Pathetic.just a show off. Over priced rooms with nothing proper facilities like shower, hot water.

Property was good, bit far way from bus stop. Person present at front desk during my check in was not coutomer centric, he had attitude like if you want to check in, check in other wise you have many hotels in town.

One star has been given to this property as OYO was not able to provide AC for booked AC rooms. It was obvious from the talks of hotel reception that AC were working for other rooms but AC was not working only in our rooms. We booked 5 rooms and there was no AC available. I was traveling with kids and seniors. I faced really a hard time during our stay. No doubt hotel staff was very friendly but their friendly attitude did not help us. Be careful with OYO when you book in much advance and bulk no of rooms, you may not get the promised services.

I didn't expect this hotel room to be this great, I've been charged around 450 rupees on oyorooms for the stay. The room is great, the room service is great, receptionist is friendly, bathrooms are decent and you get hot water. You should also checkout Namrata hotel on first floor, great food and great service, you literally don't need to leave the hotel building for anything. If you're going to stay in hospete, this is the lowest priced hotel with great service, it's about 22kms from Hampi. Loved it.

The hotel staff excels by being attentive, helpful, even if professionalism reached highest standards. Wonderfully equipped and large rooms. Excellent club level and very good facilities.

We stayed here for four nights recently. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room are very comfortable and large- we had a king room. One of the best showers I've had in a hotel. The lobby is comfortable and the place is nice with views of the city.

We always stay at The Genx when in Hosapete - the service level and personal care from every employee is unmatched! The rooms are well appointed and the place is simply amazing. The Travel Bar has amazing cocktails and a great vibe!

Best hotel to stay at during birthday party. Classy place- rooms are immaculate.
One feels at ease and comfortable in this place. Loved the lobby and they had good service going on. Best hotel in Hosapete hands down.

Close to downtown and market great place to stay, will be better when pool is done.good breakfast and weight room.highway out front has bad traffic on market days. I am sure it get a lot busier on festival dates.

Stayed one night for a business meeting. Staff is superb! Slept great! Rooms are plush and immaculate. Club lounge is awesome. Can't wait to return, will definitely utilize the spa on my next visit, which I hope will be soon!

My husband and I attended a meeting that was held there. The Genx was wonderful. The rooms were large, comfortable, and very clean. The buffet breakfast was one of the most enjoyable. We are already planning a return stay with our family for some time this summer.

My mom, sister, and I stayed at this hotel and were glad we did! The hotel was very clean, quiet, and had friendly staff. There was an ice cream parlor inside, arcade, spa, and a very nice back porch area with a fire pit, plenty of seats. Fresh water with fresh cut limes and lemons with sugar cookies greeted us at the check in counter. The made to order omelets in the morning along with biscuits and coffee, orange juice and more filled out bellies and left us feeling very satisfied. Prices were reasonable and not too high. Thank you for having us and hope to be back soon to buy more boutique clothes and food!

Miss the water park but all was great. Breakfast was outstanding. No other hotel in the county I think has a breakfast like this. The room options were very helpful. We had the room with the bunk beds.

We spent an absolutely perfect 4 nights at The Genx, Hosapete. Our suite was beautiful with awesome views of the city. Service was attentive from everyone.and I commend housekeeping. It seemed like our housekeepers took a personal interest.organizing my things in a much better way than I had! Cleanliness is extremely important to me.and this was perfect. This hotel is absolutely wonderful. I will definitely return when I visit Hosapete again!

I stayed there on Friday.it was very clean and organized. The front desk was really kind it was nice to rest after the long drive! Liked this place.

I love good hotels and this one is at the TOP of my list! Can't wait to return. The amenities are so elegantly modern and the service is so personal. Simply wonderful in every way. The services made our trip so memorable. Wonderful Club lounge and food and staff to assist with anything you may need.

Fantastic location and staying experience in the hotel. The facilities are overall good and hotel staffs friendly and helpful. Good for business and easy to travel around the city. The front desk people was nice enough to address the issues during the stay.

Rooms are nice.but extremely rude receptionist.plz appoint polite employee as receptionist n not such rude employee.use of inappropriate language n high pitched tone towards customer is totally offensive

We stayed at the Genx for a few nights and couldn't have been more satisfied. The location is perfect for walking to or any other downtown attraction. The room was great, staff was pleasant, and service amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Neat, clean, had a king sized room with small sitting area. There are 8 of us at a meeting here but room comfortable enough that we had meetings in an individual's room. Our room was 204 which was down a long hallway. Bathroom had nice set up with 2nd sink in room (I really like that.) cookies and coffee served in a pleasant lobby. Saw some buses come in, probably for the play each evening thru. Breakfast had meats and waffles. Would have liked healthy option to have oatmeal and fruits.
I stayed from feb 17 to 20. It was again great. Clean & cozy room. Friendly & helpful staff. They serve a great breakfast. This is my 2nd stay here in 4 months. I will stay again sometime. Best hotel I've ever been in. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great experience and atmosphere. Breakfast was amazing, loved the made to order omlets. Would have loved to stay longer, and look foward to going again.

We stayed there for two days.room was good but not that cleaned.breakfast was okay.no kettle in room and thrre isino options to drinking hot water.worst thing is first day night one rat got caught in our washroom.it was not at all expected in oyo rooms when we pay decent amount.

My husband and I stayed at the Genx Hotel for New Year's Eve and I would give the hotel 10 stars if I could. Upon entering this beautiful hotel located, we were greeted warmly by a hotel host who directed us to the guest registration area. The front desk staff is friendly, professional, and check-in process was a breeze.

We had a nice stay here. Nice room, breakfast, coffee and cookies in the lobby, helpful staff.it was a nice stay. Staff pleasant and helpful. Appears to be the nicest hotel in this town.

I attended with a large group for a convention. The convention center is very nice. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast buffet is great. The only thing is they do not have a main restaurant for lunch or dinner. It is not far down the road, but is not attached to the hotel.

Dirty toilet, broken door locks and no hot water.

We had very bad experience here.
Booked online and when we reached there late night they were saying it's sold out and they trying their best to give room.
Why are they taking bookings if rooms are not available?

Then they showed some rooms where the lock is broken or toilets are so dirty and water heater not working.
Since it was late night and all were tired we unfortunately had to stay in one of their bad rooms.

Stayed here for 2 days.comfortable, tasty south indian breakfast, spacious rooms, dining area at the rooftop is very nice. It is located on the main road, easy to locate and major shops and eateries are also nearby.

The rooms are good but the room service isn't that great. The staff is very friendly and gentle. There are facilities include hot water, AC, wardrobe, table and bed lamps. I would recommend this place for budget travellers.

Pros
-Hotel was good. The rooms where spacious.
- Complimentary breakfast starts from 8: 30 to 10: 30 am.and it is served in a unfinished sixth floor. Breakfast was average.
-They give complementary water bottle, soap, shampoo and a moisturising cream.
- Service was neither so warm welcoming neither deppressing also.an average kind.
- you can get drinking water bottle filled by asking sercice guy.it is free of charges.
- even though entrance is bit narrow the whole building can be seen from far.
-Opposite to it there is" MORE" super market and place where you have some snacks.
-There are good resturant just within 1.5 km.
-Hot water is available.

Cons
- Hotel has underground parking facility. But it is having sharp turns, steep slopes and narrow path. Get out of the parking and even getting in to this parking area especially for long vechicles like innova it is almost impossible.
-Lift working wasnot working properly.even though there are only six floor it even shows 14 th floor and some times it takes you to floor by it's own decision.

Nice hotel.with absolute quietness inside rooms being amidst the city! Also the hospitality was good.great food available in the hotel itself.if you like spicy do try their dragon paneer starter it's amazing!

We booked this room via OYO! Excellent room for stay! Hygiene, Cleaned and easy access to Hospet Town. Room is equiped with ️ (TV) and AC. Room is slight costly but overall you get for what you paid.
