Pathetic service. When checked in, AC was not working in any of the rooms. They assured that AC will work next day. It was an official stay so we had to stay for 3 days and AC didn’t work at all. Water shortage in washrooms. They didn’t allow to sit in reception waiting area as well. Washrooms and blanket were dirty. Mattress was not comfortable.

The service is very bad.
The sheets are dirty.
I fight with them every morning for a towel. They will give you only one and when you ask for one they say ok sir, then ignore you for hours until you fight with them.
They also just ignore you if they didn't feel like speaking

Service is ok. But the rooms are not maintained well. Especially the bathroom. The shower had issues and there were fungus in the bathroom.

Well maintained room.response by the service personnel depends on individual.some were hospitable and few haven't opened their mouth.breakfast not worth.

Pathetic experience. It's not hotel but a place for unmarried couples to come, stay some time or full night, have good time and leave. Other than its nothing. I had booked for 3 nights thinking it's a good deal but after my one day/night stay realised it's not hotel. There was no service at all. For my 2 night refund I tried a lot but there is no revert from anybody. Pathetic experience.

Their way of speaking to guests, is the worst. They won't answer simple queries, cuts the calls if they don't want to talk. It doesnt matter how good is the room, but if guests are not recieved properly, then it is not worth it.

Stayed here from 12th to 15th of May 22. Average rooms. Don’t be fooled by the 4.7 stars and the photos on OYO. No proper room service. Breakfast is complimentary but you don’t have a proper restaurant down. The car park is sort of adjusted to arrange few tables. Creaky floors and windows that cannot be closed properly. Room has a light smoke smell when you enter inside. The side of my bed caved in the first night. You can imagine the quality of the bed. Towels are smelly and so is the linens.
The only USP of this hotel is the proximity towards MG road. Not suitable for family. Would recommend to bachelors and couples. And keep your luggages locked.

Very worst service i ever had with Townhouse MG road. AC is not working, Wifi is not working, kitchen service is later then swiggy, We have ordered just 4 chapati & 2 soft drinks and they have forgot completely about our order, when we called after one hour they are give an excuse that they have knowd door but we didn't open Fu*k the door itself we left open no one had come after scolding them they have delivered just 2 soft drinks. And we are still waiting for chapati which they haven't made it.
When we have inform about AC 3 to 4 times to Manager he is just saying will send a person and hole day just went like that in the night he is asking us to adjust tonight will shift tomorrow and the next day no response

They didn't bother to take you luggage to your room.
The rooms were stinky and bedsheets were not clean. Bathrooms are not at all clean.basic amenities are missing.
Staffs are not helping in nature.
They ask you write review on Oyo app right in front of themselves while checking out.
Stayed for one night. Not recommend anybody to stay here.

Room are clean but the service is pretty bad. They don't keep hand towel in washroom. Geyser wasn't functional during the stay.

I had a worst experience from this hotel. They don't know how to talk! The front office person asked me how did u get the room on this price! I answered him through booking.com, but he is not believed! That really surprised me, his behaviour i showed him my partial payment receipt. They are not ready to give any room and no reservation details about my check in.
I shared my check in check out time while doing the reservation on this hotel. But when i checked in thr is no rooms available! Really don't know how they are handling the reservation. That was a worst experience.

Rooms were good (spacious) but rest everything in terms of service were extremely disappointing.
No hot water in rooms we to have to call reception and tell them to send hot water (if they are free they will send or else you have to wait)
Room keys won’t work (access cards)
No responsibility from staff at the reception whatsoever and no one cares about customers.
No vehicle parking

Worst hotel ever, they accessed the room after i went whole day for work and my all stuff they had taken out from room, my laptop and all the luggage without my permission.

I walked out immediately when we realised that the service level was abysmal

They played with us. We payed in the oyo website and after coming to the hotel they asked for twice the money and they are like go and contact the website.u have to pay the extra 2x money to us to get the room. After discussing with other people in the morning we got to know that he did the same thing for all the people. Bad staff. Very rude behaviour. U can enter into anyone's room anytime. Had to pay 3 times the money showed in the website and they said it's oyo's fault not ours. Go and contact them. Will not even recommend.

Don't believe the prices. Once you reach the hotel they will ask you for double price. They will tell contact the website from where u did the booking. I saw the review but i didn't believe but now when i reached they refused to give room. It was same for all the guest who came there. And everyone had to pay bcs they didn't had any choice at that time.

The rooms are spacious but the service can be improved a lot. No wifi. Don't eat in the Below restaurant they dint cook the dosa it was just batter. Try eating in ajanta next door for breakfast
