OYO Townhouse 007 Indiranagar

Booked and paid online but the management decided to cancel my booking without informing me, another customer was also there at the lobby for whom they cancelled also. 4 hours i wasted in getting there and to another hotel.

I happened to book and pay fully for 2N via Oyo app a week back, but upon check-in after my long 10-12hrs journey the Receptionist denied my checking-in saying that they are no longer a listed property in the Oyo and left me stranded.
The receptionist suggested contacting the Oyo team for help. Period. ‍️
I happened to see several people having the same experience as mine and could see more of them in the review section. At least the Oyo or the property manager had an option to inform me or the others about these complications. Truly a horrible experience.

I think the booking.com could make a legit booking in this property. Make sure you call and confirm the hotel manager upon the booking.

I booked Oyo townhouse through make my trip and when I reached the property on the day I was told that there is no room and my booking is not confirmed. The property owners were not at all concerned and said that they have nothing to do with OYO even though OYO townhouse 007 was written all over the property. I was asked to contact OYO for resolution. I was not at all able to connect to a OYO executive. Then I called MakeMyTrip and they were very concerned and arranged me a beautiful accommodation within an hour.
Anybody who book this property through OYO should call the property directly in advance and confirm the booking. I had a very bad experience.

It is located at a prime location in HAL 2 Stage which is a big advantage. Many restaurants bars and eating joints at walking distance. Parking space for cars is on the road and limited to 2-3 cars. The room was spacious with a drawing room and a bedroom. The property has about 20-22 rooms. The windows for some rooms open in the duct area and hence really can't be opened for light or ventilation. The room rent is on expensive side may be due to the prime location. Giving 4 stars due to price being little on a higher side, the exhaust in washroom was not working and breakfast not included in room rent.

I guess it was beautiful n clean when it opened, but now it's slightly run down as in fixtures and fittings in the bathroom. It's a big spacious room for 2-3 ppl. Could upgrade it a bit more by getting good carpets, shower curtain, toiletries etc.

Booked a room for 3 members without breakfast for around 3200. To my surprise the room was amazing and very big. There was a room in the entrance where there was a couch and then the other where the bed and bathroom attend.

Very spacious and wonderful staffs with smiles always in face. Immediate room services and the location is awesome. 12th main is one of the street where more branded shops present. Just 500 meters away there is an Empire hotel which is an added advantage. Many eateries nearby from low to high range.

Good place for a descent stay

One of the most worst Oyo’s! Staff is impolite they don’t provide correct information! All they want is charging more money for their worst service! I recommend don’t go to this oyo please! And main thing the lift is also not working and they asked to carry our own luggage on steps

The room could've been cleaner and the ambience could've been better. It was alright otherwise, nothing amazing but not bad either

Full night there was no light. The hotel people had no idea about the power back up. The customers has to tell them that there was no power in the hospital.

One of the worst service and ammunities i have seen in this hotel, in first stay for 5 days in Feb 2022 lift was not working, we had to use stairs which directly lead to out side not to reception. In my second visit 2 nights total electricity was gone for 5 hours at mid night. Nor AC was working nor Fan, there was very very poor management. Complimentary breakfast not served.worst to worst experience.

Pretty good place to stay at a prime location. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Good service too. Sufficient storage space.
The breakfast they provide is decent indian food.

No Restaurant. Not even Tea or Coffee available. Asjed us get through Swiggy, /Zomato. Beds are spring type (Too soft) and compress when you sit. Not good at all.
No Bill provided at checkout. Receptionist said that he'll send thru WhatsApp in half an hour. Since we were in a hurry, we left, but till now not received.

Hotels service is very bad.

Rooms are very good, the surrounding area of the hotel is good. The hotel staff is polite and helpful.

Our booking ID JFPV1546 booked a room on December 10th, 20. Since the room was a corporate booking, there was miscommunication and early check in was reflected via OYO. But when we reached hotel, receptionist was very rude and bluntly refused for early check in. When we said, we have a meeting by 9.00 am and we cannot look for other hotel rooms he mentioned we need to pay Rs 850/- extra cash. As he knew we hardly have time searching other hotels as we were running out of time, and we gave him the money.

But later immediately he changed his mind and refused us the room and told us, he can't allow us and we need to come back at 11 am if he we still need a room. Even after so much request, negotiation he said he won't allow us as we will give a bad rating/feedback.

Tired of his unprofessionalism and rude behaviour, we had to search nearby hotels and luckily got a much better hotel at reasonable price with kind staff.

Our reservation was amended to Oyo Townhouse Indiranagar and the general manager whose name I do not recollect sadly, was such a sweetheart, after such an awful day. He told us about two categories of available rooms and asked his front desk guy Abhishek I think to show us the rooms first and we loved the deluxe/suite room and intended to pay an additional amount to take that room after reconfirming that are there any additional charges for the shift of booking from the previous hotel. Though I was confirmed twice that there are no charges, on arriving to the desk for doing the check in the GM told us the hotel shifting does have additional charges that we were required to pay and therefore I said I'd pay those charges but then I'll have to refuse the suite and stick to the base category and the GM being extremely understanding told his colleague that we were troubled enough since morning and gave us a free upgrade and complimentary breakfast. He checked with us multiple times if everything was going okay, or do we like the room and came to the room to fix up the TV and deliver items, which was extremely empathetic of him for helping his staff. I am pretty sure I'll just go back to this hotel for his kind behaviour. Though the shower switch in our washroom wasn't there, the shower curtain was very badly stained and we had to buy a 10ltr water jar because only two sealed bottles per room was allocated[ due to COVID-19 precautions] and any extra were chargeable at Rs. 15, he did offer us an extra bottle per day free of cost but we did not want to ask more of him after all that he did for us already. And if I had the chance to meet him on departure I would have brought to his notice that what I assume was his Housekeeping supervisor came to our room unannounced when we were getting our room cleaned and he entered the bed room not acknowledging or asking permission from us and roamed around the room as if we weren't there made me feel very awkward and he needs to check up on that, because I am pretty sure that no guest will appreciate intrusion of their space like this.

Management was very rude and did not comply with any of the services. Rooms were not up to the standard, we left within an hour and booked a room at another place. Worst staff, with no manners or respect towards their guests.

The place is simple and clean as other OYO rooms but the workers around here are really friendly and keen to help you.

At last I came with my girlfriend then stayed with her very good pleasant stay and neat room and place and it was good experience.
As i came to the place and at other times, i felt a bit different from this other room and staff was very courtesy but i was that a bit upset of restroom issues.

The rooms and bathroom were clean. However the kitchen was not open due to the current situation. Breakfast was complimentary with them ordering and giving idli, vada and upma. Nice place to stay for a short time.

It was not good, its not upto the average, we did stayed in February last week for 5 days
It was not worth to pay.
We have to ask for many basic things like cleaning up bins, bed and blankets as it was not fresh.
Complimentary breakfast was a total waste to even say.we went on first day, seeing all flies on open food, no napkins, plates were so dirty.such a unhealthy ambience and so we came back and ended up eating outside in udupi. It was overall such a unpleasant stay, we didnt had an option to move out. We heard from our friends not to stay as its not safe, many times police raids has been there, we came to know after going there only, so pls dont book without checking in person

Took my money, then when I arrived, told me I couldn't stay because I'm not Indian. Told me to call their central office to request a refund. Would not process the refund themselves. Avoid this brand.

Lift was under maintenance and the staircase was like some dungeon with no proper drainage maintainence also car parking is not available. Not up to the level, can provide better service.

Worst experience, we entered hotel thre. Was a tb patient sathish as receptionist, worst ever, didnt hav humanity, misbehaving with ladies, nd to the room we booked a man with towel was inside lying, we booked 2 rooms one was like this nd other one was filled with rats, even the welcum drink had a fleas, i dnt understand wat kinda hotel is this, kind of garbage, nd the receptionist was very rude, kindly no one go to this hotel

They turned us away at 5 am in the morning after we had just gotten off a 26 hour flight—because my husband was a foreign national. No where in our booking confirmation did it say that foreign nationals were not allowed.

The place is located in a good locality.
The rooms are of good size but can be kept cleaner.
The toilet has soap near the wash basin but not in the toilet area.
The lift is very narrow and needs to well kept.
The towel in the room was very dirty.

Decent place. Isn't cheap, but you could get a reasonable discount through Oyo app. The mattress aren't as comfortable, but the rooms are tidy. Little inconveniences here and there. The staff were good.

Service is awful, Rooms are not clean, lacks basic amenities for a business traveler.rates are equivalent to 4star but without basic hyigene.

Booked my brother in law n sis in law there. Wish I hadn't. First they were given a room someone was already occupying, on complaining they gave them a suite, then there were no towels, the lift switches weren't working, no way to get to the first floor without the lift, bathroom needed to be cleaned, no proper tea or coffee facilities. All in all a disappointing place but fit it's location

I think they started hotel management recently, they don't know the culture of Customer service basic things are not available in rooms, lifts are using by House keeping material, lifts smell badly, no curtosy with two people staying in room providing single tovel,

I was staying here for an official work, I wanted to get out of the hotel asap.

I asked for ironing of my cloths they handed me an iron Box!

The breakfast provided by them is worthless

Total Ripoff. The kind of service it felt like it as was working for them.

And the feedback which we have to share was filled by the hotel staff himself!

Except the front door everything here is hyped. Not worth the price. Bathroom was in mess for long time and this the complete staff knew from the time I checked in. They took full day to search an iron box and even that was also in horrible condition. Good location, suggest them to improve the services and maintain the hotel up to the townhouse standards.

Opposite to the road hence a lot of noise at night. People with light sleep will not like the place.

AC is not working properly in meeting room.
Food is not good at all except roti.
No hand wash at washrooms.
It's okay type.
