OYO Home 49356 Exotic Stay

If a traveler is interested in a place that is slightly better than a lodge, this hotel is okay. Don't book through Oyo APP or online. The hotel staff does not accept the booking and they want extra money. At the least 300 rupees extra per day extra as compared to Oyo online pricing. Facilities are bare minimal. I saw one room with a pillar bang in the middle of the room. I had no option, so i stayed. Better avoid.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The Oyo app gave a fantastic deal for this location. We booked for a week. An hour before we reach the hotel we were informed that they cannot honor the price and complained that Oyo brand wasnt being straight forward. The person that called was super rude and unrelenting. We were left without a room at 10pm at night. Most unprofessional.

I have booked in mmt, for the price mentioned, but in check in time they asked for double money, they said, in Oyo or any online apps it shows very less, but we will not provide rooom on that rate, it's a very bad situation i had to pay there, please don't book this property. One day they costs for 1600

Hotel has asked extra double amount from booked amount. Oyo should not show fake offers to cheat customers

-1000 STARS they deserve. Booked room Oyo app. When we reached the hotel they denied they do not accept OYO booking. They even denied to speak to OYO customer care. The owner and staff are super duper rude. Never go to this hotel. A bunch of thughs

Very bad experience and hotel people have collected 1500/- from me even i did booking through Oyo. I will not recommend and prefer book through Oyo.

Pathetic rooms with unclean sheets and bed. Almost no reply from helpdesk. Faced terrible time as I went with my family. Definitely not recommended for a decent stay.

But if u guys go with Oyo app means it's fraud only bcoz the people ask too much money and App show one rate and there will ask another rate

Oyo is too bad because Oyo company not attached any hotels because I was experienced last week I was booked a room form Oyo and iam going to hotel to checkinn hotel owner has told me Oyo is not attached in my hotel please go outside see this is Oyo very very bad don't book by Oyo

My village exists in a low lying area that has a warm summer and a chilly winter. Mostly I visit my village in summers because of the holidays. Although the village is far cooler than the city during the summer. Also, you do not need air conditioners in a village because of the breeze.

Booked the hotel through OYO.
When arrived at the hotel, people told that the place isn't listed under OYO and room wasn't provided.

Don’t ever check in the hotel.

Why u shouldn’t check in this hotel
1. Demanded more amount for checking in the room that I pre paid and booked through OYO
2. No credibility for OYO even though they have a OYO sign board
3. No Sanitation and very unclean place
4. No parking area even though they shows it in the details
5. Staffs are not hospitable
6. Didn’t felt any safety

I had the worst experience from the them. I booked OYO rooms in this hotel a week before checking in, and pre paid the amount given by the OYO. But when I went there to check in they denied my booking as according to them the amount that I paid earlier was not enough for them and I need to pay extra cash to check in.

This property is ok if you are travelling as a bachelor / solo. Room is ok but you have a pillar inside the room. AC is working fine. You have to switch on the water heater, there’s no running hot water facilities. Many eateries are in walkable distance. Just get out of the building, you have a bus stop. It’s easy to commute to other places as well as reach a metro station in 10 minutes.

The other side now - there was a plug and switch board inside the bathroom that too just behind the shower. Any untoward incidents can happen. The taps, exhaust fans were dirty. You can’t see your face in the bathroom mirror. Very poor cleanliness and maintenance.

The lift will work between 8 am to 8 pm only. In that it will not stop in 2nd floor. You have to go to 1st floor or 3rd floor then take the stairs to 2nd floor or from ground level itself take the stairs to 2nd floor.

Main thing, don’t book this place in online websites. You will not be entertained.

Never checkin to this hotel. They will deny admission at last moment even if you have paid money and prebooked on Oyo. They will deny admission saying Oyo owes them money. Did not even inform that booking was not accepted

Receptionist told don't book rooms in oyo application instead of directly come to hotel and pay otherwise they won't provide room. They are doing scam

Nice rooms and low tariffs. Car parking issue, lift not available for all floors. Just to stay is ok.

Rooms are very small.

Manager is not supportive with workers.
Not very good place for girls.
Good thing is it is near to market area. Everything is very accessible.

It's horrible. AC doesn't work. They gave used bedsheets for which they were so reluctant to change. Elevator doesn't work and there's no telephone in the room so you have to go down by stairs every time you need something. Jet spray was also broke. People who were writing excellent rooms doesn't know the meaning of it. Please avoid booking.

Very Average stay.
The plus points are
1. It's on the main road
2. Good number of veg and non veg restaurants near by
3. Easy to catch cab / auto
4. Polite STAFF

Negative points
1. No name borad or sign boards of OYO
2. Room is small in size and the maintenance is below average. We asked the staff to clean the room and toilet. The toilet used by earlier guest was not even cleaned is best example for maintenance.
3. For washroom mat they use was microfibre which will not absorb water so the whole room get wet.
4. No table or chair so you have to sit or sleep in the bed only.
5. Bed gave so much of noise
6. Quality of bedsheet was not that good.

Overall a below average stay.
Can be good for single occupancy not for family.
