LED TV Upto to billing and delivery the service is good, and for the installation they promised next morning even after two days there is no response soo for purchasing and delivery one day and installation not yet known soo worst experience and waste of time

I bought a del laptop here and within a year I had to replace it led screen n keyboard. Totally faulty product received. And I was promised a free headset with it.which I got after 1 week of follow up and finally its ear pad has also come.

Great electronic place with wide variety of products from mobile to laptops and fridges tv's microwave and many kitchen items. They have point system also to benefit for future purchases.

They have good staff to understand our needs and budget and always ready to offer maximum discount.

Check online price of item seperately before blindly believing sticker price at the store.was able to see that they increase original mrp of item by around 5k and show the discounted price of 3k even after inflating 2k from original price available online. People who negotiate would probably be provided with original price after reducing the inflated price giving the user impression that this was based on their negotiation.

3rd class service by PAI, PlZ don’t buy any goods from pai international, these RT nagar staff are worse then ever, I thought pai was really good, but wen we purchased we gotta know that it was 3rd class, it is worse then 3rd class, please go through the reviews and buy, plz never ever buy from Pai

Buying from Pai no response from companies or sale person if any damage on TV or anything we buyed TV for 50k on EMI & it got cracked one week ago and Pai sale man sent service person and he told that they made y should we make when we buyed in EMI and now we should pay 30k for repair so if we r buying in EMI there should be some action taken by companies do only one star please don't buy in EMI if ur buying in EMI please check all the things

This is an electronic store that sells Television, Refrigerators, washing machines, Microwave ovens, mixer grinders, hand blenders, laptops mobiles etc. The staff here is very patient and friendly. What I really liked about the staff is that, they are not biased towards any brand and gave feedback or responses specific to our questions.

Got bad experience with Pai electronics in R T Nagar Branch. I purchased Haier Fridge with ready cash. As per their information I was waiting for the delivery. But 24 hours passed by still I didn't received the product. Already they have mentioned 100% 24 hours delivery challenge. If fails to achieve they assures to compensate with some additional coupons and special gifts. With my own experience I can tell it is a fake promises. I have asked regarding this challenge, they rejected it and said they have simply put the banner.

While purchasing they showed me a model and delivered another one.
On questioning, the salesman blames everything on us like we didn't pay attention while purchasing the product.
Either they are trying to scam the customer or the salesman does not know how to communicate with the customer while selling the product.
A product worth 40K was purchased just to realize that we didn't get what we payed the money for.

This people are the big cheater, from the manager to the person of bajaj frinserv eberyone is desparate to sell. I bought a fridge and and when i open full of glass peices inside the fridge, i complain to Pai and samsung also both are giving their excuses. I spoke to the main branch people also they didnt even bother to resolve the issue, in the name of lucky draw coupon the cheat people. I am going to complain to comsumer court about this people.
