OYO 37297 N R Deluxe

This isn't oyo. Doesn't accept online booking. Rates displayed online and offline are too different

I stayed as a single person for an overnight visit, they have charged 1500₹. Negotiation is not possible. Clean and comfortable rooms. For freshup they are charging 500₹ for 1 hour. There is no parking for car.

All the 5 Star Reviews are fake and some they pay the customers for 5 Star, they even offered me Rs. 400 for 5 Star and after i declined continuously they said i checked out late when it was not even 10am. I was literally speechless how they tried to blackmail us, but as for them they really Messed with the wrong people so we easily tackled them back with the same strategy they used on us, back to the point the rooms is ok, am not done yet -No Towels Provided for more then 8 hours, no hot water, No proper door lock from inside, rats under the bed (i managed to chase the rats out), windows were really dirty, Lift doesn't work, dirty bedsheets and blankets, and more. PLEASE DON'T BOOK ONLINE FOR OYO ROOMS (DEPENDS ON WHICH AREAS THE OYO ARE LOCATED) BUT THIS ONE A BIG FAT NO! FACED ALL THIS ISSUES AFTER A LONG JOURNEY, NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. NOPE!

We booked it through OYO, but when we reached here the receptionist said he wont let us in without paying extra amount and said that the amount which is shown in oyo is lesser, he dint even cancel the booking and we lost 900rs for nothing, this hotel is a scam, DONOT BOOK ANY ROOMS PLEASE

In app it has shown me 970 Rupees so that I booked nad when I went to hotel they asked me to pay 1400 Rupees. Then what is the use of App? Do justice to me

This OYO hotel is used for escort services, please don't visit here, as soon as we found out, we checked out of the hotel

OMG the attitude of attenders! When we came.he refused to give us room saying that they dont have rooms available.when we told we already booked it.they gave us room.but then they told us that pay only through paytm. Even after requesting they dint change the bedsheet cover and blanket both.it was very dirty and used one with black patches all over it.even though they dint change it.said they did. They also did not start lift for luggage.because of that we had to climb stairs 3-4 times for water luggage and for requesting them multiple times to change sheets.after 12 hrs of car drive. F.

They are looting, I lost booking amount of oyo and when I reached at hotel they said oyo booking can't be accepted you have to book again so I booked because I was tired due to long distance travelling but I paid twice as compared to oyo and as per oyo policy for not refunded my booking amount so unfortunately ipaid 3x

Since I booked online the receptionist/manager/owner behaves rude.
He marked checked in and demanded one day's amount for early (I reached hotel at 6.00am), as per OYO policy between 6.00am to 10.00am I'll be charged max 30%.
If I reach out OYO for help, customer support literally says can't help, says no one in the senior position is available till 9.00am and I can't cancel after 9.00am.
And finally this is to OYO, don't reply that you are sorry for this, not helping your customers for 3 times in a row is not unacceptable.
If you really want to make up then provide options for early check in and include charges while online bookings

Worst hotel I ever seen.because I found cockroach in curry! But not to feel owner embaraased. I keep quiet! And found hair also! Ordinary taste but not worth. For money

2. Police come on raids to this hotel, which means the reputation of this hotel is very bad.
3. Service is very worst, service is bad
4. Bad service people don't know hospitality. They treat in a bad way

OVER ALL WORST PLACE I HAVE STAYED

Horrible arrangements. Tv doesn't work, lift doesn't work, the bathroom doesn't have a lock, water overflows into the room, service is bad. Cleaning isn't done regularly, overall it wasn't a good experience at all.
Only plus point is the location

Situated just beside of hosur main road, bommanahalli, bangalore. Good atmosphere. Food was good. Behavior of the stuffs also good.

Not at all happy by service. The boy who came for service asked me to pay him 1200 for cleaning.

Worst behavior i went to hotel intially they said that they charged 1000 per night so i booked a room but after 1 hr hotel employee came to my room said that you have to pay 1000 more unless u can leave the hotel

Very worst. They don't have respect to their customers. No Locked bathrooms. No water bottle. Reception guy is worst. If they are not linked up oyo. Why they are not removing their hotel in that website. This is their business plan to highlet their hotel by use of oyo. When we came to payment they put oyo aside and betray customers.

I think the property is no longer ruN by OYO as they had the OYO bord removed so I just walked in and did not check in the app (it was 12am so I just wanted to crash somewhere). The man sitting at the counter charged us Rs1200, where in the app its Rs866 also he accepts only cash (which was doubtful because every other OYO rooms I stayed before has the option to pay through card) maybe because he doesn't want the owners to know that he charged more and keep the rest for himself. + THE FLUSH AND TAPS DOESNT WORK. They don't clean the room as our room had liquor caps on the floor and the bed sheets where stained (hopefully not cum). There wasn't even drinking water in the room. Don't ever take room there. There are plenty other good rooms available nearby.

I paid ₹1200/- for these petty rooms, where the flush and the taps weren't working. There was no card payment available even. I'm really disappointed by this hotel.

First Location was not good. Cleanliness is important but here no such things. In Oyo mentioned restaurant and other facilities available but i didnt find any operational restaurant only thing they will provide you when you order ahead. It appears like lodge. Staffs are really helpful and kind person but thier room servicing behavior is bad. Elevator not working, TV is working but there is no channels to see. They should improve the service.

Apart from this rooms are so good and quite spacious. Paintings and floor looks good.

Too much of stinky smell at reception public toilets are attached to the hotel lift is very small roads are closed due to metro work, but rooms are spacious and inside the hotel rooms are maintained well.

Good hospitality, nice receiving, great atmosphere, yummy tasty food especially andhra cuisine, I suggest all this is the best budget hotel.
