Service was not up to the mark. Heater was not working also they don't change the bed sheets on daily basis. Drinking water taste is not good either. One thing good abt the hotel tat is was neat and clean.

Ambience is good.food is also like home-cooked food.rooms are neat and spacious.you also have a pool, bonfire here. Bon fire is available on request. Also, if you wish to play games with ur team, then gaming kits are available. We played shuttle and cricket.

Pathetic Hotel. Not even worthy of being called a hotel. Our Whole trip was ruined by this hotel. And also pathetic service by Oyo too. Never even spoke to us regarding problems we had in this hotel eventhough we tried to contact Oyo so much. If there was a negative rating, I would have given them that

Hopeless! Feeling like cheated. We promised a *** facility but it's a poor maintained lodge only. Far from the city.

I will write brief review.

I stayed here for 2 nights. My experience for this stay was very ordinary. First, they claim this to be OYO hotel, however there is not a single symbol/indication inside or outside the hotel thay would suggest this is hotel is based on OYO service, except that toiletries have oyo logo.
Second, from the day I entered till checked out I dint have wifi access. They stated there is some network issue on 2nd floor (where I stayed) due to which no wifi.
Third, no dish TV recharge. Eah time I switched on tv, every time I got message saying your tata sky recharge is pending and hence account deactivated. After complaining, room service boy comes does recharge with small amount of money and leaves. Then again following night or next day same issue. So all the three days I faced same issue. No wifi, no dish TV.
Fourth, they don't provide room service by default. In every single hotel i have stayed so far during my travel, everywhere they clean room whenever I am outside and provide fresh set of towels, bedsheets etc. Here, they said they don't have extra key of room and hence we have to explicitly tell them to clean room and ask for fresh sets of things. (they shud have told this in the beginning itself).
Fifth, they have resort with same name at back side of hotel premises. Their they have swimming pool and restaurants (only buffet). That's it, no other nearby amenities for restaurants. Next restaurant available is 1 km away. Hotel premise have tea stall and restaurant named 'pepperland' which was always empty for the course of 3 days of my stay.
Only upside of this hotel i could state is that the room service was prompt. Whenever i called reception they attended and visited my room. Although they cudnt fix the problem they were attending me promptly.
Rest of the things were ok, like geyser was working, room and toilets were clean enough.

Worst hotel, out of the city. Situated at very lonely road.unfriendly staff.no DTH and other services.

This is an average hotel for overnight stay. Those on budget can go for it. However, please note that

Location: The hotel is 35 kms away from main
Madikeri town. That will be almost half an hour's time.
The address mentions Dubare road. However the landmark is Sitapur road as we need to take a right turn from Dubare road and go inside 1 km to reach this hotel. The Cauvery river flows bang opposite the hotel.across the road. There are many still water rafting available there.

Food: We had breakfast and dinner included in our package and the quality was just OK. Not good, not bad. Also for the buffet you need to walk into another adjacent property.which is Recluse resort (a motorbike themed resort). It is owned by the same management.

Services: Room service is a bit delayed. For a simple coffee, it might take you half an hour minimum. Cleaning of the room will not be done daily unless you are staying for more than two days.

Toiletries: They provide only a single towel irrespective of the people in the room. Also you get the small Oyo toiletry kit of a small bottle of body wash, & moisturiser and a small soap.

Facilities: Powercut happened frequently as we visited in monsoons. However they had good generator backup. Also hot water is provided 24/7 which is a boon in the cold climate of Coorg.

Nice location, surrounded by greenery, neat and clean hotel, reasonable price with all amenities except lift, overall a good experience.

The place is very very basic. I mean if you are all young group of people with very little fuss and no kids then you can bear the place. The pictures are misleading. The hotel is not for stay and rest. It is strictly for overnight stay and leave type. We reached on a day when it was raining heavily and could not go out. The rooms were smelly. Ac not working for 1 room throughout our stay. Beds very basic and not very clean. TV small and not all channels. The food was very bad and took a long time. Stay is nice. Outskirt of the town. In front of the river. Wifi was very patchy and very low coverage of voda, airtel and jio with no data. Back area was dump yard. So very dirty and mosquitoes and lots and lots of insect in the evening if you just open any light. The place almost next to the hanging bridge and the river is bang opposite.

In Coorg if you want to save your pocket from a hole.this place is not at all a bad deal. Situated just 2km away from Kushalnagar on the road to Dubara elephant camp is a bare hotel to stay. No pool. No garden. Rooms are decent. Baths were clean. Rooms have their own geyser. Staff was courteous. Have a big parking lot. They have a small restaurant. A separate tea & coffee outlet. Some shops on the ground floor sell local stuff. Stone throw from Cauvery banks where River rafting takes place. 18km from Dubare. Over all complete value for money

Good hotel. Nice staff. And the motor themed hotel is the best part. And all small little fun things like swimming pool, camp fire, mini football, mini basketball, trampoline.kick it up a notch

Nice place to stay.
Morning breakfast is included which is also good.
Cordial staff and they provide vehicle as per one' convenience.
Feel that bed is quite small in that large room.

Stayed here for 3 days. Breakfast was really good. The hotel restaurant is good but little bit costly. Plenty of space available for parking. Close to Nisargadham reserve and Dubare elephant camp. You cannot find any shops nearby as it is aways from the residential areas.

A very good place to stay in kushalnagar. Just opposite river rafting and located in the outskirts of the city limits. The hotel has good clean rooms and a good restaurant downstairs as well as a few shops nearby which makes it an optimum destination for stay in kushalnagar.
