Worst Management, They cheat you, Actually I had book one room for two guest when I was about to check in the hotel receptionist forcefully made me to cancel the booking from the app and forced me to pay offline he was very rude. This guys really do some scam.

Firstly they will ask you to pay them and not oyo else they might not confirm your stay. Then the service is really bad, even though they mention room service, it's not there. Breakfast is below average. Rooms are filled with roaches, it was horrendous.

Stay was good, food was also commendable but should go for Chinese and North Indian dishes. South Indian dishes they could improve in taste. Rooms are great. Don't opt for extra bed, go for a triple bed room if they have. Always book ahead before you come. Amenities were also good so great place to stay.

This hotel doesn't deserve 1 start as well. Never seen such an dirty rooms. Hotel manager is biggest scammer.

It was the worst oyo hotel ever. It should get worst hotel of the year award. The bathroom smells so bad and it was so dirty. The fan had a gallon of dust in it. The floor was so dusty also. The cupboard had like 10 cockroaches in it so we couldn't use it. You even have to pay extra if you want to get the room cleaned. There were cobwebs hanging around the room. The key card was practically useless since it didnt cut off the electricity when removed

At the end it is one of the worst oyo hotels

Accomodation perfect. Great Hotel. Food terrible. Small kids are cooking food. Poha tasted like dry kitchidi. No flavour. Upma dry as hell. No taste or flavour. Aloo paratha not enough filling, floury and dry. No butter available, no toaster to toast the bread. The only saving grace was omelette and cornflakes. Request management to take steps before the property gets a bad nane because of food

Worst experience ever!
The room was not up to the mark. Poorly maintained. Only one towel was provided for two people that too a torn one. You wont even get a drop of drinking water for free.
Don't go by the images shown and reviews mentioned, most of the reviews are given by the hotel management.
For this price range u can get better stay at other oyo.
But the breakfast was good even though there were only limited options.

My experience was pretty average or below average. There is nothing screaming bad about it, but mediocre rooms with casually roaming cockroaches and house lizard paired with pretty bad beds make it very ok experience. Restaurant downstairs is absolutely horrible service wise, no one cared or attended us when we sat there for 5 minutes. Whole staff was busy with IPL for some reason. We stood up and left still no one came to ask us, overall very bad service. Room service is okay but slow. Thank god they allow guests to order food online from swiggy/zomato. Location wise it is very well placed. So, stay there if you have to otherwise pay some more and get better place to spend your time.

The room was nice, staffs are well behaved and helpful. Hotel food and chefs are also very good. Enjoyed my stay there.

Worst place ever visited. Rooms are unclean and they smell wierd. I booked via OYO and the hotel asked me to cancel and book directly. Please never book here.

Stay was ok. But nawaz the receiptionist is a big mouth bully who has no respect for people his father age, he gives zero respect for womens and acts funny with ladies. Such embarrassing person should not be sitting in reception and welcoming guests.

Hotel can be termed pathetic because of the way the receiption Nawaz behaves. He is the worst receiptionist I have seen in my life. I will not recommend this hotel until they change this guy

Disgusting room service, a North Indian receptionist very arrogant. I requested him to send plates in my room he sent paper plates and charged for it.

One of the worst Townhouse I have ever came across. No friendly staffs and no proper kitchen and very frequently troubling for payment for the ordered food. Mannerless people run it.

Hotel manager behavior not tolerated. He is behaving with customers like servant and shouting on him.

Stayed for about 8 days in best of the hospitality experienced during the stay. Hotel Manager Mr Rahul himself interacts and ensures that their customers are in comfort and ease. Full points to room service available round the clock. It was like experiencing 5 star treatment in budget hotel.

Awesome hotel for a stay in Bangalore. Very good staff, they care for customer and provide all necessary help. I was moving with my parents and my dad had to use wheelchair since he underwent surgery 3 weeks back. They arranged for the wheelchair and helped us with transit from hotel gate to room. The rooms are maintained clean and hygenic. I would strongly recommend to try this place.

Had a bad experience with this hotel. We booked the hotel on Agoda. We reached the hotel late night and the on duty manager on the 15/7/19 mentioned that they do not take foreigners ID. If you are not taking foreigner, then do not advertise it on Agoda. The on duty manager attitude was really bad and not helpful at all. Not recommended for foreigners.

Overall the place is good.but there is lot of wood work and plumbing work is going on and hard to sleep at night due to loud noise. Management can look into this at the earliest

Very bad hotel service, they didn’t help when told hot water not working! Just luke warn water was coming from shower the manager told in shower more than this won’t come and all! And they didn’t really provide quite the service expected from them

Very decent stay for the price. Manager (Mr. Rahul) was very helpful with everything. Overall a great stay!:)

Poorly maintained rooms. No bucket or mug in the bathroom & was not provided even after asking repeatedly. Flush button was coming out in hand. Water kettle & coffee sachets were not given. I'll not book here again

It was a worst experience with this property from the time of booking till checkout. Also it a waste hotel and not st all worth for the money

1. No transparency in price. Check the rooms before you book
2. Room service is waste.
3. All the bedsheets and towel provide is not hygienic
4. Bathroom was not cleaned which was been used by previous guest
5. Restaurant inside the hotel is waste and very bad taste also prices are costly when compared with other hotels
6. Room size and ambience is very bad
7. AC in the room was giving full noise and not able to sleep ask the night, after changing the room after the complainant to the reception.

Check all the facilities in the room physically before you book, don’t believe the tagged photos.

Final suggestion to all the friends who plan to book for officially, personal & tourist please be careful with this property and not worth. We have other good properties with good service and with cheaper prices nearby Townhouse hotels

Nice place for a quick stay but the rental charges differs from time to time and portal to portal.

Still in the making. Showers were not working when we checked in. Room service is just name sake. Staff is taking it slow and are least bothered.

Brand new property.staff is also friendly.just 15days old. Interior is very modern nd attractive.
