OYO 3495 Dass Suites

The rooms were clean, the bathrooms could have been cleaner. The room with a balcony was nice. It has a good view and the hotel itself is situated in a nice, quiet residential area. The food is ok. Service also is ok since business has been down due to the current covid situation.

Fraudulent hotel of the worst kind. The owner called Lokesh took an advance of 1000 Rs.from us and stopped answering calls. They're not allowing us in the hotel, nor refunding the money. Why is oyo onboarding such frauds? Planning to register a police complaint, which will teach a lesson to them.

Where is the pool? Where have you hidden it? Where are the bathtubs also?

Horrible staff behaviour, water supply issues repeatedly

They were repairing the place with so much noise throughout the day and not one word of apology from the management. They didn't stop even after repeated complaints were made. Incidentally the room which was being repaired was the room allotted to us first and that had no flush handle in the toilet.

We booked three nights at dass suites from the 12th to 14th jan 2020, we were very dissapointed on arrival to see our room that is just falling apart, the walls needs repainting its dirty as hell, the switched board by the beside had fallen apart and the management had tried to do a very bad fixing job that was unfinished, the floors had wall paints not been cleaned, dirty washroom. There was no hot water for a shower because the geyser does not work in-spite of informing the front desk they couldn't help fix the issue.
The management uses an array of wonderfully clean beautiful rooms to attract customers, the management also provided false info on their website of having a swimming pool in their property. Its all just frauds when you Don't have certain amenities don't try to scam people as simple as that.we stayed at their Plot No, 679,10th Main Rd, near Sony Signal, 4th Block, Koramangala property in Bengaluru.
Here is our honest review, Their is better OYO properties around koramangala where the management are genuine.
