OYO 71554 Sana Estate Stay

Great place in the midst of nature and coffee estate. Great hospitality by the host Mr. Hussain. Cleanliness upto the mark and safe fir families. Host set up tents in balcony for a memorable experience and food was home cooked. There is a private waterfall in next property which is a plus. Will surely recommend.

Very bad experience from the owner, please dont waste your good ocation time by going there, pathetic experience

The place and people are good, but we have to go off-road up to 2kms some risky, one the way we can see waterfalls. Surroundings are beautiful.

Normal budget resort located inside a coffee estate, waterfalls in nearby location (200mtrs from room)

It was a breath of fresh air. From the sweet and hospitable owners and staff, to the ambience, view and hospitality, it was a beautiful experience.

The estate is set amidst a beautiful coffee plantation. You can order some divine coffee and food, which will simply make your day. You can carry your own toiletries. Gas geyser is available 24/7, with wifi, you can add, BBQ and bonfire to your peaceful stay as well.

It is a pet friendly place and pocket friendly, along with a peace and hospitable staff. It felt like a home away from home.
Thank you so much for a beautiful experience. I travelled with my brother, sister in law and my mother, and we all felt the same way.

Must visit. I will definitely come back. As it is very difficult to find a place that is both beautiful, affordable and the people so sweet and hospitable.

P. S: There is a small private waterfall just 5 mins away from the estate, where you can take a dip with your family. Photo attached of the bonfire and waterfall.

Room size was not that big however space was enough to include attached bathroom and two tables. Balcony view was awesome. They didn't provide towels and toiletries. They don't give you the receipt for additional good you order, we felt the food was overpriced because the owner itself was unsure about the price and just said some number which didn't make sense to us.

I have been to this place.

Calm! Peace! Water flow sound! Bird whispering! Very quite stay and spacious! Property owner and staff are helpful! View is beautiful it’s middle of coffee estate.you can request for car wash even.

It gives you peace from work stress!

Neary by water falls available where you can play and take shower too.

I been with my family

There are both positives and more negavies about this place.
Pros:
1. Place is calm and surrounded by nature. Very beautiful.
2. Rooms are big
Cons:
1. Pay online if you book online. We booked onlinr. And paid through cash. We had opted for breakfast. But they did not confirm our payment until our checkout. So our breakfast order was pending and they refused for free breakfast for which we already paid. And also our payment was pending till we left. I felt the hotel ppl confirmed our payment after we left to save breakfast money.
2. There was a power cut from night onwards and there was no power backup as mentioned in the online app.
3. There was no wifi as mentioned in the online app.
4. There was no hot water in morning even though they promised.
5. Roads are very narrow and place is not accessible if something happens you have to go 2 km to get to main road in narrow road.
6. I saw stain marks on sheets and pillow covers. Were not clean.
7. No complementary soaps given as always happens when booking online.
8. Overall experience was not so good. Even though i saw positive reviews and booked.

We stayed in your hotel a while ago. You guys didn't even verify our ids. How will you guys have records of us.

If you dont have breakfast option for other apps then you should disable it on other apps.
You are showing all the amenities on the app and then nothing is available in reality.
Other hotels have disabled ameneties they don't have, you also can do the same.
If you go to oyo and see all amenities are listed. But there is No power backup, no wifi, no toileteries, no ac. You guys didn't even verify our id cards while chicking in.
And also be brave enough to take negative reviews. You guys start attacking ppl giving negative reviews even though it's a fact.

Very worst

As we booked on oyo & confirmed the stay but after reaching coorg when I called for address & payment they said we have canceled the stay & when I asked for reason he was saying something & manipulated & disconnected.

Worst experience

The best in sense of nature and peace, the best in regards to " (Meals) ", treatment and behaviour, having so relaxable rooms and bed/ sofas etc. You can get your network on the roof. The owner of the estate is a very caring and humble guy, with two such a great supportive and helpful employees. We get our great food and staying experience here. Thanks sir for such a great biryani treat, and paneer specials. The taste was such yummy that I ate three plates alone.

Money minded worst behaviour.we cme from chennai we booked long back.as it take sme little tym to check in as we lost our way.and we informed before tat will reach late.they cancel our booking and gave our room to sme other customer by getting extra charges from them and started manipulating with fake reasons.as we struggle lot for stay, 1 day of our plan got wasted becoz of them.

A quite Adobe for 2 days, away from our City Life, amidst the lush green coffee and pepper estate. The sound of perching birds, gushing waterfall. This place was exactly what we had in mind for the 2020 New Year's Eve. We were four of us and had an amazing time amidst nature. No connection or wifi, so no one to disturb you. Just you, twinkling stars and the trees. If you are a nature lover, this is where you got to stay.
The waterfall had almost nobody, which made it exclusively ours. Decent two rooms with good food. The host is sweet and will go out of the way to keep you happy. The stay is fairly priced so quite affordable if u need a break.
We had our own bonfire with barbeque for both the nights. Breakfast and dinner was also included in our package.
So all you nature lovers, get packing and take a vacation.

We faced the worst experience and owner has worst behaviour. I am strongly opposed to stay there. We got the worst food with additional charges. My friendly advice don't visit that Sana estate stay. You will dispoint more.

We have visited this place and it made us fool.
No hot water and no proper food. In night children waited more from 7pm to 10: 30 PM. They gave food us by 10: 30pm and children was feeling hungry. Owner gave another room instead of what we booked. It is horrible day for us. House owner cheated us more.

We have faced worst experience with Sana estate.
1. No proper maintains
2. No hot water
3. Food is very bad they will give 2 idli for breakfast and little bit rice for dinner.

Awesome place for stay.owner is really helpful.price is reasonable. Boy who stays there is really helpful. Good breakfast. BBQ chicken is good to taste. We feel like we r out of the city life.we can completely mingle with nature. View from balcony is really awesome.

Awesome place with a nice view, if you wanna stay in a peaceful place, then this is a right choice. Rooms are neat. Owner Hussain and care taker sudheep was really kind and helpful.

A perfect place nested in the coffee plantation close to a private waterfall. Owner Hussain is a great guy he was quite helpful with transportation and everything else.

Peaceful place to stay for family. But the place is around 1.5 km away from the main road with narrow roads and poor Network making it difficult to reach others.

Pros:
Very peaceful place to stay with your family or friends.
Home stay is in the laps of nature and u will start the early morning with Awesome sunrise view, will be able to hear sounds of waterfall nearby and Sounds of the birds.
Owner Hussain is very polite and kind in nature and will be with the guests to take care of them from beginning to the end.

Cons:

Bit difficult to get mobile network over there.

This is very nice and peaceful place to spend your free time, which is away from Polluted and noisy places.
As mobile network coverage is low, Enjoy ur stay with lovely nature away from all the mobile and technology stuff.

Spacious accommodation in a beautiful place. If you want to be in a scludese area with no worries of fresh water and food. This is a place to be.

The best place to enjoy with it friends. Beautiful scenary around for the place and very young nice and comfortable. It even has a river near by.

It was a really great place to hang out with friends on weekend. The host was really nice to us helping us in every need. Food was great.

The place is exceptional. I stayed there with my friends and we had one of the best experience so far. The owner Mr Hussain is an amazing guy and he truly knows what hospitality is.
Coming to the property, the property is beautiful and the view is just amazing, as it is right in the middle of coffee plantation and there is a beautiful waterfall close by.
If you are looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of a city then this your place. Apart from this the food is great rather be it veg or non veg. Along with all this one can enjoy bonfire and BBQ as well.
Also, the road to this place is a proper road and we took an SUV without any hitch.
