It's located in prime sector of bangalore for visitors without preferring inhouse food cause that's not there here but hotels nearby give door service greenery is good. Easy for visitors to catch a metro to local spots.staff well mannered and helpful
Very good hotel in city centre locality easy access to metro station both green and purple line, and railway station staff are friendly and helpful well maintained property keep it up

They'll treat you as if they are giving the rooms for free, the front desk staff was extremely rude and doesn't know the basic manners to handle a customer. The worst hotel experience i ever had. If you wanna lose your self respect and waste your time you can surely visit this hotel. And if your not able to provide the rooms for the price offered by Oyo, you shouldn't be in link with oyo. Cheap staff and service.
Had booked room by Oyo app which was 550 rupees after reaching the hotel manager said there were no rooms even after paying had to search for other hotel at 11 pm, after calling Oyo they said, Sunil recidency has told we have checked in. Did get cashback aslo lost 550. It's a scam, "lady who is the owner is very rude, no class, no respect, worst behaviour overall worst experience and lost money also
Always ask for extra money, room service is worst they don’t even provide drinking water. Always deny oyo booking and say we can’t allow oyo discount pricing and give you room you please cancel your booking even when you reach your hotel.
If you pay first and book room, and you keep calling them, they don't even receive the call. If can't give good service, then y ur connected with Oyo, I would like to say everyone are suffering frm same issue, Ther shld b proper management. Still I have not got my refund,
Didn't expected the stay like that. There was TV, A/C and bed Lights which were not working at all. The lift is also not functioning and there is no drinking water provided. I tried to contact reception but the phone is also unplugged.
