OYO 28191 Indra Comforts

Never ever book a room here at Indra comforts at any point of situation. My sincere request. Worst, worst and worst service. Booked, payment made and confirmed for 3 classic rooms and when we reached here, they are giving only 2 rooms. Without any adequate reason. I have travelled many places and stayed in many hotels but never experienced such a bad service. This is not Indra comforts, this is Asura Uncomforts. Looting people.

One of the worst service, they are reselling the rooms offline and not allowing oyo bookings. Please don't book this property.

Done booking using oyo app.even after that they denied booking and said they are over booked.

**Warning - Terrible Experience! **

- I booked 2 rooms on the Oyo app. They are looting people.
- Upon reaching the reception, the reception guy noticed my online payment and disappointingly told another hotel reception guy that it was online payment.
- Showed me a shared room with dirty floors, sheets and similarly for the other room on a different floor.
- The rooms were disgustingly dirty.
- The reception guy demanded an extra 1000 rupees for the rooms.
- The location is awful, on the outskirts.
- The hotel people are just bad.
- I wouldn't recommend anyone to go for this hotel – it's a terrible experience.

One of the worst hotel I ever visited. I booked room through oyo.but additionally they charged extra Rs 500 for attached bathroom. There is AC just for show.it was not working.bathroom was in worst conditions. Leaking taps. Bad smell. Totally it was worst experience. Dont visit this hotel.

This is one of the worst experience I ever had usually I'll not write any review for anything but my experience here in this place made me to write this. The rooms were pathetic and no cleanliness at all. Bedsheets, pillow covers wer'nt changed and was so dirty with some disgusting stains. Bathroom was unhygienic. Doors did not even had proper lock. We had booked 3 rooms online but when we went there they just provided one appartment with 2 rooms and demanded extra charges for everything.even to use a/c in the room they asked to pay extra. They are just looting the people. Staffs were very rude and their services were horrible. For anyone who is thinking to choose this hotel to stay think twice as it's filled with scammers. I would suggest you to choose some other better hotel than this sloppy hotel.

Rooms are good.but after booking the rooms.they say.all rooms are overbooked.and they try to push you to other location.it's all the game.they keep doing.please check on this issue.other wise rooms are good.

Very Bad Experience.
I booked a room with prepayment through online but at the time of checking receptionist saying. Online booking are not valid and rooms are sold out. And he is telling that if we paid extra amount then they will arrange room. Don't book through online. Especially families don't choose this for your vacation trip.

One of the worst hotel room, no lights on the pavement, tap broken and look like bhoot bangala. Moreover they took extra Rs. 500 but they given doormatry kind of room. Room and bedsheets are very dirty. Not at all recommend for family and couples.

Very bad and rude behaviour of staff then will cancle your room even you booked and pay from Oyo and etc.

The worst experience in my life. They diverted me to another hotel by taking 1500 rs extra. The other hotel was very very disappointing they didn’t change the sheets and blankets. Beware of scammers. I had breakfast included but they now say they don’t have kitchen here.

No words to express about the stay in this property, they gave us a used room to stay.no service from owners.this property owner shouldn't be given license.customer service not there.totally disappointed with Oyo and this Indra comforts.

Don’t every book rooms through OYO. All are fake commitments and wrong portray of rooms. We reached hotel late in the night at around 11: 30 pm only to know that there are no rooms available. The person suggested to go to another hotel where they expected 1000 rupees more than my booking amount that too for a non AC room. No one from OYO responds at that time. This is how OYO treats their customers. Never book hotel through OYO. Don’t fall prey for low prices and false commitments.

Worst experience. This hotel is oly ment for people to go do illegal activities. We booked 2 rooms n had paid full amt yet we only received 1 room that too which was not cleaned after the previous customer had left. There is a lady manager who knows ntg and she's talks nonsense. She has the worst customer relationship management. Please don't book this place

Really the worst place to stay. Never consider this place for your stay in Mysore. You will get shared room between guest and you need to use common bathroom with other guest in the house. Moreover they charge delux room charges and make people to stay in the living room. Really unsafe place to stay in. Worst experience I ever had. Staffs are rude and not at as responsive. Worst rooms the room was super unhygienic and the bed sheet had stain and lit hair hair! Maybe they will never clean the room I guess! Please don’t book! The worst ever

One of the worst place. We had booked a room on 7th Oct 2022, after reaching the hotel the staff told there are no rooms available. Even after the booking was confirmed how can the staff tell that there are no rooms? Even the staff are rude. I suggest not go to that place.

This is the worst hotel you can find any were on this earth. I have booked this hotel for my Mysore visit Duesherra 2022. The hotel was booked in advance and confirmed. When we reach the location they said the room which we booked does not include attached washroom. We paid extra to upgrade the room and then they said room is not available in the same building, so they will shift us to another location. New porperty (MK Arcade) was too dirty and the rooms where not at all clean. No soap and towel shared. Beds were not clean. We kept asking from the property owner but they just ignore. It does not happen with me only. Most of the people are facing the same issue with the hotel. My suggestion would be never book this hotel in dream also. Rest all upto your decision. The room service guys and the owner are too rude.

Worst hotel ever! Service is poor, Bed is not good and their response is pathetic. Waited almost an hour for check in even though I have booked the room from OYO. If you paid the full amount this hotel people will ask you for extra money. Whole hotel is smoking smell. Not at all good for family. They don't know how to speak with customer. Property manager is not available all the time. Room boys doesn't know local language. When you entering the room cigerate smell will welcomes you. One of the worst hotel in Mysore. Not worth for single rating also.

Really worst place to stay. The hygiene and room service is zero. The rooms will be allocated with common bathroom with other roommates.

Worst experience ever.
Scamming customer and charging again double amount when u reach there and also didn't allowed us to stay in hotel even after charging double price and moved us to somewhere else where there was jus a bed n nothing else n no cleanliness.
We couldn't stay there for even a minute and left the place within hour and no refund nothing was provided by them or by Agoda or Oyo.

Worst experience. Bad behaviour from staffs. Unclean rooms and beds. Hotel located at worst location. Parking not available even for bikes. Unsafe location. Common restrooms.

Hemanth is the worst person. Tell some price before checking in, later some aunty will call and ask high price. Hemanth will tell miscommunication and we have to pay extra.

They trick us, tell lies (after i paid online they said my name is not reflected in their app, later i saw my name is listed in a note which im attaching with this review, they provided room to someone else then and make complications and cobfuse us, moreover make us to pay extra and give faulty rooms with no working Ac and broken pipes in bathroom. If you book 2 rooms they give same to thers and take your payment+ they reject your room and make you to pay extra and give you one room for 4 people.oyo customer care ddnt helped us, MakeMyTrip customer care ddnt resolved this on time. We were so frustrated.

Never ever try this hotel

I went to hotel for checkin around 10: 30pm they said booking is not there in my name. But in app it was showing checkout already. Again I paid cash at the counter. Never ever pay online in OYO. It's a big scam. I will raise complaint to consumer court. I won't leave OYO.

The hotel charges extra money from you (1500 extra from me) and they will ask for your phone and rate their hotel themselves, if we ask about this they will attack you. They shifted us from one room to another at midnight. The rooms and bed are in worst condition. They don't change pillow covers or towels or bedsheets.

Worst place. No parking.charged extra amount other than booking. Not clean.

They didn't allocate me a room on reaching the place. They said i will get my refund and they have canceled the booking. I also didn't receive any refund from OYO. The staff over there were ridiculous. Please don't book Indira Comforts if you are traveling to Mysore.

Very bad customer representative at reception. Plus they confirmed the booking via OYO app and upon arrival (all the way from Bangalore to Mysore) they told they don't have any room to provide.

Spacious, clean rooms, helpful staff, food available at a distance of half a kilometer. U can cook too. Facilities are there. Worth for money!

This is one of the best restaurant in hebbal industrial area Mysore Karnataka India. Here this is very cheap and best restaurant.

One of the best budget OYOs of Mysore. Unobtrusive staff and decent rooms but one thing to keep in mind that there are only 2 types of rooms - with and without attached baths.

We stayed here for 12 days and first week it was good and this week it became regrettable of why we stayed there. For the past 5 days, we faced so much unaddressed Criss especially the hot water for which we have to wait and repeatedly insist in the reception for hours.it irritated us to the damn. There is an Assami receptionist and he lacks understanding of the issue and convey it inappropriate to the owner and the problem never gets fixed. Everyday there was parking problem despite the watchman presence. The lift is not 24hours operation. The room cleaning is utter waste. Will never be back and will not recommend this to anyone. Above all they are less open to feedback and don't value your time and words.

Indra Comforts is among the service apartments concepts. It has 16 units of 2 BHK apartments spread in ground + 3 floors. Neatly maintained. Provides tea and complimentary breakfast. No lunch. Dinner arrangements are made on request for a group at a reasonable additional cost. OYO 28191 INDRA COMFORTS is Quite suitable to those who come to Belavadi industrial area and surrounding places on work.

We stayed for 12 days and first week it was honestly good and the next week it became regrettable of why we chose this stay.we faced so much unaddressed crisis like hot water issue, parking problem, lift issue and room cleaning problems. The concerned people don't value your time and words amidst repeated complaints. This property is quite far away from the city and you need to shuttle for a minimum of 6 kms for every necessities. There are immense good lodgings in Mysore than this. Need not prefer this.

I liked the hospitality, the room the atmosphere. I'll definitely consider this place if I need to stay at Mysore. The bathroom floor was a bit untidy but manageable for that I give a 4 star if that was good I would give a 5 star rating. But still I liked the room.

This is the best hotel I have ever come across. Everything was so much better than we could ever imagine. If you are planning to stay in Mysuru then I would suggest this hotel only. Bathrooms sofas kitchen bed and balcony I am out of words to praise this hotel.
I wish they have branches in other locations because the oyos i had visited earlier were worse than a low budget pg you would visit.

Please don't give your phone to the receptionist, he put 5 star rating for the booking. He says, he want to check the mail and payment info in our phone and give 5 star rating for the booking.

Service Apartment in a peaceful and calm area in Mysore. A little away from the hustle bustle of the city. Reasonable pricing. We took up two AC rooms and got the entire flat with the hall, kitchen and bedrooms with balconies. Loved the stay here. Neat, clean and well-maintained. Staff at reception is polite and helpful. The rooms are niche, clean and all accessories provided. Parking of both two-wheelers and four-wheelers available. Breakfast arrangements available in the basement. Overall, a good place to stay. Would highly recommend.
