Ozone Evergreens

Worst society! Let me share my experience.
1. The lights in this society are so so less that in the night it feels almost scary. Why are you saving up on good lights man?
2. C block backside, there is an exhaust fan that runs constantly and disturbs the residents. It’s not just me but many people have experienced and nobody does anything about it.
3. Higher floors are very problematic! There is constant thud thud from machines or motors that run.
4. Houses are small but if other things are taken care well then it’s not a big problem.

Ozone Evergreens appartments not maintained well.
The rent is very high compared to the amenities provided.
It looks like an old setup, foul smell in the lifts.
The common area provided in front of the house and lift is very small and tiny.
The build-up area is less, the house looks congested, and the balcony is small.
Not recommended.

What a apartment at the right place. You will get everything which you need for your day to day life. Plenty of the space for walk, sit, play different different games, swimming pool, garden area, proper security staff, parking, temple, indoor games, gym, volleyball, cricket, basket ball, sketting area, nilgiri small mall for all the day to day things like milk, vegetables, breads etc etc.

I think the people living here think food delivery and grocery delivery people are robots who carry their heavy grocery to their blocks

Best one but it's price is on higher side and it's location is also remote one. So beware of it while shifting to this place

Society is good, all amenities are there but only problem I saw was, it was too interior. Of you don't have multiple vehicle at home, you will need to book a cab Or auto every time. No public transport.

Great ambience lush with nature, good security systems, all amneties like gym, pool, tennis and volleyball courts. Highly recommended for families.

One fine day weekend a group of hindutva society members in Ozone evergreens wanted to build a Hindu temple in the common area. Secular citizens protested and the bigots conducted Pooja and religious rites inside the area after quarrelling. They are awaiting to override via 'majority' voting by society members. Is this correct. If a Muslim majority society votes to convert common area into mosque how would it look?

Good community well maintained amenities, lot of open space, greenery and inhouse supermarket. Cons: no water fully rely on tankers, very high maintenance and unbearable smell of garbage dump.

All uneducated 3rd class security persons are there nonsense fellow does not how to speak to the senior citizen everybody are dirty security please give proper training to your security first of all

I visited this place to see an apartment for myself. The flat looked small. The clubhouse is not well maintained. There is a network issue for a few top floors. There is a clinic, a shop for groceries inside the society.

Nice environment inside. Beautiful swimming pools, play courts. There is a good shopping mart inside also

Dear All,
A humble request, we should be now be more careful and alert as there may be retaliation from Pakistan with terriost targeting our civilian areas with bombs placed in markets area. Trains or malls can be soft targets. So request all citizen and specially youngsters to be extra alert. For unattended bags or packets.
PLEASE don’t underestimate request you to help yourself and our defence forces whether its local police or army and as a responsible citizen we have to keep ourselves alert of every moment and any doubtful activity in our neighbourhood area pls help our police, army let's become civilian soldiers n responsible citizen and contribute to our nation to eradicate the terrorism evil from our motherland INDIA hope all will agree pls forward the message to all.

Dumping sewage water all.around the apartment leading to health issues and environmental damage.

My friend stays here. Rooms are quite small, but amenities are good. Nice view from the balcony.

Quite good society for the smaller budgets.a good location.away from ore t raffic.on the main road of harluru.

A good society away from the traffic on Harlur road. It has 8 towers (A to H) of 19 stories in C shape frkm top view.
Facilities: Security, 3 swimming pools, A club house having indoor games like Billiards, Table tennis, Carom, Chess. It has 2 zyms, 4 shops (Neelgiri store, Food point, Vegetable shop, and newly opening for you multiple health tests, physiotherapy, homeopathy etc) and two big halls for yoga etc classes.
What I like most about this society, it is surrounded by military area in three directions which makes it evergreen.

It is a nice society on Harlur road having eight towers each of 19 stories, 1 club house, 3 swimming pools, play ground, park of kids, 3 shops.its surrounded by miltary area by 3 sides

One of my friends stays there and I've been to Ozone quite sometime. With the gated security it's a safe place to be. They don't entertain strangers unless the house owners give permission for the entry to the society. There's a beautiful pool, basket ball court and if you're a health freak you can go for running or cycling around the society. The place comes to life during weekends with kids and elders out in the sun.
