Service is not upto the level.poor receptionist at night time will never respond for anything.and this is the way they maintain their bathroom window.

Good place to stay near kormangala for family and business trip, stay is reasonable with good facilities and hygiene rooms

Well maintained rooms. Polite staff. 5star to the location for it's accessibility. A bit costlier compared to other equivalent properties.

Value for the money, room and cleanliness are average. Rooms are small in size, Lift facility available but it’s fit max 3 only. No specific parking lot, 1-2 cars we can park in-front of the hotel. The main thing is it situated in the prime location at Koramangala just behind the Social pub. Forum mall is near to the hotel.
For the location I will give 4 stars

Only one room is big per floor, rest of them are small. Receptionist is rude. Floor was sticky.

One of the best budget friendly hotel in banglore prime location. Staffs were kind and rooms were clean and spacious.

I stayed only for a couple of hours. In fact, i had scouted another hotel next to purple suites and since they were full, i randomly walked into Purple Suites; tht too without a prior booking. The reception staff was so receptive & kind; chked me in within minutes.the room was extra decent and very very neat.the staff there were also courteous, assisting me with my luggage in & out.the hotel also has eateries around & everything is accessible at a stone throw away! Wud defly recommend for solo travellers, couples & short stays!

Waste hotel no wifi and worker's behavior is very bad. Ladies please not going this hotel. Very bad workers are there.

Compact Washroom

They have got this bizarre policy, NO ROOM SERVICE AFTER 1a.m, which was very disturbing, because we were short of water and when asked to please provide some, the service man with beard who rests in night at front gate straightaway denied stating this policy. It was very rude. Next day when I complained to the manager/front desk guy, he supported his that fellow staff explaining that, "He has to sleep at night so how can he serve you water". Never have I come across such kind of poor service behavior and explanation. VERY VERY DISSAPOINTIG

Rather, we found the room service boys were polite and cordial

The bedsheets and quilt cover were torn ones, POOR QUALITY.

During check out, we were just late by 5 mins, but front desk guys kept calling us again and again, and rudely asked us to leave in 15mins reasoning that customers are waiting, whereas, there were no such customers in lobby when we rushed to leave.

Good things about this place was- they provided complementary breakfast, tea and 1 water bottle a day timely

Rooms are very small and conjusted, no space to keep luggages. Do not see the photos given in oyo site.

Greedy front desk guy.made us pay 300 extra to enter our room.
When asked "he started shouting and asked us to leave.
But had already paid 1500 in the morning. And he had not mentioned or said anything he took the chance and told us late night. "Raised his voice and said em telling you now, now pay" also when i was sending our id cards to him over whatsapp, he said " you cannot send us id cards on whatsapp coz I don't like you!
Can you believe that.

And also rejected goibibo booking which i had already paid online. And made us pay again offline. And now em struggling with refunds with goibibo guys

Booked via OYO at the time of checking they added room upgrade charge of 3999 rs Had to wait a long time & multiple call to fix it. Got late in office and has to face a lot of challenge.

The bathroom they offer cannot even fit my legs its that small like a prison.

Non working AC provided because I booked in OYO with Discount promocode.

The receptionist look for how much you paid after the promocode and based on that they give you room.

Rude and arrogant behaviour by the receptionist. Room full of insects and smells weird. Bedsheets unclean with stains. Not recommended

Pay to live with cockroaches, dirty rooms, non working amenities and best of all non existant room service with such a rude receptionist is just icing on the cake. 30/10 would recommend to an enemy

It's a nice place to stay for a day or 2. Room was small but nice. It's in prime location so every restaurant and pub and the mall is in walkable distance.

The first time I went we got a great room. The second time we went we got a small room with a non functional ac. So it's pretty hit or miss.

The minimum rating is one star. Otherwise I would have given none. The worst experience ever in my life! The receptionist was so rude and arrogant. We booked 4 rooms and all were dirty, full of hair and insects and with sticky floors. The beds and bedsheets were not even clean and it looked like they were not washed at all. We asked them for one room for late check-out and they charged high price for it and allowed only 2 people to enter that room. Not even bathroom privileges were given for the rest of us. It was not at all worthy. Such a waste of money! Looks like a cheap lodge. Will never recommend this to anyone!

Don’t ever book your room here as the reception personal behavior is so rude with the greed of charging more money from customers. The guys was asking irrelevant question and after a hour of waiting they gave room with extra 1000rs though after booking from oyo.

Room is short and unventilated, and after requesting for early check in after 10 am they charged money, there is no compensatory charge, but on call they told if u r cheking in after 10 am then it will be compensatory. The bed sheets are dirty, looking like previously used.

This was an amazing place to stay. The staff were extremely polite. It was altogether an amazing experience.

This Is literally the worst hotel I have been to. The receptionist was soo rude and un-welcoming. The rooms were dirty and full of insects as well. I first got a room with broken doors and windows. And the room wasn't clean at all. I asked for a change in room and then they gave a room whuch had more issues. AC was leaking, there was hair all over the room, the sheets were dirty, there was algae and fungus stuck to the bed. This is been my worst experience. I have attached photos for reference too.
