We have booked through Oyo the classic room. We need the room only from 9: 30 am to 5 pm, but we booked the room for whole day. But we need early check-in since we need only some hours, we enquired OYO customer care and they told us early check-in is confirmed and When we came to this OYO room 78310 OYO Home crystal inn in bilekahalli, Bengaluru, we asked property manager for the room, he asked us to give extra 500 rupees for early check-in, His behaviour is very very bad, we have no option other than giving the money because we are there for an urgent need, so we compelled to give the money.

But room was good, But NOT WORTH For MONEY we paid, Property manager didn't allow for early check-in after we got confirmation from OYO itself, also the behaviour of the property manager was very very bad.

When I reached Oyo, Oyo guy asked more money.
Oyo customer care can't do a thing about it.

I would give a -5 if I could.

Made a booking in May. At the time of check in, the owner/manager (referred to as owner in this post) made me check the place. It was filthy. Dust, dirt and stains of all kinds, everywhere. And to think this place is called “luxurious stay”.

The owner said someone had just checked out and they need to clean the place, and asked me to complete payment via PhonePe while I wait.

When I went back in “after cleaning” the place was still disgusting. There was dust, stains everywhere, mosquitoes, the bathroom was completely wet and the staff hadn’t bothered to drain the water after the wash, the bedsheet looked washed but pale yellow like it was 100 years old, the fridge and utensils were filthy.

I had booked the place for over a week, but I couldn’t imagine touching anything there, let alone living and cooking everyday. So I immediately went back to the reception and asked to cancel and refund the booking, since I hadn’t used the place at all. I even offered to pay for the night even though I wasn’t going to stay there at all.

The owner said he didn’t want to do the refund, coz apparently Agoda (through which I had made the booking) hadn’t paid him for previous transactions yet, and so I should ask Agoda for the refund, from the amount they have been holding for this owner.

He pretended like he was a nice guy who was a victim of these large platforms (through which he got his business ironically), and b*tched about them. It was obvious that he was just trying to make an excuse for not returning my money.

So I called up Agoda help center right there and asked for advice. The Agoda staff said he will call the owner and discuss with him. The owner didn’t answer the call and said he was busy right now. So Agoda staff told me he will send an email to the owner. He asked me to cancel the booking for now, and inform the owner that he had sent him an email and is waiting for a response. I did that right away while on the call with Agoda staff. He then told me that he would follow up with the owner and make sure the refund is completed in 2 days.

It’s been almost 2 months now and the refund has not been completed. I followed up with Agoda and they said they cannot complete the refund coz the owner has refused to make the refund.

That’s some hard earned Rs 15,000 that I’ll never see again. But, as they say, karma is a b*tch, and no bad deed goes unpaid.

I booked room by oyo. But as i reach there owner said i have rooms but pay me. I don't allow any online booking done by oyo. Pay me 1000-2000 rs so i will give you room. I said i have done online payment on oyo but still he don't allow me for stay.
He refused me to give room.

Ok for 1 day stay. Not very clean, bedsheets, walls. Will likely renovate/repainted and cleaned.

Really good experience. Perfect for 4 people, you could get a 2 BHK because hall and kitchen are common for 2 rooms, so it's better to take2 rooms. Staff behavior was also really nice. Will recommend it to people coming as a group.

1BHK Oyo home is the best and only problem here is food for vegetarians mainly south Indian food. May be you will disagree with this because you can order on Swiggy or Zomato but who wants to pay Rs 120 for 1 masala dosa. (High price and delivery charges on online delivery providers is a problem)

You can walk 400m to reach a veg restaurant but non-veg hotel is just 50m away from this place. North Indian food available with kalewa.

The room is very good and best in homestay category.

Best place for stay it’s 1 Bhk home with full furnished best stay for couple and family big rooms free space staff are very polite and care taker I enjoyed my stay

Worst oyo i’ve ever visited. Entrance, stairs, room, bathroom everything was dirty. Bedsheets are not even changed. Even if you inform the staff, they will do nothing.

Property is well maintained. One bhk home is awesome to stay with family as well as couple. Rooms are spacious and hall and kitchen are too spacious. Service was good. Kitchen is also well maintained. Reliance fresh is near by. Good restaurants are also near by. Washroom needs to be updated as you can see wire hanging around.
Cons: they didn't provide toiletries. And they didn't provide water. As most of the Oyo provides one litre per day of water. The board showing Oyo isn't present there so it's quite a tough task to get to the reception. I wasted almost 20 minutes searching for the building after getting into location.
