OYO 9059 Airport Residency

The room was good but this place is quite far from the airport. You will have to pay about 400 RS for the taxi anyways. So it's better to book a hotel in the city

This is not even 1 star hotel. Not sure why they call it 3 star. We had a flight to catch early morning so we booked this hotel just to get a nice sleep and the least we can expect from them is clean bedsheets and comfortable bed, blankets. But, opposite to our expectation there were stains of all colors on bedsheets and extremely thin blanket. This hotel is in secluded area and it was so cold as our room was also on ground floor. We asked them to replace blankets (as those were spare blankets generally given to 3rd person in the room, not regular blankets) and they said, all rooms are booked and they can't help it-" Adjust karo madam". Why we pay, if we have to adjust, I didn't sleep whole night properly. There were also some old tea bags on the table, which they said they ll replace but nobody came. Very unprofessional staff, worst hotel I ever stayed in my life.

If you want to experience how rude a person can be, just call the front desk - the folks who will respond are either Ramesh, Raju or Partiban.

Rudeness is their core competency.

We Mis-placed our yoga mat, we let them know and they said they have kept it aside and we can pick it up anytime.

I called them later, they started behaving like they don’t know which yoga mat we are talking about.

The moment I started asking more questions, they started responding harshly just so that we disconnect the call.

I asked them to give their Manager number, they said that he is at his home town on emergency. I got their manager number (Narasimha) and called him and and surprisingly he is at the Hotel itself. They use these smart tactics so that the customers lose hope on the valuables which they have forgotten.

Finally the manager Narasimham called back saying they found the yoga Mat, what a SURPRISE!

Non ac rooms in basement are like the Killing chambers,
No ventilation,
Not even a single hole for fresh oxygen,
No exhaust fan,
Bedding was teared so they flipped the mattress, and the mattress was of hard metal spring and just a thin layer of cushion,
I have kept the door open for fresh air then a dog stepped inside
And price is 3500₹

Big and clean room enough for 2 to 3 person, bathroom is clean and have hot water.

Hotel provide pick and drop facility chargeable

Quiet environment and Morning have breakfast

Just one issue
Outside area are under development and connected to Village so it's very quit and you can't find single shop near to hotel, you have walk around 1.5km to main road

No lift we have room in 2nd floor, with luggage is difficult hotel employees are to help.

Worst place ever to be in. Rooms are smelling very bad and the service is the worst you would find ever. Electricals and plumbing are not working properly, for food they give you a menu but at the end you are forced to eat what they serve as it is limited and also not up to the mark. There is no building or food around this location and you would feel trapped inside this hotel also there is no mobile network in this place. Hotel staff responds only till we check-in and after that they don't even lift our calls or serve us. Attitude of the staff is worst. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this place. Kindly book some other hotel even if it is 10Kms from airport as that would be better and worth for the price paid

The only advantage is closer to Airport. Rooms are not clean. Towels are all torn. A lot to refurbish

Pathetic hotel, I have ever seen. Zero maintanance, RATS every where in the building. It's not close to a 3 star hotel. It barely a hotel. I highly not recommend anyone to stay in the hotel. I wanted to take rest for few hours before my flight, but that could not achieved. I am disappointed staying in the hotel.

Very pathetic service and hospitality. I won't recommend this property.
-We came to lobby for breakfast at 8.30am, the items in the breakfast was over, same was informed to front office associate and he said that wait for 10mins to refill the items. We wait for 35mins and the result was negative
-WC flush was not working.
-Exhaust in the bathroom was not working and bathroom was stinky like uncleaned public toilet

To be Frank cheap lodge is better that this property.

Nice spacious rooms, have stayed only for 8hours though, well maintained bedrooms and washrooms. Surely u can opt for this hotel if you want to stay near airport.

Large rooms close to airport. You will get ola cabs. But located remotely! OYO rooms! No gstin bill provided for it. Very bad experience! No response from Oyo asist! I want refund! No bill then refund!

Residency is good but no food when we visit. Also no nearby food available because no other hotels near this residency

Nice hotel to stay for one our two day only, near by B'lore airport that is benefit, 5 to 8 min drive from B'lore airport, Lunch and dinner not worth it too expensive and no taste, they are ordering lunch and dinner from outdoor restaurant which name as seasons restaurant #89, downtown park,

The price is quite high, but they offer big room. The only problem was hot water. It didnt work.

Worst hotel ever stayed. Dirty and torn bedsheets and stinky bathroom. Horrible location. The whole hotel has a secluded and not maintained feeling. Horrible food. AVOID.

Sad hotel. Not in good shape. I booked room. They charged 1900 for 5 hours and without AC room.

Aweful.food very bad and they are not accepting oyo booking even though they are authorized with oyo. They always ask to pay at reception only.

The only advantage of this hotel is its price and room. It's affordable and rooms are nice and clean. However, the hotel does not accept the online payment made from Oyo. Even if you paid in advance, you will have to make payment at hotel and request refund from Oyo.
There is a rooftop restaurant in the hotel. But the food is average, with limited options and a long waiting after ordering.
There are no other restaurants around this place. Also, no food delivery apps deliver at this location yet.

Very unclean ; for food & complementary breakfast, you have to walk to top of the Hotel (4th floor)

Rooms are big. However the bed is not comfortable and the hotel is too isolated.front desk is helpful but the cab to airport is for about 300 bucks

Well, I was here for just a night with my family. Bathrooms are not clean and the water from the sink was just splashing everywhere. AC remote was missing and we could not turn it on and it was guresome. I reported it but obviously no one showed up. I just bite the bullet and stayed that night and got out.
During rainy season, it might be difficult to get to this hotel and the road that takes you to this place is not good and looks very desolate.

Rooms are good but never stay if you depend on OLA or UBER.no OLA or UBER accepts rides and cancels ride by calling.

It was a terrible experience, Ola Uber only booked at SUV class to go to this property. Paid INR 490 to reach this property. To travel from here you have only Uber and Ola that to they cancel several times. The hotel is in complete isolation, no place of attraction no means of public transport. Food is also not good

One star is more for this kind of worst management, I booked this through Goibibo for Check-in 5th August and I travel from Gujarat 1,600 Kms and very tired and reach very late around 12: 30 am at late night, I thought finally I will reach to my Bed and sleep for comfort but Despite of advance payment deducted from my account the reception person told me all rooms sold! I said I have confirmed email of booking he said talk to customer care I can't do anything then I called and after long discussion they refund and another 35 Kms I went for another hotel and paid heavy charges and in that kind of tired situation, I paid heavy charges of taxi and then sleep around 3: 39 am but next day I have to do my office work. So it was my worst experience of Oyo 9059 Airport Residency. Even they could inform me in advance for not vacant rooms but I paid double taxi charges and mentally harrassed lots!

Too much interior inside, rooms are nice and spacious but bad, really bad tasting food. One can stay here for is proximity to airport, it's silent with farms all around. Great place just that food quality needs to be worked.
Hotel a administration, pls invest in a good cook and good quality food. People Love food more than rooms.

It is actually located 1.5 kms from the main road. Hotel is good. But its at a very secluded location

This is a budget hotel close to the airport and the prices are reasonable if you book online in advance. I saved like 900 bucks by doing so. The rooms are large and by and large clean. Overall, passable and gets the job done if you need to kill a few hours without the hassle of Bangalore traffic.

Though available at a dirt cheap rate, there should not be any compromise with safety issues. The door chain was broken. Intercom was out of order. Glass was replaced by wire in part of toilet window, causing lack of privacy. Window glass is fixed with duct tape. The hotel should take up security issues carefully to get family friendly tag.

A nice hotel stay. Quite and good. I was hoping a lesser price for the hotel but could not complain as it is near to the airport. Breakfast was not included in the base fare and that was a negative point else everything was good. It lost a rating on the breakfast inclusion. But the food is good.

It was just awesome. Facilities were good. People working over there were so humble and sincere about there job. Everything was nice.

Room size is really big. Cleanliness is good. Very near to airport. No facility for dinner generally takes 1hour for staff to arrange any meal. Taxi there takes 250/- for airport.

Rooms are spacious. Close from airport. Sevice provided was bad, very reluctant and mismanaged. Rooms were untidy.

Near to airport but transportation facility was low. Furniture was not much effective. Receptionist was very helpful I don't his name but he is very helpful. No food facility in hotel only one delivery service is there. No Ubereats, zomoto, swiggy.

Average hotel, rooms are big. Hotel is at remote location so nothing near by need to have a cab for commute
