1. Reception asked me for extra money on checkin even though I have booked through the app and when you ask for the bill they will not even provide you that. They are totally running a scam. 2. The guy sitting at the reception was very rude and drunk. 3. The service is also the worst. They will not even provide water for the customers.
The owner is fraud he keeps low prices on Oyo app to lure people to hotel and deny the price on the app and asks for more money, please avoid this fraud place
Pathetic management. NEVER EVER go for it! They charge you the double amount of what you've paid in the online app. No proper facilities or hygiene provided, never visit here. Highly disappointed.
It's a worst experience ever I have booked the rooms in OYO and after the successful payment hotel owner told rooms are full Next i call OYO costomer care they told sorry sir rooms are booked time is night 1.00 O'clock AM This is the second time experience so all of you don't booked rooms in OYO
The worstest stay ever in banglore …full of scam with support of OYO …charging extra amaount than in OYO dont ever try to accommodate in thus hotel …. They not even sanitize their room and bathroom. 24hrs hot water supply, free wifi and 24hrs power supply …. All these biggest spam that are created by them and promoted by OYO by the way the money wasn’t refundable by the OYO ……suggestions and photos in OYO may be eye catchy but not even touch our expectations … (. 6 people booked in last 1hr) this is the greatest lie ever please dont ever try this hotel in your life time …. This hotel not worth the price which they are giving
Don't book with OYO app, Hotel not care about OYO and not providing room at all, they telling oyo not owners, we cont argue with them, and OYO now completely unable to solve customers issue. Keep avoid OYO. Not only this property OYO is now same throughout INDIA.

Worst hotel ever. They scammed us. Payed 1200 rs for a single day. There's no water in basin. Door knob is not there in washroom. Room was not clean at the time of check-in. I booked it for 3 guests for 2 days from Oyo at 1400. They asked to pay more 780 rs. And only for 2 people. They are literally scamming us by posting fake adds on Oyo. Stop scamming people by charging extra money and such worst service.
I stayed at room number 103 room was very worst I got un clean room and bathroom Staff's are drunken, no signal in tv No hot water facility Felt very inconvenient
Please don't take any room here 1.stinking room and bathroom 2. Not at all cleaned room 3. Never washed bed sheets and pillow covers 4.below average service
Actually I got scammed by using the Oyo application. I lost my money by booking the room in the application and when I went to the location they said that they don't consider the booking from the application and asked us to book another room separately and the rate was too high than the rate mentioned in the application. If this is the case I would never suggest anyone to use Oyo application no matter what.
Couples please don ever choose this hotel for stay even for few hours. It's a nightmare, staff are so illterate and services are at the worse. No power backup No fan No geyser No flush in toilets Windows are loose so people can peep in.
Please read these reviews before you booka a room here. OYO guarantees you that rooms will be sanitized in front you but trust me there's no such things happening! No clean beds, no clean washroom, if you're planning to do early check-in then you need to pay more than the amount which is reflecting in the app, Staffs behave like they're doing their work for free, not a good place to bring family members as there is no lift facility available.
It was an awesome room neat and tidy with adequate ventilation but there were some problems i faced during my stay was the room didnt had any towels and wifi was not working either i asked the receptionist for towel he said towel will be given in the morning.on the blanket i saw a couple of cockroaches. Apart from this everything was fine the room i stayed was room 103.
Bad experience, They were not provided the same room as I opted. All rooms are occupied even though I booked. They asked additional money. Rooms are uncomfortable, unclean. Dirty washrooms. Bedsheets, blanket, pillows are combined with dirt and dust.

I want to rate it to zero because poor customer price. Difference between Online price and direct price was too high.poor service. They didn't even give a water bottle.welcome kit also not provided. For direct booking its a good place but for online booking there are many conflicts like we booked room through Oyo and booked with breakfast but hotel authority denied to offer breakfast, we arranged on our own.
I booked a room at this hotel through oyo. As i am new user in oyo I booked the hotel room at high discount. For verification of customer during checkin they ask for Id proof I have submitted the adhar card which I have downloaded it from net. And they didn't accept it. I informed them that it was from the official govt website from which I have downloaded adhar card, but still he denied to give me a room. The person who runs the hotel doesn't have minimum decency. The hotel is not that great as it looks in pics. It really sucks. I even felt like it was foul smelling. And by seeing all these and the rude behaviour by the management I cancelled my oyo booking and went to another hotel. My advise is to not visit this hotel at all.
Clean and well maintained hotel. Polite staff and fast service. Lack of in-house laundry and food services is the reason for only three star along with no housekeeping. Situated in the middle of market so no issues going outside and buying food, getting laundry done and other essentials though.
Hi guys i stayed in this hotel with my frn for the second time and this time I had to give a review. Cons first, firstly extremely disappointed with their bathrooms, filthy and the ventilation window is open or u can say half covered and anyone passing by can see easily if ua potting or taking bath. So we had to close the lights if we wanted to use the rest room. PFA the pics Secondly, rooms are extremely dirty Third, there are no wardrobes in the room how pathetic List would go on and on but let me rest here. I definitely did not like my stay in this hotel for sure. I would definitely urge the hotel management to look over it and maintain the hygiene and privacy of people.
