Fraud Hotel, Horrible experience. I booked this hotel for two nights, This was my prepaid booking but when I reached the hotel they denied to check-in. I contacted Oyo support, they said "sorry for inconvenience, we'll refund your money" then the hotel manager said "you just book new room and pay cash because that Oyo booking is not valid" I took new room in cash because I thought Oyo will refund my money, but then they just emailed me next day the "we're not able to confirm with hotel and area manager for this case because they are not contact-able, so we cannot process refund". I booked the room in cash because I was new in Bangalore and had no other option, In short I paid money twice for the room, horrible experience, The hotel people are totally fraud they rejected one more booking (in front of me) of a couple who booked through MakeMyTrip he said please cancel this booking and pay cash! Please avoid this hotel if you don't want horrible experience
Both morning & evening reception persons are very rude and so unprofessional. I think they don't want that anyone should stay in the hotel. They also refused the OYO online booking and said that they don't give rooms to online booking. Everyone has to pay in cash here then only will get room. Initially they said they will give GST bill, later they denied and asking extra money for the bill. Rooms & Sofa are dirty, moistures in walls, washroom geyser pipes are repaired and wall's pipes are opened, taps are not working properly. Wifi range is very poor.
Don't even try to book this hotel by mistake also otherwise you will feel cheated and guilty later on.
Other than price everything was good. The price shown in the website is nt same when you book. Sooo pls enquire once you book your room. They showed the room price as below 1000 bt when we went to book it was 2000. They don't maintain correct price update in website. They are bit rude with customers. Moreover the room was clean.and spacious.
The customer service is the worst I've ever seen. OYO and the hotel is clueless who has control over the rooms. OYO let's you book the room prepaid but the hotel says no rooms available when you reach there. Save your time save your money and stay away from this place.
