Purchased a Washing Machine from here. Got delivered a defect piece. After asking for replacement took a whole 1 week to get delivered the working one.

I purchased one tv from pai international and burnt my fingers. Tv delivered was not working so asked for replacement but lot of formalities for replacement they told LG had to reply LG has to approve. Almost five days I am behind the team for replacement. God knows when I will get my tv replaced. Please make sure you get a new product from Pai. Once it is billed then their responsibility is over.

Worst Store in banglore costomer service is very bad we booked the phone with out knowing but we asked to exchange they said no we can't but really in banglore this is the worst showroom they will prefer to money but really fed-up of this shop think twice when you are visiting that worst showroom.

I visited rt nagar store pai very good staffs.but their higher managements are treating them like animals. For working 12 hours. Very bad and no humanity.

They give you good discount but I dint lk the billing counter they consume more time in process. PAI needs to work on that. And delivery guys demand for extra.

All electronics under one roof. Good bargain when you buy more or expensive products.
Usually, purchases during festive season comes with coupons for lucky dip.

Has a good collection of goods. Bought a fridge and voltage stabilizer. Service was fast and it was less crowded. Parking is a bit of an issue, since it is close to a very busy signal at 100 ft road. Lot of salespersons and ready to help.

Good place to shop electronic goods and home appliances, but the prices are little high compared to other stores and online platforms.

Talking more about the price, their prices have a huge difference when compared with other stores across and also when compared with the online platforms.
One more thing noticed with the employees of this store is, they give fake information promote the products based on what they want to sell and not what the customer need. They are very good in confusing the customers. I am mentioning this details here because I have been through this and was the worst experience visiting the store.
And about me, we too have good information about the home appliances and electronic goods as we deal it at our store.
Suggest the store manager to take care of their employees and train them with all the products they have at their store.

Just feels like I enter a City market. Like selling flowers Vegetables they only care or take response if we purchase anything from the particular guy. If not locally handled go there that guy abuse launguage when visited with family.as there know customer don't know launguage and talk all unparliamentary words.

Good multi-brand store for all sorts of white goods including laptops, mobiles, televisions, refrigerators, microwave ovens etc. Prices are very competitive. Salespersons are attentive. Covid guidelines and social distancing are maintained.

Quite expensive than online but better price than any other showrooms (except Reliance). Reliance is best.

Good place to shop for electronics but prices are high when compared to other outlets. And you will surrounded by so many staffs, they won't even let you to help yourself and observe the products.

They did not have Acer laptop I was looking for. Also the sales men was not attentive to what I was asking.

I got very bad experience in this company. 43days salary 8340rupees HR team credited, am resigned but am done 31days notice period and before 14days also am done, this is very sad.please justice for my salary.they are playing my life I have a finial problems they're not responding and not understanding.please I want to justice.i got very sad and bad experience from this.u guys understand. The sales people aren't trained well.very bad customer service. I'm so glad that it happened the first time I visited this place, so I didn't get anything from here. Although so many people are waiting to take you through, they don't have basic courtesy while speaking. Be it in English or Hindi or Kannada.
Two sales people at the washing machine section were badly behaved. (I don't want to put their names)
They came and spoke to my mom and I and said " Didn't you already come here? Why did you come again? "
I told them that this is our first visit. Then they didn't care to explain and help us out.

I would suggest everyone to choose another Pai centre. This store would totally kill your vibe!: (

One of the worst stores to buy stuff from. Staff is extremely rude and ill treatment towards customers is a norm.

You can get electronic items from variety of brands. Too many choices of prices. You can also get wonderchef Sanjeev Kapoor's products. It's a three floor building. Many choices of products. You can get fridge washing machine, TV, AC, air coolers, tiffin boxes and also small electronic kitchen items. You can even buy electronic household items. You can get electronic sweeper, oven toaster griller, heating lunch box, knife, stove etc. Must visit. Very nice experience. Building is good looking. The thing is, there is too much of traffic nearby. Overall: loved it.

Worst service, irresponsible. Purchased 5 air conditioners from pai international Indiranagar & one is not working from the beginning. They are not replacing nor repairing. Its been over a year since they came to fix it or replace it. (Mr Sandeep) they are always out of station and since a year they didn't find the time to fix it. Patience should not be tested! Have no other option of consumer complaint now!

I had parked my bike as advised by there security gaurd and Bangalore traffic police did there job as it was no parking (no parking board not displayed). When approached security and the manager Rajesh. He
was irresponsible and said he cant do anything. And about the overall service inside it's horrible.it took almost 2 hours for us to buy a laptop. 45 minutes to finalize and rest of the time spent to process it.

False promises by the executives on delivery timings. Takes ages to deliver and switches off the cell phone numbers and never picks up the land-line. Go to Adishwar or Girias but not Pai!

Better visit a different outlet to buy Home Appliances. The store team is horrible in handling customers and delivery is bad. They sell you updated products saying new to market.

I bought a cooler Symphony cooler 50 ltrs on 17th Mar 2019.it is not working from day1. Water is coming out through air blower, beep sound after switch off, more sound, less cooling. Complained to Pai on same day, after 2 days a mechanic came states he need to fit 2 additional parts to it and went back.stating he will buy and come, after that mobile switch off. Called Pai, who told they will check and send other person immediately but no response till date

Went to purchase a voltage stabilizer for AC. Good experience. They have a large stock of all types of consumer electronics and the sales men are helpful. Festival season and you get discounts. It's on the 100 ft main road in Indiranagar, so parking is a problem.

Gave the interview, they took the interview and confirmed the job.and they took another 2 weeks for salary discussion.worst.finally they will take the guy who is cheap in salary.don't try to get a job there.worst management ever.
