Very bad experience for this lodge
Staff are not good they don't know how to behave with customers and bathroom are not clean there is no hot water

Exclude this hotel from your list friends. Rude staff, worst room condition, no coordination between Oyo and hotel staff. They don't care to check the details booked via Oyo nor do they take any responsibility for the commitments made by Oyo. We ended up wasting our money and time with this hotel.

Average rooms and no air conditioning for all rooms but in Goibbo it is mentioned as air conditioner available. Wifi is available here. There is no lift and no hot water facility.

Budget pricing. 1400 per night. One room is ok. Other room was bad. Ac effect minimal. Hot water good. Lighting is bad. Cleanliness barely ok. Bed is good. Super location

Worst hotel experience till now.
While checking out they started an argument stating that one red cushion was missing from the room, which wasn't even there when we checked in. They argue that we should check OTHER ROOMS since pillow were there in other rooms.
We were 10 adults, they checked all of our bags! Found nothing and told us to leave without even apolozining.

Booking via agoda. After 12 check in before 11 checkout. Never mentioned am or pm. No contact number. Reached the hotel around 4 am. Receptionist said no rooms and told me to come around 12 pm. I asked why you didn't mentioned am/pm while booking. He told me to ask agoda. I'm typing this message while searching for hotels nearby or kushal nagar. My bad.

Booked the Hotel through Goibibo. Reception staff demanded more money to give the room and denied accomodation without paying extra. As per reception staff they can denie any booking made through online at their wish. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour from all the Hotel staff found here. Hotel staff were arguing in a very arrogant manner with other guests also. They doesn't know what is hospitality.worst hospitality experienced so far.

There is no staff available to take care of normal things like room service and room cleaning.
Basic amenities like dental kit and clean blankets are unavailable.
Room was not as I expected it's not worth the money they asking but it's not that bad only it's not value for money.

After 3 - 4 hrs of booking, when we reach the hotel reception. The boy said that he will not give me the rooms that I was already booked through the OYO app. He told me to cancel the booking or pay extra to stay in that hotel.
I don't know Why they ask for more amount?

Worst place ever. No room service at all. Phone wasn't working, everytime we need to down n call for any help. Room was stinking and unclean beds.
I would strongly not recommend this place.

Very unsupportive staff. Did not provide water at th begining. Even after asking for water, glasses and spoon, we were not provided with it.

1 star just for, the breakfast which was worth eating

I will not recommend Coorg Mandarin for stay because of the following reasons:
1. No breakfast arrangements in the hotel.
2. No mineral water bottles provided.
3. Rooms are damp and smelly.
4. Moisture in the room.

However, there is a restaurant nearby for breakfast. The main issue was we had already paid for breakfast and the receptionist said that we don't provide breakfast. They further said that they had already reported to Goibibo from where the bookings were made and Goibibo is not taking any actions on this.

So this is mainly for @Goibibo to check if any rules have been violated and to refund the breakfast charges.

We have seen a room at this hotel which got one double bed and 1 single bed. But when we booked it OYO. They gave us a small room which had only one double bed. When asked for the additional bed. They upfront said that you booled from OYO hence you will not get the bigger room. That's not fare. They even refused to give water glasses as well. Very pathetic services and hospitality. Upon multiple request we got one additional mattress which was dirty.

Great place and great management. Nominal breakfast served but thats alright I guess.since the place is well in the city centre with good options available.

I booked through oyo for 621rs on 24th july. I was travelling from banglore to kerala in a bike and it was freezing cold. I reached there at 12 in the night and the staff over there refused to give the room for the already booked price. They asked for 1000rs. When i asked they said wrong rates are shown on oyo and that i can call oyo and if they agree they will give me room for 621rs. It was a total scam. I tried calling oyo no one picked. Waited for another 30minutes and had no option but to stay. They clearely took the advantage of my situation in that midnight. Not using oyo again. My order id was JXQU4259

Room service is pathetic. Reception team is least bothered about your issues.
Linens and towels are damn dirty.
2 star for just location.

Hotel is good, but they don't have their on restaurant. We have to order food from outside. Also, they give break fast for oyo customer but it's not that good.

My stay was from 17-20 may 2019. At the reception there will be one person like a buffoon. He will keep on asking and pestering for money.
2. They don't have swipe machine.
3. They don't change the Lenin only fold and keep it.
3. They don't give proper Bill. When I asked fora Bill all I got was a receipt. They don't treat customers properly you can see all the customers shouting at the reception.
5. I think it is not a professional y mAnaged hotel.
6. Very frequent power cuts and they switch over to back up.
7. Very small sabbatical tv in the rooms only free channels will be playing
On the whole a very bad experience.

Hotel on a budget price, located on the main road the the entrance of the town. Rooms were neat and clean with good supportive staffs. One should enjoy the comfortable stay.

Stayed here on 24/4/2019 to 25/4/2019 on our return trip from Wayanad. Greeted by Mr. Vishnu in the Reception desk. Good hospitality.friendly staff. Nice and clean rooms.well arranged beds.clean bathrooms. Basement parking was provided. Gud enough breakfast. Close proximity to the city. Enjoyed our stay there.

Good budget hotel. Good for family. Cleanliness is maintained well. Restaurant is not there. Service they have to improve. We waited for nearly half an hour to get the rooms ready. We reached around 12.15pm. Online booking done through goibibo. Called and informed two days before to make the room's ready. But after reaching only they started to make the room ready. More power cuts. Power back up takes some time.

Very bad experience,
I checked in around 10pm, the bed sheets where not washed had a foul smell in the room, AC was not working properly there where bugs on the bed due to which got rashes on my body by morning.
Worst place to stay if you want spend a peaceful night.

Really nice stay. Thank you to oyo. Really thank you to OYO MANAGER LIKITH very good and helpful person. I called him midnight 1: 30 he came to my place and he came with me to the Hospital. And he is with us till morning 8am.heartly thank you LIKITH.

Really nice service. We arrived very early in the morning. They gave us room as soon as one got checked out to get fresh and rest without charging anything extra.

We checked in to the hotel on 13th April Saturday.
. The beds are extremely small.
The people on the front desk are very unprofessional amd uncourteous.

When we asked for even one extra glass, they refused to buzz saying they can only provide 2 glasses for a room.
People should never stay at this place unless you have no other options left at Coorg.

Room size was ok for 2 people. Even the breakfast was just perfect (Not too much, not too less). There was also a poster describing briefly what places to visit. Even the receptionist was helpful regarding the tourist places.

My room was spacious, airy. Hot water runs always. Manager is friendly. The hotel is just opposite to KSRTC Madikeri bus stand. SBI ATM I'd below the hotel. Breakfast is tasty and wholesome. Bed was relaxing. Only issue is the little transparent curtain. It's little away from main town so no road sound. Auto are really available so you can go to market. Bike tent is available on cheap rate at "Royal brothers". The hotel management can provide you the address. Breakfast timing is just 1 hour and they don't have kitchen, do if your tea gets cold then there is no option to get it hot.

The staff were really great and friendly, if coffee kettle would have been provided it would have been an amazing place, For drinking hot water every time we r suppose to go to the reception apart from this small issue the room were kept neat and clean

Rooms worth the prize payed but free breakfast was just hopless. They Don t have resturant and food has to be ordered from out side. So that is a real hassle.

Great place, especially when u take the 4 or 8 bedded room.this rooms will not be in online you have to directly checkin with the hotel

Its k.the hotel is on main road on left hand side.has no car parking facilities.rest was good.the rooms are good.neat and clean.but u will find noises coming in from the other rooms.if ppl partying.

Just 1km from main madikeri market. On main road. Nice room, spacious more than expected. Neat and clean, the staff is very polite and decent, the owner is very friendly.

You can park you car outside in front of the hotel, it's safe and distant from main highway road. I suggest that this the nearest best hotel to stay in madikeri if you come by your self vehicle as the road inside the town is very narrow and high slop on mountain. You hardly get parking place there hence this is the nearest you can choose.

There is no restaurant attached how ever their are many restaurants around and will have no issues.

Finally it's nice and decent place to stay for family in coorg, you will really enjoy.

The hotel is near local bus stand and not near the KSRTC bys stand. Location is good if you go in either direction whether it be to kushalnagar or to the abbey falls.
The dont orovude any meals during your stay except breakfast if it is included in your package.
Check the Check-in time prior to booki g because they charge if you are checking in before 10Am.
Rest everything is good.
