Hotel staff was very rude, they charger 50% to 80% extra if you book it on Oyo.
If u argue with them a little about the price shown in Oyo app they directly say
THIS IS THE PRICE IF WANT TO STAY, STAY
OR GETOUT OF OUR HOTEL.

Please book rooms directly from the hotel, the hotel is not associated with any third party specially with OYO rooms, please directly call the hotel person for booking rooms

I didn't recommend this hotel at all for business travellers or families.even if you guys want to go it is up to you.

Don't be cheated
I book the room and when I arrived the hotel, the receptionist was told me that she can't provide room with this offer price, she said I will show you the rooms and if you pay 500 more we will give you the room. But this is absolutely ridiculous. I payed the amount shown in OYO and very much struggled to reach over there to have a rest but unfortunately the hotel don't want to accept this booking. She was so rude, impolite and arrogant to me, she don't want to listen me and not even said a sorry. Their policy is that tactfully attract costumer with fake offers and asking for the double payment once we trapped. Its a cheating system. I highly recommend not to book this hotel.

They are cheating costumer with fake advertisement, secondly, they published the hotel is near manthri Square Mall, I went to manthri Square from majestic it cost me 1 hour journey but the hotel was another area which was 5 km away from there and it will take another 1 hour and cost 150 rupees with uber taxi to reach over there. Another 2 more costumer also was there face same problem and the receptionist was arguing with them aslo.

So overall they are misleading costumers with false offer and advertising. It's unethical and unprofessional.

OYO Rooms Big scam, worst service, they will take confirm booking and payment, but they are not providing Rooms, when you arrive given address, they will tell simply sorry rooms are not available, I experienced recently at Bangalore two bookings same day.any one don't take risk with this people.very bad.

Rooms not recommended for family. Not maintained properly. Light not available in Rest rooms. Poor response from staffs. Even if booked through Oyo will not get rooms.

Worst service ever I seen because I booked hotel and they refused to to check in in the hotel.

The Hotel room is clean, spacious and even staff are friendly. The hotel is located in good locality accessible to bus and metro. Safe for Solo travelers and female travelers. Would love to stay again here.

It was really good stay, Manager is too supportive and friendly, 24×7 service. Highly recommended.

This hotel persons are not allowing the online booking guys even customer care are can't resolve because they won't take the customer care number, very bad experience.

Management is worst dnt ever visit this place they charge extra and more waste of time and money dnt book any rooms they dnt know how to behave with customers

This hotel doesn't even need a base rating.
The service was extremely poor and the staffs were really rude like I was staying on their credit or something. They even charged me with double the rent on booking.com saying that the rent got reduced on the website due to some website issues. I suggest booking.com to look into that.

Worst experience. Booked 2 rooms from Oyo app for a different price but when visited the property the price was 3 times the price on the application and the person at the reception told us the price is low in the application due to technical error. Tried convincing the person but he did not agree even fa the double price. Not expected this from an hotel which has such good ratings

Worst experience. Booked 2 rooms on oyo for INR 1000 but the guy in the reception told us that the price is 1500 per room with additional tax. Which would come upto 3500 for 2 rooms. When asked about the price on oyo he told it is because of the oyo application error which was a lie as the other hotels din face this technical error.

In app showing MRP 544 But hotel people charged 1500 I'm really unhappy with this issue I'm loss my money

Booked this hotel through OYO and once we reached there the manager gave us a suprise. We was asking us to pay triple the amount of what we had booked through OYO.
The reason he gives is due to some technical issues the amount is displayed at low cost.
If that was the case he should have removed there hotel from OYO or he should have called the customers who had booked there hotel and must have informed.
It was too bad of him to keep us waiting with our luggage as he was behaving very shrewd.
Don't this place through any apps as you'll be surprised later on.

I booked a room online and paid online and when came here for checking in they literally demanded double the amount. When we said we will not pay extra they denied us the room. Worst Oyo ever. Dont consider this unless you want to get looted. Also Oyo has the worst customer service that they were not able to relocate me.

I would not recommend this place. And if u r booking from any of the applications like oyo, booking.com goibibo etc the price is totally different expect it to be atleast 3 times more than price showing on the applications. So better reach the hotel then ask for the price and then take a room. The person at the reception is not all helpful he is there just to inform u that 'We are not responsible please contact oyo' this is the only sentence he knows.

The receptionist/owner talk senseless does not accept the bookings with online booking rates he demand for floor rate.avoid booking this online and go all the way to pay his own rate

Rooms was good, but staff is really rude, receptionist don't know how to behave with customers, we booked from oyo for 750rs per room, but we went there he collected 1500rs from us, telling some technical error in oyo, really cheating people.

Very worst service in this hotel staff are good but manager talking like very badly in this hotel oye booking not accept but he accepted oyo booking and I will ask double amount of customer some technical problem he tell all times of oyo booking don't book to room of this I will experience in this hotel

The owner and staff wre polite
Even the rooms wre clean and tidy, dint face any issues over all during my stay

One of the best room ever we have stayed.affordable and very neat rooms. The service was excellent. I will definitely choose silver house next time for my family trip.

Don’t book this hotel by seeing the price offered by OYO/ Goibibo /Booking.com or any other similar platforms. I had reserved the room for Apr 23-24 for INR 615/- through OYO. But while check in at the hotel, the reception staff was saying that the room rent for a day is INR 1500 (2 adults/24 hrs), without tax. As per them, the property is being marketed by OYO Rooms and the price shown in various booking platforms are erratic. In short, I had to pay INR 1500/- to stay for a day. On a separate note, the room was neat and tidy and staff were cooperative. But please don’t go there with the mindset of getting the rooms at the price seen in OYO/ Goibibo etc. You will be surprised for sure!
Just a heads up guys…

The room was very clean, but when I went to the hotel it was raining at that time, in our room there was a minor water leakage from the window into the room which made the room at the bed side a bit damp, which the hotel people took care off, but these things shouldn't have happened. A part from that everything was good. Hot water was not hot, just like warm.

Its in main road. Staff disturbing while in stay. And they forcefully ask for 5 star review in app then only they will allow you to checkout
