The guy at the counter is very rude and he denied the booking even though I booked it online. He didn’t let me in and picked a fight. The worst experience ever!

Rooms are compact and bathrooms are small, even though neatness ok. Overall not good experience in terms of commutation and others means.

Hotel boy himself put Oyo rating from my mobile, pretending to do something else.

Worst Receptionist he looks like thief nd He charged 500 rupees extra money after reaching there he's such a thief and talks so rude

Worst experience. No toilet seat. Dirty bed and room. No power most of the time. AC doesn't work well.

There is literally no mobile network in the room.
Hotel has a small private shop below, where we can get food, if u order it throught receiption they charge extra 10-30 depending upon food

i have booked through app, they are charging extra 200 saying the minimum amount didnt match.

Rooms are average and not maintained, i saw cockroaches in bathroom

Pathetic. This hotel shouldn't be with OYO. Not advisable for family or single pesons. No amenities. Never make payment in advance in this hotel.

Please do not believe what these people promise you before you go. They don't hive basic facilities like cleanliness and clean sheets. According to them if we go through oyo we have to put up with whatever dirty facilities they provide without complaining or asking for clean sheets. They don't provide even hot water for showers and bath. They even made me pay the full rent as soon as I went there to check in. Room was extremely dirty, with thick smell of tobacco smoke, sheets were extremely dirty to the point that the white sheets were brown in colour. They did not provide AC even though they had it in the room. They did not provide hotwater for bath. Bathroom was even more dirtier than the room. I had no choice for that might because it was late evening and this location is at the periphery of Bangalore, so I had an agonising night that I had to spend in the dirty room. They changed the sheets only after I threatened to go elsewhere and asked for a refund!

Dirty place. Wash room and room floor was not cleaned. Receptionist was arrogant. Bad smell in bed and bedspreads. You find cocroaches on bed. Not hygienic at all. Smoking smell in launge

A bad experience, no lock to bathroom not connected telephone to enquiry for everything must go to reception towels are torn and many more.

Romms were not properly maintained
No minimum emities required
No house keeping until we ask

We had a friends get together and stayed there for a night, place is clean and away from crowd, especially i wanted to thank Mr. Raj Krishnan who called us back in less than 5 mins to return our wallet which we forgot in the room, hats off to this honest guy.
