We were at Kalasa for trekking. This hotel was very convenient. Rooms are average, service is quite good. Bar and restaurant are decent. Excellent breakfast place.

Beautiful stay in entire kalasa town. Staff is very approachable and clean property, amazing food. Give it a try

Rooms need to be more tidy. Need to provide bath towels, pipe leakage to be fixed. Service staff were excellent. Ample parking space. Close to visiting places. No harm to visit.

We were 8 people. I booked 3 rooms for us through Oyo. These hotel people have some issues with Oyo and hence they started denying all the Oyo booked rooms!
After we reached there, they said we'll not give rooms, you have to pay now and book. I had already made the payment! How can you take this as?
Finally after argument, they gave us Oyo booked rooms but again breakfast which was included in our Oyo tariff was denied. No breakfast but we had done full payment! This is not acceptable.
We asked for extra mattress and they said we'll give only if we have. Extra blanket also they said the same. After argument, they provided.
Hotel rooms were very clean and hygienic. Bathrooms were clean, no issues. Toiletries were given.
But staff service/behaviour was quite low. They should be more professional and friendly, they cannot simply deny the booking.
No one called us when we booked online. Whatever the issue with Oyo, it's their internal, they cannot put it on us.
