Could not give less than one star. Never Ever Visit this place.worst arrogant inefficient staff.

Had visited Dr for hill pain due to bone spur. Dr advised to take XRay and he gave very minimal medication like pain killer and advised of stretching exercises. With these I am able to walk now without any issues. Thanks Dr. In morning you have to clinic. It is first come first serve basis. Dr comes around 10.30 AM.

Dr prashant is one of the best doctors I have met, he listens to your concerns and treats patients kindly. I.didn't go to the clinic but I visited him at NH hospital

At clinic we had very good experience with doctors and staff, some people come and show their frustration at staff, sister was crying for their arrogant behavior, when 8 to 10 patients are waiting for consultation, x ray and investigation with two staff working people don't have patience to wait 5min and spend half an hour on scolding and shouting at staff.

Had a terrible experience with this clinic and their staffs. So many to share but will share the most pathetic one. I was asked to give blood samples by the doctor and the paramedical lady staff took it without wearing a glove, did not sanitize her hands, wiped my hand without a cotton and kept it in a table where they keep medicines, phone, money, dust, etc.and then used the same cotton for wiping the blood on my hand. Not to forget, after taking my blood she kept the syringe in the same table without the cover. Very unhygenic and scary at the same time! When we made a complaint they did not even listen and were very adamant. Even the doctor took their side and ignored the above facts informing that he is the manager of that place.
His name is Dr. B. N Prashant and he also works for Sparsh hospital. In addition to it they did not give any proper bill also mentioned that the prescribed medicine can only be found in their pharmacy. Your license should be cancelled for the unhygenic medical practice that you are doing also for not providing the bills. We pay tax and money does not come for free.

Visited the centre since kid had enormous pain in left hand. Dr. Prashanth was very compassionate and before we could realize, he had adjusted the bone in a few minutes. The kid had almost no pain thereafter, staff were conducive too. Would surely recommend this Ortho clinic for any bone related complaints. Dr. Prashant will be available for consultation from evening 7 to 9.30 PM.

Worst front office staff. Waited for long time and had to return without consulting the doctor. They just told me to sit when I went and There was only one patient before me. But front office nurse was sending 10 other people who came after me. I was told they took appointment. Sher never told me that I need to take appointment and did not inform me that it will take time. I had return without consulting after waiting for a long time as I had other work to take care.

Get prior appointment unless it's an emergency. Dr Prashanth is an excellent Orthopedic, getting such class one doctor in neighbourhood is a boon. In house X ray facility is available.

Supporting staff, sister Aswathy was very cordial, polite and sympathetic to my case. She is a caring person. I was asked to take injection. Sister administered injection but I didn't feel it she had given it. Because I didn't feel any pain.
Sister is a very good nurse and I wish her good growth in her career.

This is my experience in Padma clinic, the doctor does not come on time, the experience of going to the government hospital is to show the doctor, pharmacist mainly to his medical store 24 hours a day with a headset in his ear, he does not know how to treat the customer, his intervention is very bad.

Friendly and caring staffs. Had very good experience with doctor and staffs. Ms. Ashwathy gave good care to my mother in law during her operation. It was really appreciable. My mother in law felt so comfortable with her and doctor. Good place for Ortho related problems.

Went with patient and clinic is empty. They have kept everything open and no one is there.
No one picks up the call.

To give more clarity. I came after speaking to Dr. Prasanth whose name is on the board. He told doctor will be available. Based on that I brought the patient. Upon finding that doctor is not there, I had called Prasanth and he didn't pick the call.
