OYO 24279 C Seasons Inn

Doesn't deserve even 1 star rating. 100sq feet room. Bedsheets and pillow covers given was not clean, fan was working with loud sound, washroom wasn't clean. When we reported these matter to the person in reception, he said he is not responsible and he doesn't know anything as he is working there for night shift only, he told us to report to OYO. After calling OYO, Oyo booked another hotel for us, The charges we paid is around Rs 2500 for a double bedroom. It wasn't worth Rs 500. If they cant provide basic services to customers, it is better to shut down this hotel.
Please dont opt for this horrible hotel. Families please dont opt for this.

Avoid at all cost!

We booked 2 rooms in C Seasons Inn for a night (25 December 2019). We were a family of 4 adults and 1 kid. The booking was made through Oyo and we paid a total of Rs. 4800 for two rooms. We found out that the room was small, unclean, and not taken care of.

- Extremely small rooms (100 sq.feet)
- Soiled bed linens (dirty and also could find hair strands)
- The ceiling fan in one of the rooms was very noisy. On complaining we were told that the ACs are provided and the fans may not be used:/
- Shaky toilet commode, not fit for use
- Makeshift steps to enter the building made of cement bricks. These was a risk of falling down from these shaky steps.
- The usual OYO toiletry kit was not provided.

On complaining, to the person in charge, we received unfavorable response. We were told that nothing can be done to resolve these issues.

Substandard, unsafe, unfit for occupancy, and extremely overpriced for what is offered. Does not deserve a single star.

The rooms and the hotel are not good as shown in the pictures while booking. The rooms have insects and bugs and the hotel doesn't have proper path to go to the rooms. We have to walk on the bushy tract. They also cheat in the food order with about 30 percent more price than the catalogue price. The hotel is a single floor RCC shed. Totally not recommended.

Very far from city, underground rooms which makes them very cold and dark, no storage space, seems not very safe, cleanliness is ok, don't buy complimentary breakfast-which is worst

Bathroom was stinking and mat was not washed. Overall not well maintained for the price we paid

A good hotel and staff provide an excellent service. The rooms are under grounded so the air and light are very limited.

The hotel is still in construction. So if you are going to stay in day time.believe me it will be horrible for you.

I had some worst experience with the hotel. OYO 24279 C
I went to the hotel on 1st June 2019, and tried to book a room through OYO app in front of the hotel staff. They ask me about the offer and details showing in OYO. When I was about to book the room, they asked not to book through the app, and offered the same in app. I agreed and booked room with advance.
The night stay was also horrible. Late night the power got disconnected and we asked the hotel staff about this. But there was no positive response.
During checkout I raised complaint about the power backup incident, but they argued me and stated as that was because of fuse problem. So should I take accompany an electrician with me to solve these type of problems?
Finally at the settlement, they didn't gave me the offer made while checkin. They asked me to pay the full amount and argued me on this.
