OYO 346 Fortune Comforts

Rooms are decent & location is very good. But corridor is bit narrow & not properly lit. The overall ambience didn't justify the price; probably they are charging that much for the location. Shared parking available at the basement - that's good given the location

Only good thing about this hotel is the location close to manyata.

No hot water for bath just warm water
Cable tv there but does not work
Interet also provided but does not work
No door mats

Worst experience, Owner is very bad, Staff are bad too. I booked to 15 days day a t fair price from Agoda, they cancelled my booking when I reached with Luggage at their hotel, Talked to the owner his behaviour is worst,
The only reason the tariff, if you pay less by applying the coupons and some other way there are not going to accept it, and you have not option left in night expect getting this hotel at the higher price, I was single so I can manage, but never never book this hotel if you are with your family

OYO is just pathetic. Hoter owners does not obey booking from Oyo and ask for additional money.

They will charge you extra 300-400 rupees even though you paid the full amount offered by oyo. Receptionist won't allow you to check in until you pay extra amount.
Moreover, Workers drinks and shouted in the corridor in the night time.
No water bottle was offered by them. Wifi connection is good. Room is cleaned and fully furnished.

Owners have no idea what is working and what isn't. They just care about money u pay in advance n just wait for being treated worse.
Fyi: WiFi dosent work, TV, Fridge, AC nothing does expect for in few rooms

One of the bakwas rooms the counter person is very rude to people's he wear space after confirmed rooms in oyo app when I went there he is charging more so pls don't visit

Worst service, No proper water supply
We stayed for 4 days since we paid in advance.
1. First the room was not as showed in the picture.
2. Then there was no A/c working and no fridge for which we have paid in advance.
3. Changed the room after complaining, but the new room had no hot water supply. Again Changed the room in next day but in vein.
4. TV was also not working
5. Flush knobs and faucets were also faulty.
4. After multiple complaints and no response from the reception. We checked out from the hotel.

Waste of money. Worst service.

Pleasw save your time by not going for this and specifically dont go for Oyo app. Pathetic experience both by oyo and hotel executives. DONT VISIT THIS PLACE

Asked to pay more than online Booking price when reached at location.when I refused to pay they declined Accommodation and did not gave the refund.

I booked my room by paying in the app and when I go to hotel they denied checkin as they say the I have to pay extra 1k and i tried to contact oyo no one was answered it says you are in queue. The worst experience don't opt for it and make payments no one accepts the online payment it happens to me thrice and oyo didn't care.

The hotel refused to honour the booking made thru OYO. They quoted 3 times the charge mentioned by OYO. Wondering if OYO bookings are reliable.

Lodge nd dine good but thers no proper response to the customers. And no good service for the customers.

Offer u services like wifi tv ac meal and much more.

Felt like at home. Very neat and clean. Pleasant to stay. On the main road. Near bus stop. Near main junction. IT park is very close to it.
But don't expect 24 hrs hot water supply. You need to call up the reception 30 mins before you want to use hot water.

The place was good. All amenities were provided. Hot water was available 24*7. They provided complimentary breakfast also. The room was clean.

Beware of booking this hotel through OYO Rooms. It is open fraud. I booked one month before with full payment. A 5 days before travel OYO has called and updated that there is plumbing work going on in this property and my booking need to be cancel. Now my entire travel plan got impacted as I am not getting good hotels near by. So Please beware of OYO booking fraud.

Very nice place to live.the receptionists and the other room service guys are very much helpful.the only disadvantage is sometimes it may take sometime if you call and ask the receptionist to do something like food ordering and all.

I booked this hotel seeing the facilities but they itself changed the booking to another hotel at the last minute.
