OYO Flagship 16105 Majestic

The hotel booked refused to give room even confirmation before 1 hour they said we have stopped our franchise with Oyo how could they a customer on reaching hotel searching 1 hour address n they denied the room saying we can’t n they offered room to me in higher price in cash payment. Pathetic service Oyo is losing the grip

It's decent, but guests aren't allowed inside.
The ambience is okayy not worth it for 1600

A budget hotel located on the Cottonpet Road, a hotel hub of Bengaluru.
Found the room to be spacious and washroom mediocre.
The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but provides food in room against orders.
The staff turned out to be supportive. The tariff reasonable.
Can be booked through OYO.

Place is near to Bangalore Train station and Majestic Bus terminal too. Rooms are clean. No much sunlight enters the rooms. Staff is polite however they took 4 hours to get me bottle of water. TV has too limited local channels subscribed. And most important you are NOT allowed to bring OUTSIDE food. You must eat highly priced food served by their kitchen.

It was really a very great experience ihve been visited 3 times there and the staff of the hotel was like very friendly with us.and it was too close to the railwaystation.and budget friendly hotel too.

Worst possible area and to top it off the road was under construction (more like damaged but never repaired) during my time of visit. But the hotel service is OK

Good hotel. Only problem is the road to the hotel. The drain and road construction work is going on. So we are to walk half Km. Inside hotel it is OK.

Worst hotel in my opinion, i asked for water by dialling at the reception, and i did it 2 times, but then also they didn't provide me water. And regarding dinner, i ordered 4 chapati and after waiting for almost 1.5hrs i got only 2 chapati. Ok, i agreed. Now during the time of check out they made the bill of 4 chapati and when i asked to deduct the amount of 2 chapati, they refused. They told, sir once the total amount is punched it can't be deducted now, u have to pay the full amount.

Need past cotrol in room thare is too much cochroaches and outside location is very bad and stincky otherwise room is good and in TV not even single channal is active

It's like any other hotel available near by the bed was comfy and the room was pretty okay. It's a good place for a budget hotel

Not a good property from Oyo.main road is under construction, locality is not good.and if talking about inside the hotel so i attached 2 pics.you can see.

Service is good. After our check in, we found that bed linen was not changed. However, they changed it immediately after our call. Infrastructure is good, but need a renovation, specifically the bathroom. Location is good. Complementary breakfast is there, but not satisfactory.

The worst hotel I ve ever seen in my life.very worst staff behaviour. We found something very strange in that hotel. Families PL STAY AWAY FROM THIS NASTY HOTEL.

I came to pick up my wife.but they denied saying tht we have to check in at a time. Where is this policy.show me. I will forward or enquire with higher authorities also.

It was a good experience to have one night stand.
Food bed everything is available in feature make available condoms also. It will helps to couples.

It's really nice hotel and staff are very friendly and especially for couple, you can enjoy as much as you can because double beds are really soft and comfortable.place is little bit like local but very quite at night and no sound disturb around there.they welcome couple for most

It's bad.first think room was dirty.next time i never visit that place entire employees look like a mad and they are not fit that job. @ lucky inn management team i kindly requesting to change the employees.they do when they are in sleep while working.corridor side its getting to much smell.

Been here 3 times, They are well furnished ac rooms, and staff behaviour being polite and Co-operative to any problems faced. One of the best economical rooms in majestic and cottonpete region. The complimentary breakfast was also good.

Neat and clean, Very co operative staff. Room are wel Maintain. And near by railway station and metro station. This all in reasonable rates, thank to Oyo

Cheap but sticky place with bad washroom unmaintained smell. Breakfast complementary quality is totally a waste unhealthy option.

A pretty decent hotel at a low price. The location being near to train and bus stations, is a good option. The service is good.

GUYS PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVEN IF THEY GIVE ROOM TO YOU FOR FREE.

This is a very bad and shady hotel. If you are booking this then please do not expect any service here. Let me list few points for you and I am sure after reading this you won't dare to book room here: -

1. Every room has a strange bitter smell and the smell is same everywhere right from your bedding to bathroom.

2. The DTH of Airtel won't work and they have only 2-3 channels available.

3. The breakfast timings are 8 to 10 but I reached at 7.54 (Just 6 minutes early) as I have to go for an early morning show, the guy in the kitchen told me to wait till eight. I said to him please give me whatever is ready to which he said we have not prepared anything and you have to wait. (I wonder how he was planning to prepare everything in 6 minutes).
Anyways breakfast is okay but a bit salty.

4. Room service - I called them at 8 PM and ask to provide some water to which they told me that it is chargeable. Can you imagine this in any hotel. One litre water every day they can't provide.

5. No one came to clean the room for 3 straight days.

6. They checked me out without asking me. When I asked the front guy about the same to which he said we can do whatever we want as it is our policy.

7. Be ready to face cockroaches everywhere.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THE MORONS

Rooms are good.but the area is very dirty.no good restaurants nearby.since it is a flagship property but still to get a water bottle i need to wait for more the 45 min.
