Very harsh behaviour from the receiptionist. They made me and my friends come out of the room in the midnight. Literally we stayed out side and they didn't give the proper reason to vacate the room

Verybad behaviour from the staff they won't let us go outside also but very expensive. Very rude behaviour they say one and they do one. They made us vacate the room early morning and literally we stayed out side.and we went out with that is secondary.they said they will open the gate anytime but they made me and my friends vacate the room in the midnight. But didn't do any refund as we paid 1500 for 2 persons. We checked in 10: 40pm and check out was at 10am. But literally this was the worst experience with the room. Literally we stayed outside all the night
