Hospitality is very bad they don’t know to treat customers
They think like they only have hotel I will suggest not to come this place

Great for a stay for business and personal. The value for money is good and the hotel staff is well mannered and hard-working.

One of the best hotels available at this price with very clean and neat rooms and a high quality staff at the reception! The negatives are that the room service is not as welcoming as the staff at the reception and the major drawback is that the hotel is very far away from bus stand and airport and hence it costs you more to take a cab so if you're looking for a much cheaper option then go for it instead.

The hotel is at good place everything is near by any have good connectivity. But the service of hotel is not so good, their plugs are not working and room were smelling. They don't have room freshener and other things, they need to upgrade room facilities and services for the customers. I feel I am not getting what I paid from hotel but I get from the place where is situated.

Ok hotel with a terrible staff. They didn't accept card payment and the staff asked us to pay the bills on their personal UPI accounts. Spots on bedsheets, broken mirrors in bathroom. They used two single bedsheets to cover a queen sized bed which kept splitting from the middle.

Worst thing is that they did not provide the invoice on leaving and misbehaved when asked. We had to sit around for an hour for the invoice.

Such worst management. I stay with mine office mate. They provide only one key. I am outside and mine roommate was inside the hotel mine roommate not pick call so I told the manager plz open the door and they denied. Soch worst and inhuman management.

This is my go to place whenever I am in Bangalore. One of the best townhouse. I booked twice in here.

Looking wise rooms are ok but their maintenance is hell, room handles are broken, windows wont open, and the worst part is MOSQUITOES too many, pls don't choose this oyo property.

This place is good and clean. The concern is they don't provide tissues, bucket and jug. If you call and update them to provide den they are going to provide you. Remaining everything is fine. Food is like okay okay. You can manage. I had manchow soup and rashmi kabar which was really gud here from all other foods.

Perfect place for transit with ample space for parking, and best hospitality, even rooms are very spacious I will surely recommend this stay

They charge 30% when you're checking early (even if it's less than 2hrs), and they don't return back if you're checking out even more than 3hrs. OYO/Hotels need to revise their plans and include check in time as well. As all the hotels are empty and very less business during this Global Pandemic.

Everything thing was good, Cleanliness and room size and complementary breakfast but food from restaurant was very bad so its better to go outside for food.

They take extra money and the service is really really bad please don't book an room here. The washroom stinks the rooms are dirty everything is dirty

Everything was good. Accomadation, cleanliness, water facility all were good. But food was horrible.

Hi am from Kerala oyo rooms at oyo town house was a very experience. Very good choice for a last minute trip to Bangalore. The complimentary breakfast are really superb. Very good ambience. The customer service is really good especially by Kunal who's service has to be appreciated who always cares and helps the customers a lot.

Good place for meeting or even for staying.
I felt, people were professional there and also it was safe, they were following the covid rules so it was a hassle free stay for me. Definitely gonna prefer this next time.

Very poor service they said breakfast is available but there is no food they kept only idle with some minimum 10 pieces they will bring slowly slowly n there was more than 20 people who r waiting for food,

If u don't have staff while booking only plzx inform no breakfast

Clean rooms, Friendly Staff. Covid protocols could be little more strictly implemented. Couldnt see everyone wearing masks.

The TV connection isn't proper and they are lazy af u need to call them and tell the problem. Plz check the room before booking my card wasn't working after that they were no towel and shower isn't working and they shifted me to another room. Food better to have outside to food is expensive Bed is isn't that great

Room was good. TV was not working and after asking they recharged with some minimum value, most of the channels were unavailable. No one accompanied to room while check in. I searched almost 5-10 minutes for ac switch. No hot water. First day they did not give me complimentary water, Second day they did. Breakfast was buffet, there were no indication about the food, open it and check. They could keep a board as every hotel does.

One of the best oyos in banglore, staffs, cleanliness, rooms, wifi all was good exepct the food is same everday kinda downer for longer stays.other than that perfect all ways

Very poor maintenance, stinking smell in the rooms, saying that there was a ventilation problem in washrooms. Hell on Earth in garden City Bangalore.

Lift, parking, breakfast, room everything was amazing

The facilities are good. But the Bedsheets and stuff were stained. Unhygienic. Though they have a good interior design, they haven't paid much attention on housekeeping and customer services.

Nice and clean rooms. Lot of open space outside. In house restaurant is slightly expensive and quality was mixed bag. Tandoori chicken was excellent but lemon fish was pathetic.

Nice and pleasant. 9/10 for the rooms but some staffs were rude. But the room and food was awesome. Good for peoples who are looking for hotels near the city. There is a mall next to it too.

I would recommend for stay and please if possible avoid food from in-house restaurant. The food is pathetic. For food I will rate 0.5 out of 5

Very decent hotel to stay near Brookfields mall. Nice ambience and decent service. Very good maintainance by OYO.

They have a very huge parking just infront of the hotel. Also has an in house restaurant. Service could be a little faster and better.

I checked in at the hotel on 21st, to a dirty room, got it changed to a clean one. But i mistakenly left my jacket at the previous room which got stolen the next day itself, even though nobody checked in to that room. Staff didn't co-operate and blamed us for the misplace. Still trying to get in touch as the jacket is a branded one. But No Response.

Booking is faking us, I booked and paid online got the confirmation call and message but while check in time property team says there's no rooms available, all is booked. Damn, such a worst experience from oyo

The room was full cigarette smell. The flooring of the room was not proper was abt to fall couple of times.
The breakfast was good thts the only reason I gave e 3 stars

When I stayed last time during sep 2019, it was better, however, this time during Nov 2019, I had a very bad experience. This is OYO's own property, inspite of that, it is very poorly maintained, Stinking bathroom, shower spraying water all over the ceiling, sink delivering only hot hot water, bed spreads were shabby. I will skip this property henceforth, even it is offered free

Poor customer experience during weekends. Had to wait for 1 hour to get my room despite checking in at 2: 30 p.m.

Worst the worst service they are not ready to give a water bottle for everything they say call customer care then i dont know y these idiots are there.seriously never ever prefer going here the most worst service ever

It's becoming worst with days. Not even a thing to talk good of this place. Burnt food, dirty linen, damaged walls / floor and stinky washrooms

I checked in the hotel at 6: 30 pm and found the bedsheet and pillow case dirty. I requested them to do the needful. But till 10: 00 pm it was not done. The staffs of both shift were adamant and kept on passing the service to other shift and at last it was not done and no support even from customer service team of OYO. The service and staff especially the manager are pathetic.

I don't think we live in hotel to get Harassed.
I request you all to not to book hotel through OYO. They are cheaters as they take money from customers and don't offer any service in return

Very unprofessional staff, cheaters, no good service, suddenly asks to pay the amount. They do not have understanding and always says policy, policy. Overall very bad experience. 1st day charge was 1389 and 2nd day 1500+, Thats fine. For payment also i paid for 1st day and for 2nd day also forced to pay. They dont respect customer, they just do the business. I had said, While checking out, I ll clear the 2nd day amount however they didn't listen. Overall fully business ppl, infact in other good hotel, they understand and stay was happy.but not here. Sorry, this is my personal opinion based on my experience in this hotel. They disturbs in sleep also.

Was under impression that being OYO place it will be comfortable like other places
But this place is full of issues.
It's better to move in some other place than this.
Service and attitude both are way too bad

Had a wonderful stay. Got rooms for cheaper thru MakeMytrip App for 1 day stay. Good room service and staff behavior. No issue. They can reduce the prices a bit in OYO and also they can offer few discount

Dirty rooms, extremely weird, goopy and tasteless food is how I'll remember my stay in this hotel. The staff though helpful are pawns in a draconian corporate structure. Wouldn't stay here again.
P. S.the soap is watered down.

First thing the receptionist was not good and so arrogant. She doesn't know how to interact with customers. First she booked for one day only whereas I booked the room for 3 days. At the time of check-in she booked room for one day. 3rd day we were not getting normal water only hot water was coming from the taps. When we contacted receptionist she answered in a very rough manner that we will check. We had kid and he was feeling hungry, at last we got fresh with bisleri water. Am totally disappointed with this booking and the available receptionist.

Cleanliness and infrastructure needs improvement. Washrooms fittings are getting deteriorated in absence of proper cleaning. Though the staff is very helpful and they try to help in every possible manner.

Good and the hotel was very clean and staff are good and food was very tasty. Atmosphere is very friendly good one

The hotel was okay, not great but okay. The food was good. The room service not so good, since they didn't once come to the room to clean it. The bathroom doesn't have a vent and hence it stinks. Please be mindful of ordering the food through the Oyo app since it's not working properly and you could be overcharged. Just be mindful of that.

Slow service. The food is okay. But service is really slow. And please increase your service manners

One of the best oyo's I have ever been to. This Oyo has all the services available. A great place to stay for the price.

Rooms and washrooms are clean. I wish the bedsheets were clean too. I didn't like the quality of add on foods that we ordered. Otherwise other services are good and staff are well mannered and polite.

Hotel is good, food is also good but last Wednesday there was no TV connection because of renewing the TATA sky connection, Internet connection is very poor, frequent disconnects, when I ask at reception, they are saying only 500 Mbps or something like that and with many connections, the net is very slow, it was an irritating moment for IT guys like me. OYO should take care of "On My Own " room internet and TV, if not i will rethink next time.

It is a good place to visit and stay, have large spaculious rooms, room food service, have inbuilt restaurant inside hotel itself. Only drawback is that outside guests are not allowed to visit also.

My last two stay was not a good stay. The previous time when I booked the room, the room was literally stinking and the room was not clean where the liquor stickers were being sticked on the floor. They refused to give us a different room and they just used a room spray to control the odor which was in the room.

The recent stay, the room lock didn't open and I had to go down to the reception again asking to open the door. Everytime you go out by locking the door, you need someone from the reception to open the door. The lock inside the room was loose. It would have broken when someone bangs the door hard. The room didn't lock from inside with the use of the door handle (you know what do I mean by the door handle). We had to use the bolt on top of the door which was loose to lock the room.

We chose this Townhouse cause the first trip was amazing and we loved the room and the design of the room and the entire Townhouse hence we booked another stay which disappointed us but we still booked again and it disappointed us again.

You might ignore the small things but that small things matters alot. Please ask the person who cleans or the supervisor to inspect everything in the room and then provide it to a guest.

Location is good, peaceful. Rooms are quite spacious.
Staff needs improvement. Cleaning guys are elusive (will provide more details on this)
WiFi connectivity rarely works

Really pleasant experience here and staff also friendly. Room service needs improvement and lunch/dinner plan shown in OYO app is not available for redemption in the hotel during my stay. They do have a restaurant inside and got a complimentary breakfast. Complimentary breakfast is buffet and it's not worth it. They should consider serving good items. Location reachability is good.

Its good place to put up, location is good and you have a like resort feeling. And its near Brookfield mall and also Phoenix mall is also not so far.

First of all very clean!
They have plenty of rooms to offer (6-7 floors). We made the booking at the last moment and still we managed to find a room here. They have a pretty spacious parking lot and an in house restaurant too (Risolo Pizzeria). Although we did not taste any pizza from there but their butter chicken was awesome. Atleast we got the north Indian flavour in Bangalore! All the rooms have an attached balcony (albeit tiny). Staff was courteous although we found the room service to be little slow. They also have separate laundry service and spa facility (albeit pricey). Anyway overall we found the experience to be pleasant.

Great value for money when it comes to rooms and location. But watch out for a couple of things.
WiFi is not secure. So folks who are travelling on work or have to work cannot rely on the wifi. Also the network is really bad here so you will find it tough to take calls

Poor service. Check-in was delayed by half an hour and had to literally fight for it as receptionist were in totally confused state all the while. At around 1: 30 when we entered the room the cleaning was still in progress and again we had to wait for it. No towels were given had to remind them thrice and then we the got it after an hour

Location, hotel superb but very poor servicing. I booked a room from 12pm and I rach there at 12Am still the room was not ready. I waited for like 30 minutes after travelling since morning. Key was not working for my room. Service was extremely unmanaged. Staff was polite but failed to serve properly

I have visited oyo townhouse 071 multiple of times now and I can say that the service and corporation from the staff is degrading and same is for the quality of the rooms. And mostly the support which we get worsens the scenario. I have been in contact with Subhojit at the property and this guy does not even care. One of the time, I had a payment issue regarding payment done twice because of some issue in the oyo application which is common issue with the application. After calling oyo support, they redirected me to Subhojit and he advised to send an email with the invoice information. After sending the required info, I followed up multiple times after, however this guy did not even respond even once. I had to go through my bank to get the amount refunded but it could be much easier if this step would be taken by oyo and actually should be. I don't think I would even recommend anyone to oyo. Very sad support service.

Basic kids like shaving kit, brush this needs to be in the toilet. Room is OK. Outer ambience is good

Not a budget place but worth the money you pay. Staff is supportive and courteous. Rooms are sparkling clean, same applies to the washroom and bedsheets. Breakfast served in the restaurant is hygienic as well as delicious. Breakfast is served in a very planned manner too. Location is nearby main road so it's not a headache to find this place. The hotel is easily accessible. In a nutshell, they provide want they promise. Thanks for providing such nice stay. Loved it.
