Rooms are okay. Staff are rude and not polite. Very unwelcoming behavior from the receptionist especially a guy with dark skin and shaved beard. At least teach them how to smile. It's a basic human thing.

The place isn't properly maintained and cleaned. Service is extremely slow and food quality and taste are also not good at all. I won't recommend this place to eat to anyone.

Served uncooked chicken for the first time, when complained about it, he said he'll serve a freshly cooked one. We were Ok for that and thought may be it was by mistake. Then the freshly ordered one was uncooked too, when we complained again then, he abruptly said Sir we'll cancel the bill for the particular food and moved on.
When we were paying the bills off, my friends asked where the manager was 'we don't have any manager here. You tell whats the problem'. The he says 'we Swiggy 20-50 times a day and never recieved a comment and even I cross checked it with the chef he declared it's good'. 'Lemme get this into Insta Live will ask everyone and let's see what the judgement is going to be', I said. Then he himself said alright sorry sir and bid us (with the attitude on his nose).
The point is, this wasn't the first place that we ever visited to have food. We surely know how the cooked food looks like, we surely remember the taste. Over everything, if he would have been kind enough to take the suggestions into his pocket rather than instigating the matter and pouncing the mistake on us we would still have been fine.
The stay is ultimately satisfactory but due to few idiotic people it makes the day unmiserably bad.
Please do take care of it.

First of all the Room and the Hotel is really clean and very well maintained, plus point parking facility. But the worst part is the staff behaviour and the service. They mention the details while booking and then deny to it after checking in.
The breakfast was really unhygienic and bad. The plates had dust, not clean and the food were almost burnt including all the dishes. The staff is totally uncooperative and don't care about the customers grievances.
If you are looking for goof and clean hotel, can be an option.
But the service is totally useless and hopeless, including the food.

I ordered food from Baba da dhaba. The food was well packed and the quality was good. I found the paneer curry tasty and the rabdi was yummy. Food was decent and I would try this place again.
