Excellent ambience, supportive staff with very good service. Very clean neatly maintained rooms. Would love to recommend and visit again if i have an option again.
Staff is not customer friendly. They give high pririty for first payment system even though i have booking confirmation. They have online booking tie ups with many websites but they dont know from whom they received the booking.they dont have contacts of booking platform system for issues to resolve. Very poor knowledge on their online booking system and contacts for support. On payment issues, they only have contact with OYO not with other websites like Agoda etc.
This is very bad hotel to stay. I found staffs to be extremely unprofessional. Its clearly mentioned in the Oyo policy about late check out time before 5 pm, the guest will pay 30% of base fare. But the staff kept arguing demanding 100% of room rent. After multiple calls with Oyo staff they reduced it to 50%. I booked AC room, but ac was not provided to me. TV was not working. And to top it all i was charged different price for water bottle on different occasion. Room was quite small, not like the one shown in image.
