OYO 875 Eyrie Suites

This hotel is a scam. I booked up a room in oyo a day prior with pre payment and then after i got there the manager said they dont accept online payment from oyo and then i had to call the customer care for refund. Very bad staff behavior and unhygienic.

Worst Experience with the manager:

For Commuting and connectivity were good.
This property is using as a PG (paying guest) on monthly basis.
I noticed below:

1. Restrooms door locks are worst (I have checked for 3 rooms 303,404) I was struck in side of the restroom for 30mins.
2. Drinking Water facility is not available
3. I don't recommend this property for the family to stay
4. AC or remotes are not working
5. Bedsheets and pillows are poor
6. Cleaning and washing of bedsheets are not great. Used bedsheets and blankets are providing to the customers.
7. Invoice/bills for the stay was not providing.
8. Online payment service is not available at the reception and they are demanding for the cash payment.
9. Breakfast was not providing/Serving to the customers even though they're charged.

7. They will charge for breakfast but they are not providing the break fast. If you contact with the manager he was saying that it is serves at 9.30am.

I came there early morning.no one lifted phone.noon opened door.i finally gave up and went to another place.

The room cost around 1800 and the room we got had a 1970's AC with preset temperature. When we asked the hotel management they were super unfriendly and after like goons. Never book this room

Promises are meant to be broken.
Expectations lead to disappointments.
Very bad, gave me a small room instead of classic as I booked for 3 person.

The room was nice. The wifi doesn't works even though it's mentioned in several sites. The room service it pathetic.
Note: Don't book a deal which includes lunch and dinner, they will deny it even if its mentioned in the bill.

Don't book room in this oyo. Not even clean and mostly they won't be anyone on reception and they don't know English. If we asked to clean they will question us. Worst to the core.

Very bad. They didnot provide me room even after booking which was confirmed. They were giving such lame excuses. I was standing outside till 11pm all alone but no one bothered to assist. Atlast I have to book a new hotel on my own that too at night alone

It was horrible.
He slept and we waited for him to open the gate for about 45 min in mid night about 2am

Cooperative staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Improvement suggestions: breakfast quality and availability of dishes.

A budget hotel in AECS Layout, Bangalore. It's near Brookfield mall, it would be a 5 minute walk from mall to the hotel. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, and facility is pretty good. You would get a body shampoo and moisturizer along with towelsvwhile checking in the room. Though towel is very rough to be used, but everything else is fine.

Rooms are very small. Its basically a flat but they operate with OYO for some of the rooms. Anyone in the balcony can look into the bathroom which is not good. AC sounds coming from adjacent building can be disturbing.
