Very good place to stay very beautiful and nice architecture good rooms best employee the hotel his name i forgot was best they gave great room we had come late in night we had to adjust with one non ac under renovation room but other things are great for a budget hotel and very near to all places

and also they'll show you the room before you pay them and has more than enough parking space jusst behind the hotel

Fantastic room with ambient car parking. The rest room needs a shelf and anchor. Service may improve speed

Great Room with affordable pricing. Very clean and good with accessories for a pleasant stay.

Friendly staff and very helpful.

Had doubts initially while booking due to the low reviews but honestly it has improved and much better amenities.

Room was neat and clean… service should be improved more… no towels are provided, no cutlery, no chairs, especially the wardrobe was useless.

I'm sorry to give this review.the rooms were sub standard.no toiletries were provided.the toilet seat was broken.flush wasnt working. AC wasn't working.never coming again.other customers also had similar issues.

We looked at this Oyo property online and found it to be nice. But when we reached it was all opposite. They have a small reception in the ground floor. The bathrooms are not so clean. The hotel does not provide basic services like water, kettle, glasses and everything we have been requesting one by one. Soap and other items also we had to ask them and then they brought. Lastly the receptionist requested don't use our towels those are dirty. Such a bad experience it was for us to stay there.

This was a very bad experience for me and my family with Oyo hotels. They did not had basic room amenities and he had to call room service so many times. Please do not book here.

Oyo robbed us by saying it's Rs6700 for 5rooms with complementary breakfast, and sent me payment link of Rs4391 after payment they sent link of booking confirmation for Rs12318, cheaters, after reaching the hotel they didn't attend the customer care call, without any option at 12: 00night with family we checked in.but the hotel is good and staff is good.

Room is clean and neat
Nice behaviour of staffs. No extra payments.
* But there is no complimentary breakfast; and morning I ordered a cup of tea and they asked 40₹ for that tea.
* AC is not working
* Bathroom flesh and washing pipe is not working
* No towels, just got a soap. Thats it
* No hot water in shower
* Intermittently power cut
* outside the room is too noisy at night time also
* TV is not working
But room was nice and neat

Would not recommend the hotel personally. The sheets were not cleaned. Towels were not given for the entire stay. They just kept lieing about it. When asked for extra pillows they denied at first but then later ended up giving a dirty and bad one.overall would not recommend due to the cleanliness issues

Staff service is worst, receptionist behaved very rudely with Ladies, please don't choose that hotel if you are visiting Mysore along with your family, worst experience I had with the hotel staff
It was Unbearable and complained the police too. But when officials visited there, they were behaving humble and telling about their owners, stupid hotel it is, please don't ever visit this hotel

1. Very horrible mattresses. They are pretty old. Even though staff claimed that hotel is just few years old.
2. No towels provided (reason being there are covid cases! What even!?)
3. No in-house restaurant.

Worst hotel I ever visited. Firstly they dont provide remote to AC. The pillows and bedsheets were so dirty. The telephone is just kept as show piece. It wont work. You cant call to room service/reception. Very bad experience

Worst people, They will deny your confirmed OYO booking. Its a big Scam.lots of people are suffering every week.

Booked rooms via OYO for a friend who was travelling with his family including senior citizens. On reaching the hotel, they did not give the rooms. My friend had to search for another hotel offline after reaching there.

As per hotel, they asked oyo not to book as their hotel is full but still oyo made the bookings. And oyo representative available there had no clue.
I tried contacting hotel after I made the bookings to be double sure, but there is no contact number available. Even the oyo provided contact number for hotel was a wrong number.

Very bad experience. Do not use oyo to make bookings in Mysuru.

Lots of difference in the ambiance wich we see in the images and in reality

Cheaters. Don't book via any of the agent websites. They will not give the room as agents don't pay them soon. They will say the booking is not accepted by them and cancelled.

Service are Ok need alots of Improvement eg. Staffs are good but need more professionalism some more standard was expected in term of food service!

Worst place and worst behavior ppl I have seen ever. They cancelled our booking and asked for more money when we reached out there. But it is not only for us, many of them were standing helpless there on that day. And they are not taking booking by any agent. Have to book with them directly it seems

- Located in a nice area of Mysore all sites are accessible
- Rooms are comfortable for a good stay with family

Nice place to stay, 5star rooms, especially if you want 2 rooms you can get it all exclusive for yourself with an additional door outside. Helpful staff, nearby good hotels, sure to stay everytime during next visits. Ac and TV working well. Big bathrooms also too good. All this at a reasonable rate and free parking available. What more does want. Must stay.

Budget place. Clean room and bathroom. There was no housekeeping or water bottles provided for 3 nights we stayed. Bathroom door lock was defective and internet was not stable.

Room is good but service is not at all good. Whenever you ask for anything they will say "out of stock ",

Staff is pleasant but things are not stream lined. The property is good but may maintainance is not upto the mark. Toiletries are always late and had to be reminded.

This is good non veg hotel in Bangalore Mysore road. In ramanagar and staff respons toward costumer is good

We stayed in a Deluxe room which was pretty small but cozy. In the room, Pillows were too hard and mattress was soft. Ac worked perfectly and so fif the fancy lights.the quilt was not clean, so got it changed.the service was good and quick. The staff at the reception was welcoming and the other staff members were courteous. Bathroom was of good size and well clean. Overall the hotel is 5 storey building, and was clean. They also have small parking area.

Compared to other hotels around 1 km, this is the best one in both infrastructure and service
Spacious room with good water facility, suitable fir family, church and Meena bazar is walkable, compared to other hotels in that area this is best in its price range

Stayed here as a couple for a night with my 1 year old Kid. Booked through OYO, room allocated was not as big as shown in the pic.
Pros: Check-in was very quick and staff is friendly.
Room and washroom was very tidy and clean.
Room freshener smelt pleasant.
AC and fan worked ok.
Bedding was comfortable.
Wifi was ok.
Power was on and off but they had a backup.
Cons: No in-house restaurant and nearby restaurants are bad.
Breakfast served is unhygienic (a makeshift pantry under the water tank is used to prepare coffee and stuffs) and lack varieties. So don't bother about eating there.
No Water bottle provided.
Tissues and toilet papers were not provided.
Car parking is limited (fits only 5 cars), I was lucky to be the 5th 1, but in the morning figured that some1 parked behind, blocking my car and thus I had to wait 15 mins to identify the owner.
Our sleep quality was disturbed as there was a civil work happening outside which lasted till 10pm (they claim the room to be sound proof, but i can easily disagree), but this is just a 1 off which will not happen every other day. I requested the manager to change my room but they said all rooms were full. Just my bad luck after a hectic day of driving.
Overall good for a budget stay, hop on and off sort of stay. A medical store and a Nandini milk parlor are at a walk able distance. St Philomina church is visible from the roof top

The hotel is newly constructed and rooms are clean, but I'm experienced staff's, won't treat properly
We booked for 2 days and requested them to clean the room while going out after day 1, when we came back tiredly they told us vacate, after we said wehavebooked for2 days theychecked the record and said OK, not even asked sorry
The rooms are very close, during night you can hear all kind of sounds
Some durken groups were disturbed till 2 am, not recommended for family
We asked for additional bed, they gave a old one with dirt, and not replaced

Good and decent lodge. Very clean. Staff service is very good. Smiling faces of staff and manager. Reasonable rate. Parking place available with zero risk. Lift facility available. Safe and cool place. When u visit mysuru, I suggest this lodge is good.

Saddest part is this hotel is listed in oyo and Goibibo. But once you book it through them and go to hotel, they reject saying they no more have contract with oyo and Goibibo. We requested them to remove from listing to avoid anymore negative experiences like we faced.

We went directly and booked. They are not part of OYO now, they have notified that in their reception and the manager said the same to us. So don't book in OYO and get disappointed.

Single star also not suitable for this hotel peopls all are frauds, recently two before I booked via OYO site, but when I visit around 4pm to hotel, palace Inn people says we don't know OYO, you directly ask OYO only, we not any rooms. We contact customer care people also not responding till to 2days, very disappointing, all are frauds don't book in this hotel and OYO sites

Beautiful rooms. Everything is branded. They should slightly work on hospitality. Hotel doesn’t have its own kitchen. However, they can arrange it for you. In addition to this food being costly, the quantity is also less.
The hotel is not at all expensive and is only 5 min away from Mysuru Bus Stand. Also, it is
*Around 500 metres away from St. Philomena’s Cathedral
*Approximately 2.4 kms away from Sri Chamarajendra Zoological Garden
*Around 1.3 kms from Mysore Palace
*And, approximately half hour away from Chamundeshwari Temple.

Hotel is maintained with cleanliness. But the room ac is not working properly. Food is below average and no complementary water bottle.

The best budget hotel in Mysore. You can goto any place as this is in the center of the city. Nice hospitality. Wonderful people and awesome ambience.

I had a nice experience with the hotel. If you are able to book a room apart from OYO you are transparent in booking.

Cons:
I came to know this hotel from OYO only. Never ever book this hotel from OYO. OYO simply charge a false amount while booking. They don't pass on the same information to the hotel. You will will be surprised with extra amount while checking in.

One of the best Oyo hotels i have visited. Very courteous staff, service is very good, amenities are available & works. Location is the key as it is very close to city bus stand. Preferable.

Newly built. Polite and helpful staff. Check out the Terrace. Amazing Panoramic view during Breakfast on the top floor. Appreciate the Tasty delicious Breakfast. They obliged our request and gave us the room of our choice with a nice hill view.

Hi i frome in Delhi and i book hotel in oyo company in mysuru and Bangalore and it was very nice recomind me then room is very need and clean but it was good experience so if people trwling Aney Whear in India i will recomind in oyo
