Very good service. Best place to stay in mysore. And receptionist vijay & manoj are very good hearted and very caring, make good response to visitors. Totally i like it.
Bad experience. The AC was not in good working condition. It was spraying ice particles with abnormal sound when we try to use it around mid night. So, we asked for refund of additional cost charged for AC with video proof. But, still they refused to refund. Their rude responses and unrespectful behaviour towards customer is not acceptable.
No towel, no complementary water bottle, bathroom lock was not working, night light was not working, low quality bed spread. Though there were many complaints, we didn't raise it except AC one.
We had 1 hr early then the hotel check in time. The manager was not available at his desk for more than 30 mins. So I booked a room on the spot via goibibo after seeing the rooms and talking to one of the hotel employee that they will provide early free check-in (only 1 hr early). But when the manager came he refused the free check-in and told me to pay Rs500/- if I want to check in 1 hr early. There are two issues: 1. Why the manager was not at his desk for so long during his duty hrs which caused me this inconvenience? 2. The manger doesn't know the 'H' of Hospitality. The rooms were available. And one of the employee discussed things in his absence which should be honored. But he was rude enough not to pay any attention to any of my requests or query. He should do some professional course in hospitality before acting as a manager in a hotel.
The rooms and staff are good. The tariffs depend on the time and season. It has a conjusted parking in cellar. They have local tourism packages which is helpful.
Booked via Oyo, room and bathroom too small, while you bathing Water flow into your bed room, while considering the amount that i paid (854) its very good
This very sad to say but on check out we left one hand bag there when we call them to inform they totally denine atleast they need to find out but the were not supportive. It's very bad behavior please guys if plan to stay please take care of ur luggage
Staf was good but rooms very r very small and in pictures looking like big space rooms but it's showing only not really having is there and and there not provide hair dryer and not having coffee mug ntg is there have to improve lots and lots
Rooms are small, air conditioner doesn't work, even after a complaint.they do not respond! If you are looking for a budget hotel without air conditioner.maybe it's suitable.
Stayed for 1 night in double bed room with AC+Fan. Didn't take free breakfast option.

Comfortable and affordable stay, veetu well maintained. Except for food one has to either order room service or go out for dining. We took an Auto Rick (Rs. 50) to A2B to have food.
The rooms are good but there are little things that would probably not matter for most but matters for me. Thare is hand towel space made in washrooms but no hand towel provided. Hand wash liquid space given beside besin but no liquid. In Room 311, one of the switch boards for charging was not working, we were 4 people and only one charging point. We then changed the room to 301 in which the water outlet for AC was not proper. Water and ice were leaking from the AC after temperature was increased from 18° to 23°. I have already complained with the authority, they said they will look into it. Hot water is provided 24/7. Palomena's Church is just in front of the Hotel and is visible from Balcony.
Bad experience staying at this hotel, I booked a family room using makemytrip website, clearly mentioned that we are 2 adults and one child checking in, there was a free breakfast option which made me feel good while booking
Upon checking i see the room too conjusted for 2 people to walk, room was not even to the level of a studio, room service was pathetic, no toiletries, the towels we're stinking, not sure which water was used for washing them
On the next day morning I had more surprises lined up. First and foremost there is no in house kitchen, they give tokens to redeem for breakfast at a nearby restaurant (which was also of same cadre), limited breakfast option such as idly or dosa or poori and a cup of tea/ coffee (I could get this at 1/4 price at a opposite tea shop)
When asked why we we're handed only 2 coupons was informed their systems has my booking for 1 adults only, which could be a glitch in makemytrip website but certainly inconveniencing customers

Worst customer experience I had booked a room through oyo the full payment was paid and booking was confirmed and when during we where checking in they took all our details from booking info and id then they simply told the booking is cancelled due to payment issue and they were so rude they just dint bother to attend to the customers prblm they simply told no rooms r available ur booking is cancelled from oyo and v tried to contact oyo it was not connecting they dint even bothered to call oyo and try to resolve the issue most worst behaviour of staffs. Pls don't ever book this hotel in future
Rooms are very small and very very congested. 10x10 size rooms. U can hardly move within room. Service bad. Rates should not be more than Rs. 400.00 per day for these. No restaurant.
