OYO 9247 Hotel Samrudhi Park Bangalore

Location is so pleasant, food is good, roof top place is a nice place to hang out with friends. People around are friendly. Even with a projector you can enjoy the live matches in big screen.

Very bad, No one was there to take care about customer. I was waiting 2 hours for room. After that they are saying no room available, while I had booked room.

As per the amenities mentioned in site, it has AC, WiFi, TV etc. Unfortunately, none of these amenities were working. Management is not good. Room service is pathetic. Food is good but costly. Roof top night life DJ is better.

Hotel is 2 km inside to ECity and the rooms and all are good type, but in the roof top bar till 1: 00 AM they will play music, That will be a little awful to sleep properly. Restaurant and Bar facilities are good also.

This place is just terrible. It must be shut down. Filled with all kinds of insects. Disgusting. Not deserving of even 1 star

These people are the worst worst worst at the very bottom of everything. I had booked a room at this place and when I went there they said the rooms are filled and they cannot do anything. When I called oyo they where also not helpful. I lost my 1100rs and nothing happened. The most disrespectful lot of people and the worst hotel experience ever.

Nothing was worrking neither the TV nor the AC. Informed the same to reception but no action was taken.

It is a really shady place to stay, the geyser was not working, neither was the tube light. The washroom too was not in a good shape. They did not even offer water to be kept in the room.

My parents reached the hotel in the middle of the night, which I informed the hotel multiple times before. These greedy idiots did not care and cancelled the booking and gave their room to someone else at the last minute. My parents were in Bangalore for the first time and they had to roam around in the city at one in the morning.

One staff member was good enough though to show them other hotels nearby but the manager's conduct is not acceptable.

Absolutely horrible and worst right from management, rooms & there services. Basic amenities were not in place.
Foul smell persists in the room. Continious leakage from geyser. Flush and tap were not working properly. Room service was nil inspite of repeated intimation. One of the worst stay and experience in this hotel.

Lots of review are paid one. & there own. This hotel is one of the " WORST" hotel in Bangalore. I booked hotel & they told me room is clearing so you have to wait.i have waited 2 Hours & literally frustrated.my advice to you don't visit this hotel. Note: - Reception person behaviour is so rude & unprofessional, we are paying & they are behaving too unnecessary ego. Room is not clean, AC is not Working, location is incorrect. - Dont Visit Chooose other hotel if u save your Time & Value.

The hotel has all facilities sure, but they have parties with sounds turned on through out the night without making the rooms sound proof. It was horrible to pay to stay for a night before an exam. Totally useless if you want a night’s sleep. Not at all suitable for business related purposes or official purposes.

Bed bugs
1. Ac's are old enough to not work mostly or has some sought of water leaking issue and sound issues

2. Towels and cleaning of room services are not provided mostly

3.wifi is fake ofcource they have routers working but they dont connect them to Ethernet its all tac tics non working wifi

4.they clean rooms with hand wash or some greasy cleansing agent and sticky enough not to walk on the floor by feet better use slippers inside room

5.lights, power ports, dust bin bags, bed bugs common issues to be faced and MAINLY ALERT DONT USE THEIR TOWELS IF THEY GIVE ALSO THEY GAVE ONE FOR 4 ROOMS AND I MISTAKENLY USED AND CARRIED RASH WHICH SUITS ICHING LOVERS FOR WEEKS

6.its included bar at the ground floor tap house retro bar 2.0 as mentioned in oyo but what they didnt mention is there is a pub at the terrace enough noise not to get a proper sleep at nights

7.they charge like 3-4 star restaurants and maintain as 2 star
Example i ordered soft drinks they only have mini bottles which are 15-20rs outside anywhere but they charge minimum 40-45 for it and i have ordered 6 butter naan each 40-45rs and panner masala 300rs and murgh biryani - 250rs in total rs800+ with taxes

8.well the manager is good and calm but he always manages but not in a proper way for what we have paid

9.outside food is allowed because you guys understand by now how expensive they charge

10.well the hotel and bar separate owned by 4-5 men thats why they have irregularities at pricing and maintenance

11. Banglore also known for expensive city with more expensive alcohol
A peg of blenders pride cost 150rs
And small beer bottle cost 180rs and big one costs 280rs not to complain fair for them because other states dont charge so

12.overall experience was worst because they had pub at the top floor couldnt sleep properly at nights and never ever book at ground floors they have people who come out of bar with drinks and cigars at the waiting hall so the smell mostly spreads to rooms so definitely not a family hotel

13.powercuts have been faced but generators dont give out power so soon have to wait for 15-30min atleast

All these reasons are my own experience and the manager himself agreed on call with oyo and my stupid thing is i have known late about claiming refund for such acts after i checked out. I dont want any family or brothers and sisters to face such issues further
I have to ask for a refund rightfully because you knows the money earned by hardwork and physical work other who come from other places

The room was nice and clean. The location is great. The wifi was getting connected but no data transfer was happening. Had to call the reception many times to get things done. There is a nice pub at the rooftop. So if are not a party guy you might feel disturbed if you are staying at the top floors during the weekends. The manager and the workers were well behaved and polite.

Honest staff. But not good service. Always ask to do for everything which we need. No tv channel available.

Rooms are not very clean.lot of cickrcockro and bad smell was coming from carpet. WiFi was also not working. Staff behaviour is good but they were helpless with regard to this!

Not at all on OYO standards.been there for two nights, Got room which wasn't clean enough and they told us they will give another better room for next night but nothing did.worst OYO experience ever.

Location wise good. From electronic city circle via auto it'll take 5 minutes. But room was not in so much good condition, and they are also accepting it. Shower not working, Commode flash not working. Basic things are not there. But you can have delicious foods near the hotel. For budget hotel it can go.

This hotel is okay. It had problem with water facility. Water was not available in sufficient quantity for bathing. Room service is slow. Even tea is not available every time. Breakfast is not being made in the hotel it is being served from other places which again makes it time taking.

Very nice hotel. Well maintained. Supportive staff. I reached the hotel at 01.00 a.m and they made sure i had no problem. Even though my stay was very short i liked it and would not hesitate to visit again.

We can choose only one out of the 6 fixed options for the breakfast. Surprisingly, on my first day being in South India I chose I'd lived a which they denied by saying not available today. But the most shocking experience of my life was on the second day. When I came back from work, I found all my home made theplas and paratha missing. On enquiry, it was clear it was removed by the room cleaners that too from the inside of the wardrobe where it was neatly packed in aluminium foil and enclosed in an airtight zip lock of Haldiram Bhujia.

Did not like the place. The room is small and bathrooms are dirty. Even the TV didn't work in the room. Wouldn't suggest this to anyone.

Tap house- I do not recommend this place for a evening get together. I sat on the ground floor because one of my team mate wanted to sit, since the GF has a large screen to watch the Cricket match. The Ambiance is below average. The food quality and service is not good to mention.
An average outlet!

It's a OYO integrated hotel. And. Rooms are worst. Service is worst. Reception desk guys worst. They just checkout every passing girls. You would find no one at reception at night. Literally no one.

Located at a very remote place very far from the main road. We went by cab and even the driver was not able to locate it easily. The hotel should be booked at a very cheap rate because it seems like a very old hotel with very old infrastructure.
The rooms are clean but the washrooms are not so clean. Our washroom had water leakage and the camod was looking dirty because it was very old and has became discoloured.
Overall a cheap place to spend a night in urgent need
