Very bad service.bedsheet not clean. I was stay 2 day but no one listen to work for room cleaning and changing bedsheet. I request 4 times for cleaning the room but no response. Very poor service

One of the worst hotel rooms.unhygienic/dirty/rooms stinking.never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros: I went there only because oyo suggested me the hotel, I stayed with my family, it came under my budget, ac worked well, rooms are clean to some extent.
Cons: while entering itself we can see a bar and restaurant, which is not so comfortable for families to sit in the reception, there is no hot water provided. The staff won't care too much about the customers.
Overall experience is ok ok?

Hotel not having hot water. If you going in rainy season or winter then book some other hotels. This hotel have solar water if there is no sun they wont provide hot water. No resturant in hotel for food you have to go out.

Do not book this hotel if you are traveling with Family, Rooms are not clean, they did not provide us remote for AC and TV also hot water is not available. Bad experience.

Unhygienic and unsanitary living conditions clubbed with Rude staff.
The beds are filled with ants or bugs.
The rooms are damp and smell due lack of ventilation.
Lavatory area too was unclean.
Be prepared for additional roommates like you're friendly neighbourhood spidey.

And hight is water was not available for two days because of motor broken.so, he provide Two bucket of water in a day for use.

Just ok for an overnight stay. No hot water facility in the bathroom. Lot of cigarette smell in the corridor.

Worst experience, worst ambience.
If you are with a family, do not prefer this unless you are broke.

Bakwas.worst totally.i ever seen. Waste of money and poor hospitality. Room is worst of all dusty untidy and full of cobwebs.

Do not book this place on Oyo rooms (or for that matter any online portal). The hotel management will flatly refuse any association with Oyo during check in and demand extra money to make a booking. Irony is, they display the Oyo wizard board proudly on their reception desk. Made this mistake during our last trip to Udupi and after being refused check-in had to look for alternate stays early in the morning. Speaking of early check in, don't even think about it here without being asked for an unreasonable amount.

Oyo charge was 400 someting but the lodge ppl didn't agree for 400 and charged more. Oyo simply shows less pircs.

Very poor, Bed sheet and pillow cover, not yet washed. Ladies hair visible inside room, Mosquito. High speed internet available.

Worst place ever. Been there with my wife, there's a bar next to the reception and people were staring at us all the time. B grade hotel, Booked the rooms via OYO, after going there we were asked to pay extra money. Please never visit here, especially with family.

Bad experience the rooms are very bad Don't even clean rooms and they provide used bed sheets.please don't book this hotel.

Not bad for one day stay. Staff and services are good. AC leaks and cleanliness are some issues. But given the rates it's workable. Not recommended for families.

Air conditioner not in good condition, water was leaking from air conditioner, bathroom not at all clean, taps were never repaired believe, ambience on the minus side, very sorry but true did not enjoy the stay.

Manipal. Poor maintenance inside the room ac was dripping water inside the room and toilet hose was also leaking and in damaged condition.

Leaky Ac, Rusty and leaking faucet, 2 cheap mattresses laid over each other to give appearance of quality, a little stuffy and stinky corridor and room. Not totally worth your money

Place wise good for a stay.

They did not have a power back up, mentioned generator repair in the day of full power shutdown.
Hope thy rectify that soon.

Please do not book this hotel, my experience is horrible. Ac not working, mosquito inside the room but no mosquito net nor any liquid. Dirty linen. The reception says linen cannot be changed because they do not have that person now who take care of that. Receptionist said that they will look for the ac but did not came.
