Had been here to get a suit for wedding and wow. What a collection, I was blown away and more than that the service there by mr Shankar was a whole new level. He was very very patient in showing and explaining the outfit and helping me to try it and ensured complete satisfaction. I will give 20 stars which is 10 more than what’s required. That’s how happy Iam and Iam coming next month for another suit.

The above was my initial review but post purchasing the suit, my opinion changed. My suit was not on time and no one called me to update the delay. Once it got delayed and during the delivery, I never got the same premium shirt that I was promised, got a cheaper one and the bow was also a normal one which was later replaced with the one in display but Iam still left with a cheap shirt. When asked for the same shirt as promised, they said it will have to come from the factory which will take weeks again. Now Iam left to wear what they gave rather than what was selected and what was promised I’ll be given and charged for…. Super disappointed. Bringing the ratings down due to the same… very very disappointing

PN Rao has been a known brand for men's suits and they have been maintaining the service and quality for a long time. The guidance provided by Mr. Nithin was top notch while selecting the right material and style for the suit.

Qurban Master was a gem to work with. He patiently took the measurements and ensured we got the trials. The final stitched trousers were perfect. I would recommend PN Rao to anyone looking for good shops for trousers. Ask for Shankar and ensure you get your stitching done from Qurban Master.

Nitin and Qurban master are the stars for me. While Nitin’s service was impeccable where he diligently helped choose a great outfit, while Qurban master ensured the tailored fit was indeed perfect, I have received a lot of compliments for my outfit, can’t wait to try them all. Kudos guys!

Had a very nice overall experience.we went there to purchase a suit.faced a bit of mis-communication with the staff but Mr. Basant the store manager was very cooperative and helpful.he was very accomadative, even helped in getting the suit trail at home and then got delivery on promised date. Thanks to Basant a bad moment was converted to a very good experience overall.

Would have given negative rating if available. Not worth paying as appeared nothing less than 10k tuxedo. 60 k was not worth buying a tuxedo as even in local shops they would have better quality it's was utter waste. No one called me for trial and finally they tell after contacting the store after the agreed date that the suite is ready which was disappointing the manager was not giving appropriate answers every answer was blunt.
No recomendation given. Waste of money. Pethatic service, they jus convenience you to buy it. No more visits. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from PN RAO. Very dissatisfied with the service and my wedding tuxedo

I got my shirts and trousera here with the finest quality of fabrics. Lots of thanks to Mr. Sayed for guiding me and Ms. Sakshi the atylist here for all the color combinations for my special events. Am looking forward for my ready garments with fit.

Mr. Basavaraju helped us out and it was a pleasant experience shopping with him. Selections are great here for formals. BUT the pricing department and other people there are a different story.
EDIT on failure to provide the stiched clothes on promised date: BEWARE the billing, stitching and people helping choose the clothes all act as separate departments here. The billing department interact like they want you to just shut up, pay the money and get out. Good luck getting a refund here as they hesitate to eve n speak about it despite failing to deliver on promised date despite asking about it a 100 times. So if you are prepared to have a sub par shopping experience altogether go for it. Else i would not recommend this store. I should have learnt my lesson from other reviews on here which state similar experiences, my bad.
