OYO 30707 shabari residency

It's not bad but they have attached bar also it was feel insecure and bad environment

Charges higher than what was mentioned in the Oyo website. Refused us to check in cause of it, hence we had to leave the hotel at 1: 30am

The maintenance and service is Good and the rooms are spacious and the cost is also not High only one minus ground floor is bar Shop, going with family is not preferable.

Overall excellent! Reasonable priced food, very polite and helpful staff. Neat room with 24hrs hot water Ac, Fan and T. V. Canteen is available just next to the lodge where breakfast was taste.

Cons - Bar at ground Floor rooms are at 1st floor have to go through bar entries but we found no trouble as such.

Excellent experience, Rooms are too clean and tidy, Doesn't Over charged more over Friendly Staffs

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! I found the rooms to be comfortable, the staff very attentive. A place such as this is clearly one of luxury, and from the outside the interiors are stunning. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I strongly recommend to stay

Rooms are good but bar exist in downstairs,

Both bar and room entrance are same, if they setup different way for room and bar then it will be good,

Because of bar family members will feel unsafe,

Some rooms glass windows are direct view of balcony it was hided by screens but it is also feeling unsafe,

Closed windows only feeling safe.

It was a a small cozy place which was unexpectedly SUPER CLEAN. Th host was pretty sweet and helpful. Give us tips and tricks to travel in chickmangaluru. All and all it is a 10 on 10

My family begs me to go back home after we checked in. Worst OYO experience.
There is an open Bar on the ground floor and the entrance is a graveyard of bottles. What a horrible experience.
This place is awful at least if you are with your family or wife. The room we got is so small, and hardly anything right. Shared images which are not included in the OYO app so others get a clear picture of this OYO.
Although the people here are well behaved. Seems like OYO is not managing this property well.
We left the place that day.

The environment is not comfortable/suitable for families as we need to pass through a Bar & Restaurant and Wine shop belongs to the same property owner. Atleast they should have given another entrance without contact to the wineshop and bar. Staff is polite and supportive. Prices are reasonable.

I think this is the only Oyo in Mallanduru. Ground floor there’s bar n restaurant and 1st floor rooms. Nothing fancy, but that’s more than enough for stay and good vfm. Big sized rooms and decently maintained, what more can you ask? Appreciate the room service and hot water being available all the time. And there’s car parking too! Very close by is the shooting/sunset point.

They scam you. They invent the prices and add much more than the real one in any website. They even turned off the internet so that we could not find any alternative. SCAM! Run away from this place!

Awful treatment. Went there with a previous search on Booking to look the prices and there the guy told us the night was double the price. As if that were not enough, he gave us WIFI to show him the booking price, he denied that price and let us helpless without WIFI and mobile signal. They know they are the only ones offering bedrooms to stay and they took advantage. Be carefull.
