Don't choose this property worst maintenance you don't feel safe there, they don't even provide basic needs like water geyser towels and soap dirty floor smelly bed

The hotel property manager is looter, he will ask you to pay via gpay or cash instead of Oyo payment method. Rooms are very unclean, dirty stains in walls, floors and bathroom. If you ask to checkout that you didn't like the room. They will not provide refund. One of the worst Oyo townhouse in the city. Please don't get cheated by them.

Please don't waste your money. I booked hotel room at this hotel and reached late night around 1 am. Upon reaching there they told me that they will not provide you room as the fare on which I booked this room is less. I booked the room via OYO app. They told me that booking amount hume nai mili wo apne Oyo app ko pay kia.hume kuch nai mila. I booked the room for Rs 1000 from the app. The booking advance was Rs 100. THANK GOD I didn't pay the whole amount in advance. Afterall this i payed them 1300 around 2 am. They gave me the room.the room was quite dirty there was foul smell and the toilets were very dirty.urine smell and spots were there on the toilet seat.

Very shabby rooms. The mattress are too slippery and uncomfortable. No drinking water or glasses supplied.
They refused even a single extra pillow.

Booking through Oyo. Eventhough rooms are there itself they will reject Oyo customers. (Seen quarrel in night a couple booked through Oyo successfully and they are rejected) Rooms have paid 1500 for two person not giving 24 hours. (eg night 10pm take room, we have to leave room 11 am itself). TV not working. Room lights are dim like a bar. Any thing we ask for service they act like drama actors. Better to find good hotel room near within 4km. Cigar smell also in many rooms.

After paying full amount in advance, they said rooms are not available when we actually went to the hotel. Staff were disrespectful in their communication.

Couldn't agree more with all the reviews. Manager is pathetic. He started threatening me that if I come there it won't be good, don't use your feminism card and all talks. I have recorded the conversation over call with Oyo customer service care and have asked them to remove this listing from Oyo.

They will demand double the price shown in Oyo app after u reach for check-in. Please stay away.

The manager is very rude. He asked for extra money (double of the booking rate). He said I cant give you room on OYO rate. This hotel should be blacklisted.

Horrible experience. Booked through OYO, but the hotel manager refused to give room at OYO rate. Lodged complaint with OYO customer care, was promised room in 1-2 hr. Was asked to rate OYO customer care then and there (gave good rating), received msg from OYO 1-2 hr later to book somewhere else. Had lots of luggage so was forced to stay there at more than double OYO rate. While there realised every OYO guest booking there is harrassed and manipulated the same (FRAUDULENT) way. Leaving OYO.

Room: poor cleaning, had empty alcohol bottles and old food underneath bed, bathroom not clean.

Please call this hotel prior to the payment otherwise they will increase the rate.

They will give you a clean room with some blood strain blankets. They don't come back again. Until you checkout.

AC, Heater are good and don't worry about it.

Than paid. Don't book oyo rooms.was completely shocked to see the same happening with me as well. Hotel owner decided to not let me check in they demanded double the money on which I booked the room for. This was the worst experience will recommend no one should stay here then they will understand value of customer.

They are charging 1500 even though you booked through Oyo and deniying many booking also no near by hotels to look for alternatives

Only in the pictures its showing cleanest of the hotel but when you enter the hotel you will get a very bad smell.
I have booked the hotel from oyo apps for 2 days but i have extended for one more day.
But the attendant person was so rude that he irritate me on the same day to pay the full amount on that day i told him will pay you on check out but he told me you have to pay before 12 am otherwise will not allowed you to enter the room.
And in check inn we have arrived earlier the checks inn time they have taken Rs 600 extra from us.

Worst services by OYO I would recommend everyone to never use OYO they just give you mental "Harassments" here is what happened I booked OYO on Nov. 1st, 2022 for the dates 04 Nov. 2022 to 08 Nov. 2022 in Bangalore I chose a property Scarlet hotel that has 4.1 ratings and paid full amount in advance INR 30975. From here there harassment starts when I was about reach Bangalore on 4th Nov. I received a message stating we have to shift you to different property due to unavoidable circumstance. I said ok give me property name I checked they want me to go to property with 2.3 star rating I said no I paid you in advance and I will not go with this rating with my family. They argued with me and this goes for 2-3 hours and they left me with my family on road. And I never even went to property they checked me in don't know why? I said cancel my booking and refund me they denied saying you checked in I said how I never visited the property. This is what happed I have invoices with me call records with me. Highly recommend never use OYO.

The worst oyo I have ever been to. My stay was booked for two days and I couldn’t stay at least an in that room. Nothing is in working condition, when I tried to lower the window curtain it’s just completely came out of the wall. It was broken and was just kept hanging there and the the window was above the head board of the bed. When I asked the staff about these he literally told me to contact OYO customer care because they are managing this property. I asked what are they doing there and they said they are there to just help you with checkin and checkout. I had to contact OYO customer care to escalate and they couldn’t get hold of the hotel staff. What if something emergency come up. This is horrific. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. I don’t understand how OYO is still partnering with this hotel.

This has to be the worst hotel I have stayed. I think this was my redemption for my bad karma.
1) The reception has a strong stench of urine.
2) The chapri sitting at the reception didn’t allow us to check in unless paid extra. Behaved as if he owned the whole of Bangalore
3) The rooms are horrible
4) The bathroom is pathetic to say the least. So small that barely one can use it.
5) They didn’t even provide invoice for the extra amount.
I was a fool to go there despite reading the reviews.
I request anyone who is considering to book this OYO not to even consider this.

Horrible place and people. Avoid at all cost. Rating: (-) 5. First time ever I booked an Oyo and it's the last time as well. I had booked this place via a booking app with full payment upfront, and on my way from the airport had called in to check for a early check-in req. What they told me over phone was: you have to pay extra money when you come here, else will not accept the booking. Will not allow checkin. I was left to scramble between calling their customer care, which is another horrendous story, and the booking platform. Finally the platform helped me get a full refund and I booked another hotel. So just stay away from these buggers. Better to spend a little more, get a better place and have peace of mind.

This is a worst oyo hotel, dirty location and untidy building - foul smell, bad staff behaviour. Dont know how to talk with the guest. Photos shown in website is far from how actual it is. Not recommending yo anyone.
