PADHAROSA - Luxury Pg for Girls

My sister stays there from past 2 years.homely friendly environment, pure veg north Indian food provided & safe and secured pg

I have heard from my friend who lives in this pg that the staff is rude towards the girls and the pg doesn't have any cleanliness.

It’s a nice pg to stay in. Cleaning is done everyday. Vishal co-ordinates the work well. Been living here for 4 years. I would recommend this pg if you’re looking for a pg in shanti nagar.

Cleaning is done everyday. They listen to the problem and get it done within a day. In comparison of other pg this pg provide good food

Not a very clean place, management has too many rules to get more money out of PG students. Facility awfully bad.

Worse pg ever, my sister was there for couple of months the food is unhygienic, they won't even concern about our problems they will just nod there heads but they won't do any useful thing to the hostel.simply earning more money all sharing rooms.
Mostly the food is worse.and even my sis got health issues.
No proper ventilation totally worse.even I'm thinking 1 star is also waste nly

It is just worst. Can you imagine rats all over the room, no clean washrooms, verandah full of left over food and unleashed dishes, no proper working geysers, and they treat us like some kind of culprits.

Plz return my money now it's 6th month i am waiting so plz return it i really need it.now a days u don't pick up my call also.so plz return my money.

Illegal construction and poor management. The kitchen is so unhygienic, you wouldn't eat here if you see the kitchen's condition. Perhaps that is why they'll never let you see it at all.
Overcharged for the bare minimum facilities. The water force is the worst and the security isn't up to par either. Things go missing from rooms and the management won't take responsibility either.
Please go for other accommodations around like Lavish pg etc. Not worth the money.

Please dont go for this establishment just because the person of contact falsely boasts about the amenities. There are NO AMENITIES here. It's a joke. The food is mediocre and cooked in the worst of worst conditions. ASK them if you can see the kitchen and they wont let you because it is infested with rats and pests. Go see for yourself. The water supply is bad and the electricity cuts are horrible. The lift often stops working and people get stuck in the there and NO ONE takes responsibility.
Once you pay the money, everyone stops responding; you wont even get your deposit back. And the sad part is that after a couple of weeks of you staying here, their whole attitude changes and they mistreat you.
There are much better accommodations arounds like blue bells, Alcove stays (a bit further but much more comfortable) etc.

Go through all the reviews and you'll know the reality of this pg. Unhygienic and congested rooms. When you visit the pg, ask to see the kitchen that they cook in, it's the worst. Rats and pests are everywhere. The construction is probably illegal too. The roof leaks when it rains and it rains pretty often in Bangalore.
The management is irresponsible and unresponsive. Very low maintenance but they charge the most. It's a scam when they boast about their non existent amenities. I suggest you visit the pg and see for yourself. Talk to the residents personally without the management around and you'll understand the true living conditions. They exploit the fact that it so close to St. Joseph's but there are much better accommodations around if you take the 1 km radius.
Staying here would be the worst decision.

Very nice pg, very nice area and atmosphere, services are also good, food is very nice. Overall nice Pg to stay it's feel like a home staying here.

Amenities are really good and the most important thing which people usually ask for is FOOD ryt:)
So no worries at all, you will get delicious food here, and I can also tell you that If you choose to live here then you are never gonna miss your mommies food: D I can bet on that! And the name itself says Padharo Sa:) which means “Welcome ji”

Very nice pg in bangalore i have came across, they have there own supermarket and the pg is situated in city and you can get every necessary item near by and the owner nd staff is also very nice of this pg

Went to see a PG for one of my relative. Saw this place which is conviniently located with all kind of shops around. Good facilities are provided here. Good for students studying in St. Joseph's College which is hardly 5mins walk. Can't comment on how good the stay will be but in terms of convinience it scores well.

My sister staying in that pg from past 1year.padharosa pg is a very comfortable place to stay in with very affordable prices

Don’t go for it because i got trapped for my wife’s PG accommodation with them.

When we call for booking the owner will give great build up. But once you are ready to take, the things will change.
In my first call he offer me 12k for small single room.
And 8k for 3 sharing. Then I waited for shifting to bangalore. At the time we call he said everything is changed, 3sharing got 14k. And small room got 16k. And offer food and kitchen facility.
Actually there is no kitchen.in a small corridor a table with induction this is their kitchen.
The food they wont serve to the room. Need to go the dirty small restaurant down. I think the restaurant also own by the owner. The food is the worstest.
Unfortunately we said after 10th of the month we leaving end of the month. But the owner pressured us to pay for the next mont 14k. (That we given as down payment).
So if someone planning to stay here.think twice.there are plenty Good PG’s nearby.

Please don't avail the services of this PG. It is run by greedy people who are careless about residing girls' security and safety. No lock system, no addressing of complaints, security money isn't refunded back. PLEASE STAY AWAY!

Worst pg ever not worth your money please don’t use it. No security at all. Charges way too much and doesn’t even return the security deposit.

The absolute worst Pg in Bangalore, DO NOT GO HERE, they manipulate you into thinking it's good but slowly you'll see that nothing gets done and they don't listen to your complaints. I still haven't received part of my deposit, the owner is very dismissive of your complaints even after many girls complain of things falling apart.we didn't even receive the room keys the whole while I stayed. Major security issues and worst of all is that there are RATS AND COCKROACHES in the place they serve food. The washing machine constantly breaks down and they take their own time to fix it. Daylight robbery with the rent amounts. 1000 % do not recommend this place.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Worst Pg with worst owner. Cupboards are falling apart and doesn't gives key to the room. Disgusting.

I have joined in Padharosa PG in August, Asking that 3 sharing room with attach washrrom at the 4th floor for rent Rs 9000 without food and paid the advance Rs 3000, but the Vishal brother who shown to me the room and confirmed told that some work is going on at 4th floor for time being be at 5th floor then later he will shift, on 5th floor the room rent was not worth to pay Rs9000 without food, later next month and next to next month he didn't given respond properly to my calls and also if I go and ask for shifting on 4th floor delayed till December I have paid 9000 to the 2 sharing the washroom with 5 people, I requested for 7k but no response still started to pay 7000 from January 2021 when febrauary came he blocked me in Google pay and went paid as cash 7000 rent then Vishal responded that on face that for 7k is not possible look somewhere
Basically from initial he didn't stood on his words and I was paying rent as per 4th floor.
By profiling the people very much difference in rent
And don't stand on words once they receive advance and rent they will show the real
Then I told that give sometime I will find other pg and I will vacate
As Vishal responded on Feb first before that I was asking since January if he tell no I will find other pg for that rent the which room he gives
2 weeks back I confirmed that I got other pg then Vishal told he will try asking their management for 7k as iam old customer to them
I told iam confirmed he would have tell me before it self
So when I vacated on March 1st finally he didn't returned the advance 3000 when I requested for my amount
Initially he given word for the room which I chosen after joining he didn't shift me the selected room
If he would have tell initially this much rent then starting itself I would have think and take and join with my satisfaction
Overall PG experience is worst
Conjested 5th floor
Always construction work goes on no silence
No power backup
No TV
Wifi is slow
Maintainence not good
Response not good
By paying then there I tasted food food also not good

Water facility, when water finish, every time whole one they will make wait without water

For other girls on 5th floor he given for Rs 8500 with food

This PG is a NIGHTMARE. The PG owner Vishal doesn't co-operate and is money minded with no concern for residing girls. Security issues, troubles with refunds, no lock system, irresponsible guard are some of the issues. Not recommended at all.

A really nice, clean affordable PG for women. My sister has been staying there for the past 2 years without any troubles. But only good help from the owners who are now like family members. Very decent, kind people, who have been very helpful through the pandemic.

Worst PG ever. The PG owner Vishal will find every possible way to trouble you. He'll charge you so much in exchange for no services. No security for girls in this PG. My friend had the worst time of her life in this PG. Do not go for this PG even if it is your last option.

Worst PG in Shantinagar!
Didn't refund my friend's deposit even after complying with notice period and other legal formalities.
The owner went on torturing her even in the pandemic times.
Your money is for sure lost if you give it to this owner

Services are not good and the PG handler isn't a good communicator. He allows random men for other personal work. But doesn't help out students to meet their facilities

My friend lived there and she had the worst experience. The food is not good. They did not refund her security deposit and when she wanted to leave during corona, they did not corporate at all. Avoid this PG.

I am giving 1 star to this PG because there is no option for a negative rating, This PG is the worst PG I have seen in the whole universe (it is not an exaggeration.)

I stayed in this PG for 8-9 months. Most expensive PG with the most cheap money minded people. Had the worst experience. The exploit in the name of management. You will never know who the management is. During the time of Covid he charged more rent from me than others. I complained about it but nothing happened since I had already paid the amount. Sadly there is no authority to complain when something wrong happens. Water is a problem. Things get stolen. Other people come to your room and party and use your things in your absence. There is no lock system. No action is taken. The owner is rude and doesn't corporate. Just wants money. Very money minded. Construction is never ending. Boys from their shop always come in the PG. This should not be allowed for a girls PG. The guard often gets drunk and once he even came and slept in the girls room with his family in the absence of the girls and yet the owner doesn't do anything. He cut 80% of my deposit amount despite taking higher rent from me. While other people we're paying half I was paying 80% of the rent. And whatever was left from deposit he hasn't given till date. Banglore authorities should really look into this PG system and regulate it. In times like these when the entire nation was suffering from Covid he just made more and more money. He never picks up call and makes you feel helpless. I was mentally tortured dealing with this person. Staying there and leaving in Covid times was a nightmare for me. This is a silent message to all girls there WATCHOUT. And if any authority is reading this, please regulate the PG system. Really request BBMP to see if something can be done so that other people don't suffer.

Worst experience, food had worms, things go.missing and they are very rude you have to ask each thing 1000 times. You cant have a good day bcoz construction goes on every single freaking day. Please choose someother place they charge 18000 for a 2 sharing room

Worst pg. I stayed there for my internship interval and the experience was devastating. The owner knows nothing about management. First he assigned me a bed and didn't gave me cupboard I had to literally remind him every day to provide me one. Then one day a random girl comes and take my bed and starts fighting and all that this pg owner does is run away from the scene. This pg is not recommended at all. And food is horrible, seriously horrible!
