have a good facilities but avoid visiting in weekends.

I had stayed for 2 days, Service and food was good. Even they have a Bar facility and also room services for alcohol.

Currently due to the railway over bridge there is only one side road to reach the hotel.

Rooms were very average and i strongly will not recommend treebo. Much better hotels are available in little extra cost.

Such a horrible service, even during the non-peak hours. Had specifically mentioned if there is continuous hot water and I was said yes. Enter the room and you see it's exactly the opposite. Tried to connect to the reception, the phone wasn't working. Had to go down and tell them - They changed the room and exactly the same scenario. They then told me that it will be available in the morning and guess what? Nothing at all.

Even the rooms are not worth it guys. Only the caretaker is understanding. Rest, horrible.

Staff is rude, before coming to hotel I called to manager he told very thing is unlimited for 189rs when went there I asked them waiter told that this is not unlimited buffet, then another waiter tell that very thing is unlimited, they told when I was eating main course, now they are like u get only roti.what kind of behaviour is this, once they told limited another time unlimited but roti only, they don't have sense that without curry how can I eat roti only

Except for the location everything else is really good. Rooms are clean and staff is really cooperative.

Shady hotel with unkempt and rude staff. They are intrusive and disturb frequently, which is too bad for working people. Not safe for women and family.

Rooms can be cleaner, very hard pillows.car parking is on road. Toilets and bath room were OK. Staff was very co operative, hot water is only till 11 am, becomes difficult for ppl who check in late.

Lodge located in Narrow road which is very difficult to reach but Hotel is very nice. Stayed in many rooms and had great experience here. Normal room, suit rooms have different taste. Lift service is nice for reaching top floor

If you're not visiting this place regularly and if you've not booked the room in advance, this review is for you. It will save your bad night in this hotel.

The reason why I gave 1 star is because they knew that the room they were going to give us is not so good. Room no 404, On first look everything will look good. The sofa, bed, bathroom and price also. They can convince you that one room is just got cancelled and you're lucky to get this room in lower rate. But, the bedsheets were not clean, sofa was teared, 50% room was with only windows! (of course, they had curtains to cover those) one of the window was not proper and could not be closed due to which outside air and mosquitos were coming inside. It spoiled our full night and my kid had several mosquito bites on his face.
They should close this room or fix it.

One of the best and good services provided by hotel. Staff is very good. At hotel reception there is shop which has fabulous tea shop with vada idli and all.
Overall location is very good. And cost is reasonable.

Room was ok! Lift was not working during day time! I was having my room on the 4th floor! It's very difficult if u r having heavy luggage and climbing the stairs right to the 4th floor!

Very bad management. Laundry was not done. Room was stinky. No proper parking available. Surprised OYO has this property on their list. Definitely not worth recommending to others. If OYO wants to maintain its reputation, it needs to have a proper survey of their properties.even the tea we ordered was worst. Did not have the courage of tasting the food here.

Very bad Toilet, Good house keeping in rooms and corridors. Very Good room service. Very narrow lift. Not wheelchair accessible. Reception staffs are multilingual but too formal. Location is not good for Ladies and families. No hot water in 9pm. No complimentary water and breakfast provided.

Nice hotel but please check room before confirm. I m with family but they give smallest room. Food is good in house restaurant.

The Room provided to us was very bad, no windows, fungus was on the wall, smell I room due to no ventilation, painting on walls was very old. We will never stay in this hotel.

It's not a luxury place but It's ok to good place to stay while travelling television wasn't working on we had shift several rooms for working tv then finally got it. Bathrooms were small but cleaned tidy everything was clean.

The hotel is very well maintained. Rooms are affordable, spacious, clean nadi maintained. Service is really very good. Every floor they have staff for room service. Service is quick. Staff is always ready to help. Smiling faces. They have restaurant at 5th floor. You can see city view. Food quality is really good worth for prices. Restaurant also have plenty staff. Customer support is good. Only problem is they don't accept online payment for rooms. Restaurant it's available. Parking is available.

Booked through oyo and when I reached hotel, the receptionist said asked extra charge, then said your booked room is not available. Disappointed with oyo.

I would give 5 star for the staff, from reception to house keeping. Very polite, prompt, helpful.
There is a canteen at the ground floor where you can eat fabulous delicious south Indian food. Butter dosa and pizza dosa is there beat. Very cheap in price all dosas are under Rs 50/-. Vada sambar @ Rs 10/- only. Tea & coffee is superb @ Rs. 10/- only.
Rooms do not have ventilation. There is bar at the top floor. So it is not noisy upta 11 pm at night, but atmosphere is safe for family.
Summary - Reasonable, Per day rent @ Rs. 1000/- to Rs. 1300/- through Oyo.

Don't book through Online for this property. The rooms shown in the website are for direct visiters, For online customers they give rooms which are very small. I visited before booking and the double bed was not side by side but they were in line one below the other. Be careful while booking.

Best in service. It a well maintained clean hotel. Staffs are so good and efficient. Rooms having enough space and good amenities. Washroom are clean and good. Wifi working very nice and their service is unimaginable. Nice one to have a better stay in city. They have good parking space and hotel is safe

Not all rooms are good, some rooms are well maintained, but no proper ventilation most of the rooms, food is good but not that worth for the money as it cost too much.

This place is just like the oyo memes. Pretty shabby rooms. They are cheats. I had booked a classic 2x room nd pay at the hotel.as my bus was late (9.00pm) i checked in they said the rooms are full now its late night m tired with very limited options so they told me to upgrade to a deluxe room by paying 300 extra which make my bill to 904. The room they showed me was so bad the bedsheet was filled with hairs nd this does nt ends the the pillow cover omg! Seeing all this i totally forgot to check the toilet but when i did it was to late. I quickly changed the room this was also bit bad single beds but f9 bit better then previous. So i had bath in the hard water which was there nd ordered food. Now coming to that we cannot order zomato here there is nothing mentioned in their policy in mmt but they have created their own nd pasted all over the walls. As they have their own hotel. So i said okay i haven't eaten anything lets order a fried rice what could go that wrong in this. Even in that rice there is hairs. So yuck! Please don't stay at this place worst restaurant I've ever been.

Hotel is ok for a short stay but if you are planning to stay longer beware of parking crunches.

Food stall below hotel is awesome and even their inhouse restaurant is superb.

Its a lodge not a hotel. Towels were dirty, Rooms were smelly. I have visited many oyo hotels, this was the worst.

Place is very different from the images shown. Very bad cleanliness in the room and even worse was the bathroom. Bedsheets were dirty, walls were very dirty too. Images shown of the bathroom are graphical, not real and very dirty. Room doesn't have any ventilation either. I had reached there at odd time so couldnot plan move to other hotel otherwise I would have. Very next day morning I shifted to other hotel.

We checked into this hotel around 8: 30 am after a overnight train journey. We only wanted to refresh, finish our work in the city and checkout by 5 pm. But unfortunately, the hotel could not provide hot water. After many follow ups we were given a small bucket of Luke warm water and we some how managed to take bath in almost cold water. So, in all it wasn't a good experience at all.

Nothing according to what the oyo app shows. The entrance to the hotel is the most unpleasant ever.
No proper parking for cars, but the security guards were very cooperative.
Rooms:
Rooms had a foul odour as though not used for ages, the bathrooms were really bad and stinky. Hot water is available only in the mornings, if asked for hot water at night, the provide it in a bucket.
Pillows were very uncomfortable and towels were stained.
The other rooms toilet can be seen from the gap above the AC.
Room boys served us as if they were doing us a favor.
Wifi wasn't as expected and worked well only on certain days.

Cheap behavioral guy at the reception. Threatens to check out. (A local goon like behaviour). Did not allow us to extend one day stay through Oyo app and insisted to pay Money in cash. Charged 700 for 1 hour extra as our bus was delayed. There are bed bugs in the room. AC was not working. Cable was not working. When asked the response was horrible. Doesn't even know how to behave with ladies. Please don't stay here. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WORST HOSPITALITY.
We are regular travelers due to our work profession, but never came across such Oyo Hotel. Oyo u need to look into this seriously. It's matter of credibility of your oyo chain. I used to blindly trust oyo. But now. It's difficult to trust.

Good place to stay for business opportunities. Nearby to the bus stand and friendly staff. Recommended to book it on oyo for good rates. Otherwise its a bit expensive. Food is very good with complimentary breakfast.

Worst experience ever. Deceiving pictures on oyo app. Nothing as expected. Horrible staff except for a few. Staff have no knowledge of how a hotel works. Restaurant food not up to the mark. Toilets smell bad. Bathrooms are totally out dated.
Pillows are like logs of wood and the Wi-Fi pops up like the full moon. Breakfast cooked in a very unhygeinic place. Hot water only in the mornings which is completely dumb. Like who has bath in the morning and sleeps without bathing in the evening?

Very bad service and also property. Resturant/ Bar is also not responsible about them customers. Don't trust to only view oyo's or MMT's photos.

Although the frontage looks impressive, is hidden behind a flyover and hard to locate. Belgaum didn't offer many options for staying so had to go for HSYN. I felt that it must be a popular place among bachelor's rather than the family crowd because the rooms smelt of alcoholic drinks and cigarettes. In house restaurant offered tasty dishes which is a plus point. Parking is below the flyover opposite the entrance. In one of our rooms, AC was a namesake without any cooling. TV had very few channels to offer.
