Booked this hotel through make my trip but the hotel denied checking at late night 1 pm.called oyo customer care they said they could do nothing about it hotel employees are saying they are not part of oyo right now
One late night incident spoiled the entire trip guys pls don't take room in this hotel I warned you

Drive down a treacherous single lane road to reach this place. No parking facilities available. Rooms are not what it looks like in the phots they've posted. None of the facilities mentioned are there.hot water, AC etc. If you are a family please do not even try booking. They do not honor OYO booking despite confirmation receipt. When we cancel the booking OYO does not process the refund as it is on the day of your check-in. Stay away please and do not get conned.

It is the worst experience ever. The rooms are dirty filled with insects the beds are highly undermaintained and we have to cancel our booking which the staff encouraged us to do.

Maharaja comforts, was one of biggest bad hotel selection in my life and also the Oyo hotels. The photos shown in website and in real very very bad in condition. We had booked the hotel for 650rs after apply all the discounts. When we reach there morning for early checkin around 6am, they charged us extra money, not for early check in but for as we have booked the room for 650rs only, they said this much money we will not give the room, this reason was completely bulls**t. When we inform that we booked from oyo itself they said we are not linked with oyo which wqs another bulls**t reason. In total they charged 500rs extra for us, we had no choice but to accept it. I have proof of recording with them. But helpless… guys don’t go for it unless you wish the incident to happen with you also. Pathetic Oyo customers and this hotel staff.

What you see in the photos are unrealistic. No AC, no power, no fan, stings worser than public toilet. Full of alcohol and ciggerate smell inside the rooms. Attenders say, they are helpless and have informed OYO, booking.com and other aggregator apps already, but they have not changed. But i would like to blame the management for maintaining at such a pathetic condition, spoiling the mood of tourists and wasting their precious time!

Rooms are ok.but the road for the lodge is not good.its not in main road very internal in city.

Didn't give us checkin because they wanted to extract more money. They said it's Dussehra and I have booked at a discounted price. They were abusive. Horrible horrible people. They just want to extort money. Even if you have a booking, they will not let you enter the rooms.

Its a very bad oyo, zero cleanliness dirty bed cover, it was a worst nightmare, please do not book this hotel online

The service personnel is very good but rooms very dirty, bathrooms duct filled with hairlumps and cigarette pieces, pillow cover bedsheets mat all are very dirty.

Don't go there. Is my advice. Very bad behaviour of staff. Booked room rejected at the time of check in and asking more money

Entire stay was so peaceful and amazing i was there for a two days rejuvenating energy time as my profession demands me to be at a go.

I don't want to give even 1 star for oyo, as I had a very bitter experience with their service. For our trip to chikmagalur & coorg, we made bookings through oyo and even made payment much earlier. But when we reached at both the places we were not allowed to check -in since they have not received payments from Oyo and we had to make separate bookings after so many difficulties. Hence pl don't make any bookith gs ru oyo

Spent a night in the hotel. The rooms are decent and beds are cozy. It is little inward from the main road away from traffic noise making it quite peaceful. It is around 30 km from Madikeri.

The place is decent to stay, but I had a very bad experience with this property as there is a gap between OYO and the property manager.

When I reach the hotel, hotel people asked me to pay some extra money to avail the room, as they are not getting the complete amount from OYO and they can't give room. I reached the hotel at around 11 PM with family and I had to stay on road for an hour or so. Still my issue didn't resolve, the OYO customer support is too worst, the response I got from them is they raised an escalation and their concern department will call us, I paid the extra money to avail the room as it is late night and I'm with family, worst part is I didn't get call from OYO even after I checked out.

I recommend Maharaja Comforts, but don't use OYO for any kind of accomodations, this is second time I encountered with the same scenario. But this time I paid the money ahead of time to not get into the same situation. So, I strongly believe using OYO when you are traveling to new place is not good.

Not at all suitable for families. Not at all trust worthy!

My kid was not well after a long day sight seeing, as she started developing fever. Despite of all requests, we were in the middle of the road in such an odd time that too with a small baby with ill health and old parents.
When we told them we are going to complain to the police, they were even ready to man-handle us. They were not at all bothered about the family or even the small kid.

So please please dont book this hotel ever again. They will kick u out from their rooms anytime during midnight.

Barbarian receptionists and unethical management!

I had booked 3 double bed rooms for the dates 7/10/2019 to 8/. Me along with my wife, parents of both and our 2 year old kid came to hotel on 7th october 2019 by 8.30 pm.

For our shock, hotel people didn't allow us to check-in citing the reason that Hotel owner has rejected the booking as its Dussera time and I have booked on a highly discounted rate. Unfortunately, I never had a prior information about such unofficial cancellation either from the side of the hotel or from Make MyTrip App. Moreover, they were not at all ready to make the matter in writing so that we can claim the refund.

This was totally unethical and unprofessional attitude from the hotel people, as we were in the middle of the road in such an odd time that too with a small baby.

When we told them we are going to complain to the police, they were mocking us by directing us the route map to police station. They were even ready to man-handle us when we started shouting.

Finally, I had to roam around the city with my entire family members to get a room and finally had to settle down somewhere far away for a much higher price.

So please please dont book this hotel ever again. Slaughter house is much better.

We had booked this place through Makemytrip for 7th October 2019 checkin and 8th morning checkout. We had booked 3 rooms and were planning to stay here with family, including my 2 year old niece. But when we reached here, the guys at the reception wouldn't allow us to check in. The reason they cited was that due to Dussehra, the prices were higher and we booked through MMT at a discounted price. They were asking rates not at all matching the quality of the stay. They had our booking in their register too, but wouldn't allow us to checkin without paying over the odds. They made my family (including my two year old niece) wait out in the open at night. We had to search for another stay at the last moment, wandering around at night. They even challenged us to go to police, they didn't care.

A economy place to stay in Kushalnagar. Comfortable for two. The Associate (Vinodh) was helpful.

Services was good near to bus stop and was very peaceful. I washed my car there this facility also there.

Good room for the price we paid (not on weekend) staff was helpful. Gave us access to WiFi as our mobile data was not working at the location. Close to main road n market access
