I booked through goibibo and made full payment before checkin.this hotel is refused me to check in since tariff rate is low in goibibio.when i was there in reception already staying peoples are also shouting with receptionist like there is no hot water bedsheet.instead of staying in this room you can choose to stay in platforms of bangalore roads i think that will be better

This place belongs to Eltronic City Bangalore. Hosur national highway, in lowest cost any one can stay here with good ambience. Good staf and survice

Rooms are very bad. Dirty and stained bedsheets. Bad maintence. Full of cigerate smell inside the room. So much dirt under the bed. There is no phone to contact lobby or for some service. Bathroom is dirty. There is no cable connection for the TV. Please avoid this hotel.

Terrible customer service. Payed the money upfront yet they denied check in. How can these people do this. And so rude. They act as if it's their right to deny check in. Never going anywhere close to this hotel again. Had to give 1 start or else would have rated in negetive

Rooms not clean, roaches were running around. Staff didn't let me checkin with oyo booking, citing oyo pays them less, and asked for more payment. Please confirm with the staff over call after you've booked your stay.

Very poor maintenance, lift often breaks down.we stayed for three days and we completely used stairs to go up and down. No water plant, no nearby restaurants or hotels except a small stall at bottom. But room has nice ambience.one star is for ambience.

One of the worst hotels in a so called Cosmopolitan with OYO customer care not responding.

Oyo customer service is very poor in communications. My hotel booking was cancelled and shifted to another hotel at the last moment (3 hrs before my flight departure). Upon enquiry, customer service had no good reasons for this shift, rather suggested if you want the booking at the suggested place accept it or cancel the booking and find accomodation on your own at the last moment. I must say a very pathetic experience with Oyo chain of hotels. Please refrain yourself from booking any hotels from Oyo. Please book only if you have no other option left.

Worst place to stay in Bangalore, dirty bed sheets, stinking towels, TV which doesn't work, AC which don't have remote (if you book AC room you won't be able to use it), and you will get electric shok if the heater is on, I was supposed to stay there for three nights but checked out of that nightmare in 6 hrs

I had a good experience manager was very polite, affordable cost, valve for money and good location.

I don't want to give out my experience because that can be catchy for lot of local dealers.
Thakrak hai to jau, not safe for couples or family.
