Poor maintenance. Make up your mind that you have to adjust with everything.

Building is amazing and has all the ameneties that a small society has but which cannot be utilised due to mismanagement by 3rd party which is just concerned about the cash (money money more money.) and are competent in collecting the same. Can't do anything with the current demand for accommodation in bengaluru comes with huge prices and ignorance by the management. Feel so bad to pay the hefty amounts with which we can buy a better place on EMI. Please don't get fooled by the fake reviews which can be bought at a very cheap cost and also cannot see who gave the false rating.

They are wasting vacant ground floor. No proper parking space. One needs to park in dirt and mud amongst garbage beside building.

We rented a 4BHK flat in this apartment, the rent is normal within out budget but the security deposit and the brokerage is ridiculously high. Apart from the financial aspects I think this is a good find.
It has an indoor pool, gaming cum gym area as well.
