Smarudhi suites is good one.
But samrudhi plaza is not good.
I have stayed here for 2 months only!
It was an old hotel which got converted into rent a flat kind of culture.
Lift wont work all the time.
Wifi is there only for name sake, too slow or wont work.
Full of waste items in the terrace, no place to put the washed clothes.
Rooms are also congested, only a few are spacious.
There were cockroaches in the bathroom kitchen.
There is no separate kitchen as such, it was attached with the living area.
The walls and all had old paint and they were charging maintenance fee every month.
They say that there will be security in the reception, but i have not seen anyone in the reception. Anybody can walk in and walk out.
They told us that family lives here, but the floor in which i stayed was full of bachelors.
Few plus points are that, the room had bed, cushions, sofa and tv. Tv connection we only need to go and recharge it is not free.
And power back up is there, if electricity goes out they will turn on the Generator. Which is the only thing I personally liked here.
The samrudhi management is the worst one I have ever seen in my life.
They had told that you will get your security deposit back after you vacate.
But they made me wait for more than 4 months to give back the money. Whenever u call them, they will say that they have told to the accounts department and they will give the money. But no response from anybody.
The only helpful staff was Rajeswari the receptionist of samrudhi suites.
So over all bad experience. Never go for this thinking of budget. You cannot stay here for more than 2 months.

Nice service and people around are also good. Food places are within 1 km of this area.
